I had deposited Rs. 2041=00. towards telephone bill payment (Bill Month March, 2009) to your authorised agent Mr. Sanjoy Kr. Gope, HB Town, Sodepur (code no. BKP/2845/0070) vide his Bill Payment Receipt dated 21/3/2009 (Bill date 4/3/2009, due date 24/3/2009) which has not been reflected in my telephone bill of May 2009. Please enquire into the matter and see that my telephone number [protected] is not being disconnected because I had already paid the bill within the due date to your AUTHORISED AGENT. Awaiting for a reply from your end. Thanks.

    hello i got irritated with bsnl broadband and land line there is continuous phone disconnection and broadband is not working properly in a day at least three times the phones disconnects and no connectivity to internet, given several complaints to bsnl customer care no proper repose and after giving complaint also same problem, waiting hold day with customer care people, unneceassry questions and improper way of tackling the problem, kindly resolve my problem and guide me ...

      My phone number 28571629, remains dead every alternate day, ever since it was shifted to the new Maruthi Nagar Exchange.
      I get the bills and pay them promptly.
      Last month it was dead for more than 25 days and I still receive the bill, the broadband does not work,
      and charged unnessarily each month. There is no automatic discount system for the dead period,
      We have to reach the concerned officer for the rebate and submit letters and they do nothing,
      I am sick of this, this is the reward for being BSNL Customer for last 20 Years.

      My phone no. is 24190533 it remains dead for two three days in a week and it is dead since 3 weeks now. This kind of service is provided by the BSNL and when we complaint there is no response at all. This is inspite of repeated complaint for three weeks to the higher authorities.

        DEAR SIR,

          BSNL GPRS ACTIVATION

          Dear Sir / Mam,

          I am a bsnl mobile user of kolkata region ( [protected] ) and activated the one month pack of bsnl gprs on 19th of may 2009. During the same night my balance came down from Rs 50 so my gprs was deactivated, for that i called up the customer care and recaharged my balance to become more than Rs. 50 and sent the gprs activation message ( GPRS E )to 53733 but till now my gprs is not activated and i am continuously...

          Dear Sir,
          I am a user of BSNL Mobile (Excel) Prepaid Number from last few years. My Mobile number is [protected]. This number was issued to me when I was an employee of Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi. Presently I have shifted to Jamshedpur and serving as Engineer (Design) at Indo Danish Tool Room, Jamshedpur since March, 2009.
          From the morning of 19th May, 2009 I am receiving diverted calls from A BSNL Mobile Number [protected] belonging to some Mr. Bablu Singh, Resident of Bhagalpur (Information collected from those who are making calls).
          The above fellow is not known to me from anywhere as far as I remember and knowingly or unknowingly some how he has diverted his all calls to my BSNL Mobile Number [protected]. I had talked to the BSNL Customer Care but they showed there inability in helping me out in this regard.
          I am in great problem due to this because a number of people are trying to contact that particular number continuously and all those calls are coming to my mobile number. This is disturbing me a lot and presently I have been forced to switch off my mobile number.
          I am a very old customer of BSNL and hence I do not want to close or switch off this number.
          I have submitted a grievance to BSNL today itself.

          Sir my Query is:
          How can any one divert his calls to my mobile number without my permission?
          I feel that before conforming the services of call divert to any customer the service provider should ask the receiver first.

          Please also guide me that how my problem can be solved .

            I have appied for the BSNL landline transfer[protected] from kalyannagar bangalore to brookfield on 16th april. But till today the transfer has not done and only monthly bills are promtly generated. i am just wasting my time running to brookfield BSNL office and banasawadi office. even after clearing all bills which i am not suppose to pay since there is no line for more than one month. still these lazy people are not givng the shifting
            Its really shame that these people dont have any kind of responsibility

            BSNL — Landline phone not shifting

            Dear Sir/madam,
            I have submitted my application for landline phone shifting from my earlier location to my current location on 22.07.10 bearing tel number [protected]. But till date i am waiting for the phone shifting. I have taken the landline for internet services only and due to non-availability of the same i am now bearing losses in my work.
            I am in continue touch with local BSNL team in lakhanpur kanpur, but they had said that cables are faulty right now and it will take more time for resolution.

            I request the higher authorities to kindly intervene for earliest resolution of my complaint.

            Yes, very lazy people at Brookfield Office, I am also facing same issue, with the office, I applied for shifting on[protected], till not done. whenever i reach office (as they won't lift the phone itself), they say 2 weeks, 1 month etc., every time. I fed up and left as it is :(.

              I am having Home 500 C plan in Berhampur (Two Months old connection with a new modem from BSNL). Most of the time the ADSL light is flickering, Very Poor connectivity. When ever lodged compliant with customer service No body picks up even when they take the compliant they dont respond. I am one of the senior Govt Official if this is for me then what about normal public?

              Hi,

              I am a resident of Howrah (Ramrajatala).My Broadband has been disfunctional for the last 7 months and inspite of my repeated persual, the idle managers and workers of the BSNL exchange could not take out sometime from their busy schedule to attend to my compliant.In the process I decided to surrender the connection as I am irritated with the kind of poor customer service BSNL offers.To my utter surprise, these people are not ready to accept my surrender letter.Please help me surrender it.

