Dear Sir
on 14/11/09 my balance was approx Rs.65/-.on 15/11/09 morning i have made 2/3 local calls.suddenly my balance was showing Rs.7.39/-.i have made a complain to [protected](comp.no:3869208).they assure me they will solve this problem and get back to me soon. but i have not received any calls yet.
I am using this mobile no for a lo9ng time but never face such a problem.i hope there might be some technical issues.and also hope BSNL will rectify the matter soon and my balance will be return back.
I seek your cooperation in this regard.

Iam a BSNL user using vennela scheme i have raised the compaint (Docket No: AP[protected]) for activation of FFE, till now i didn't received any information on that complaint, i have called to customer care nearly 30 times till but nobody is responding and one more thing i have send those five numbers including landline almost 3 times after raising the complaint also. but till now i didn, t received any information regarding that issue.

******* I never ever saw any where that worst customer service provided by BSNL *******

I am a BSNL Mobile user from more than 5 years and my cell no is [protected].
On 26 Nov 2009 I purchased a online recharge voucher from BSNL's value added services (!) portal. Please see attached screen shot.
I got message that recharge is successful and check balance after few minutes. But yet I did not get any balance or validity. Recharge amount also has been deducted from my bank account.
After 1 day I launched complaint with customer care (!!!), complaint no is - 3449437, where they promise that problem will get resolved in 24 hours. But after 48 hours the problem not yet resolved. When I talked to customer care (!!!) again, they kept me in waiting for 33 minutes.
Finally I am here.
I don't know, whether I am writing to right person or not. Though resolving complaint might not possible for you, but just answer my question, whether “Desk Ki Sabse Badi Door Sanchar(!) comany should feel shame on it, or not?”

BSNL Mobile — deduction of balance in case of portal service

deduction of balance is being done in case of portal service when i am opening my portal web page. The amount deducted is 49 paise each time.

Please unsubscribe this service immediately to my bobile number because I am not getting anything from that service and I am not willing to get that service. This is a rquest to you. Please Help me. मैं BSNL TAMILNADU का पोस्ट पेड 525PLAN का ग्राहक हूँ, अभी 1 दिसंबर 2009 से जो ADD -ON नया शुरू किया है, उस में एक सिम कार्ड मिलता है, जिसका शुल्क 100.00 रुपये (सिर्फ एक बार) है, और उसके चार्गेज 225PLAN की तरह है,
लेकिन तमिलनाडु संभाग इसे लागू करने मै आना कानी कर रहा हैं, और ग्राहकों को भ्रमित कर रहा है, हम ADD ON SIM लेना चाहते है, लेकिन TAMILNADU BSNL जो की पुराने जोड़ी कार्ड को बदल नहीं रहा है, पुराने जोड़ी कार्ड के कॉल चार्गेज बहुत ही महंगे है,

BSNL Mobile — Unwanted msg are receiving avoiding DNC

My BSNL Mobile No. [protected] has already been registered under DNC, but unforfunately unwanted messages are coming from TM-VRITI, BV-55888 and others avoiding DNC till date. I do not understand what is the function of DNC how can it protect the consumers from various distrurb.

Kindly be verified the above and registered my complaint under Telcom regulatory act.
