[Resolved]  BSNL Mobile phone — To stop unwanted SMS

I am getting 7 to 8 unwanted SMS daily to download songs or ring tones. and Rs.30/- deducted for Retrohits 70s to 80s But I am not interested in these kind of offers . I was send UNSUB message to 56700 in Oct.2011 but no action done from your end .Please help me to stop this.Send the acknowadge message to me.My Detail information is as follows:

Sir, I want to stop all the sms in my wife's mobile except the sms from my Bank. Though I registered for START 0, I am getting unwanted sms & even money is also deducted from the services like Masti pack, Sahery Pack etc. PLz do the needful at the earliest to stop all these activities. Without any registration of caller tune, my mobile number [protected] have been provided caller tune by the department without my demand and they send message of registration of caller tune in my mobile. few days ago and 42 Rs. charged for the caller tune. I never use the caller tune and I dont like this, never demand.
Please cancle this registration of caller tune. Which is illegally and without my permission or demand provided by the department.
So I would like to request you. Please Investigate the matter and take necessary immediate action for justice.