              I got bsnl broadband connection from habra branch, that too after many worshipping the authority. i am not satisfied with the service. i am user of 500C. i used to get bills of huge amount. i tried 1000 times to read my usage details, which they could not help. although lastly i had been able to read it when they rectified it after long chasing. in the mean time i have been using bsnl mobile unlimited internet, charges being rs. 125 per fortnight. therefore is should not go after paying huge bill amount. whenever i went to habra branch office to submit a request/letter, number of filthy grounds shown to me so as to not receive my letter. i am fade up with the dealing of habra office. i am a central govt. employee and entitled to get 20% rebate on their plan. accordingly, i applied, action taken after 5 months, that too when i physically met the authority. i have submitted a request for surrender of telephone and broadband connection three months back, but still they are sending bills. these are my experience with bsnl, especially habra branch.
              I given in BSNL office 15 days ago a surrenderd note because not healthy response customer care & behaviuor of employees.At that time i given Surrender notice, executive tell me our employee come to ur house and telling the process.But nobody came now..

                  1) FREE DOWNLOADING UP TO 1GB PER MONTH
                  2) RENT OF CONNECTION WILL BE Rs.250 PER MONTH
                  3) DOWNLOADING CHARGES ABOVE 1 GB WILL BE 90 paise PER MB
                  4) DATA LINK MODEM RS 1400

                  SIR I AGAIN OFFERED A NEW SACHEME BY BSNL THAT RULAR PLAN HAVING RENT Rs 150 FROM MARCH 2009 AS I BELONG TO TALWARA TOWNSHIP DISTT. HOSHIARPUR COMES UNDER RULAR AREA SO I ACCEPT THAT PLAN AND WHICH IS EFFECTIVE FROM MARCH 2009. REST OF THE PLAN IS SAME AS MENTION ABOVE .

                    I am also facing same problem as Mr Shayam Kumar Sharma as mentioned above. Cheerindia.com 55666 is a big scam. Even on their web page they have no facility to UNSUBSCRIBE. Each time you send a message to UNSUBSCRIBE they charge Rs 2/- and continue sending you SMS as before.
                    I have opted SMS services of 55500 to receive stock cricket alerts @ Rs.20 p.m.on my cell phone. Now i would like to unsubscribe the services, i have made several request by sending UNSUB CRICKET to 55500 but all in vain. They replied "you are not a subscribed user for this service" and continue to charge Rs. 20 p.m. Kindly look into this matter and oblige me

                    Same problem in Reliance infocom.They are doing intentionally, because if you want to activate it is done in 10 minutes but if you want to deactivate it is not possible/difficult.
                    They are cheating, they should be panalised by proper forum.

                      My father, Mrinal Kanti Sur has lost his cell while travelling today. Hence request you to deactivate the SIM at the earliest, to prevent any kind of misuse. Its a BSNL Postpaid Manikjode connection.

                        i use bsnl dataone broadband connection and have some compliants with it.

                        1.whenever i try to connect net it shows ERROR 678: Remote computer did not respond, eventhough all my connections are properply connected.it takes a lot of my time waiting here.

                        2.whenabove problem is solved i come across with another problem showing ERROR 676: phone line is busy.i wonder how long it take for a broadband to overcome this problem.it almost takes half or even more of a day.

                        3.if i use net for more than an hour then the net gets disconnected due to this i can't continous my work.

                        4. the speed of my net is too slow.


                        i want you to take these issues seriously and rectify them as quickly as possible.

                        BSNL Dataone Broadband — DataOne HUGE BILL FOR 900 unlimited BroadBand Plan

                        Hi Sir,

                        I was using DataOne connection from the month DECEMBER 2007 with a plan 250 RC.

                        I changed that existing plan to 900C ( Unlimited Downloads). I submitted an application on 28th December 2007.

                        I asked the corresponding employee who's accepting the applications about the new plan activation.

                        He told me that it will be activated from the 1st January 2008. So, I started using broadband from the day One of January 2008 thinking that i am in 900 UL plan.

                        All the days when i use my broadband, i used to check the usage details. But, now a days i am not able to check those details due some problem. The PAGE IS NOT DISPLAYED. It shows some server busy problem.

                        But when i check my account recently, it shows an amount of 58222 Rupees. I was shocked and i rushed to the BSNL office and asked the concerned authority about this issue.

                        I asked SRINIVAS RAO (A.E. ) Bsnl, he told me that they are facing some problems in the Bangalore, So it will take 3 more months to get the plan converted.

                        And i asked solution for my problem, he simply smiled and said am too facing the same problem with my phone bill. There's no solution for otherthan paying the Bill.

                        THERE IS NOT EVEN A NOTICE FROM THE BSNL ABOUT THE TIME TAKING PROCESS REGARDING THIS PLAN SHIFT.

                        I was collapsed ther only. ..

                        I wont be able to pay such a huge amount. There's no other way for me. Either I have to abscond the bill which i can't do... or I have to prepare for suicide.

                        Please consider this..

                        Dear Sir,
                        Bsnl(public sector undertaking) offers wide varity of services.
                        Quality of service is generally poor(Slower broad band, poor quality mobile service).

                        when it coms to billing;it never uses quality billing softwares.
                        So customers have to pay for some one elses bill or absord bills.I havnt had internet access this month due to my computers harware problums. But the portal says i was using
                        its internet service all the time.

                        To day i logged into "BSNL dataone my account" portal using Dataone internet connection; but the sotware said i am offline.
                        More over when i tried to change my password the software couldnt actually change that.
                        It is real that bsnl billing and service quality is very poor. Their security is also poor . Some times bsnl broadband account website is not accessed. One day, I try to enter my usages account to my portal Id and password but Iam suprised when enterd account. I had checked my usages, but it shows only 200MBinstead of my original usages 900MB . I did'nt belive this thenafter 1-2 minute my attention had get on my Id my profile this time I'm very suprised and very agree because this profile is another customer instead of my profile. That means that had not my usages account, that account is another customer. But I had not changes that account and I had signed out without any changes .
                        You can imagine that what is software security of bsnl . I hoped that this condition will changed in few days Only I hope and you also hope.

                        dataone — not getting net connection-error-678

                        I had made a complaint by e-mail on 13/08/08 that details on that time i am not getting net connection from 08/08/08 showing errors in my Tv screen 678. By e-mail complaint on 13/08/08, nextday i have got two calls from local telephone office they says that today you will able to get net connection. But not still no action was taken to get the net connection. Still I am suffuring, basicaly we are depending on mail service in our work life . Fact sir i am not happy in of your local office service Garia[protected] they are not responding properly.Everyday I had contact & explain them my problem but no responce. i don't know when it will be solve. pls. take care for it.

                        BSNL — Difficulty in connecting Broadband Data One

                        My Landline Phone No. is[protected].When I want to connect Data One Broad Band Service There appears message `Phone line is Busy' and sometimes `There is no or limited service ' . But actually Phone is not busy at that time. I complained to BSNL office about this. They said There might be some problem in line.I then complained to fault repairing Deptt. of BSNL. Lineman came and checked the line. He talked to someone in BSNL office and said `Awaz to barabar Aa rahi hai, line me gadbad nahi hai '. But my Broadband connection does not connect easily. Specially in the morning hours when Ineed the most.

                        BSNL BROADBAND DATA ONE — Failure of Internet connection

                        On Oct. 26, I made a complain against failure of broad band connection at my home[protected]. After talking to concerned officer, BSNL sent people and rectified it. On the next morning I found the same type of problem and lodged a complain on Nov. 1 with docket no. After that I have talked to the officer concerned several times but no connection yet. Today (Nov. 6)once again I tried to check my complain and found that my docket no. has been erased by somebody without doing any improvement in my connection. Today I tried to contact DE over phone but no response. So I sent him an e-mail re. this matter.

                        My usage list is charging for the hours in which i am not using connection.for more than 5 hrs and all its charging but then during the time shown in tha usage i am not using it then how come its showing usage at that time.who else can use this other than me.why does it show this mismatch in usage.from my house noone is using it during some of the usage time shown.even after giving complaints no action is taken.pls help..

                        I have lodged at least five complaints (at the call centre) for the last two months on the above error appearing everytime I try to connect to internet. The problem still remains unresolved. I am totally dissatisfied with BSNL broadband services and decided to discontinue immediately.

                        Sir, I have a Net Connection through dataone broadband of BSNL. The modem, a product of ZTE, suddenly switches off automatically in the middle. Secondly, my Net hangs just as a computer sometimes hangs and does not work at all. My BSNL landline number is[protected].
                        I am using 500C broadband plan from BSNL. PC is running in XP and when I start my PC, I am able to surf for 3-4 mins then line gets disconnected. Every time I have to restart the PC and I get connection for 3-4 mins. Modem (192.168.1.1) stops pinging after 3-4 mins. But when I work in Windows 2000, every thing is fine and I get good speed. Problem is only in Windows XP. What may be the problem?

                        I am having BSNL 500C plan of dataone intenet connection. The connection is giving very problem. It is disconnectiong always without any reason. it is problem to reconnect always. iam losing importanat data due to this problem. While dowloading a file it is suddenly disconnecting and the download stops. i have to reconnect and start from beginning. so please check this problem for me.                         I have taken the BSNL dataone broadband service in the month of april 2009. there after I came to know that it is foolish to use BSNL services. they are very careless and they even not respond for complaints. I am not getting net from 5 days. I have already complained to the local line man. but he is also not taking any action. I am getting an error that numbered 691. so please help me even after reading the complaint. BSNL is having a good network, but why it is not getting popularity is that because of the employees' laziness.

                            i took bsnl broad band connection in 3rd april 09, with download limit upto 1gb pm with Rs 250, but hardly i have down loaded 1gb, when i call bsnl office after 1 month, because i did not recieve thier bill i surprised to know that my bill is Rs 8000+ for one month, during my usage i was not able to even see my usage details due to their problem, site not openning even i didnot got any information that my usage limit has crossed 1 gb, so what can i do now,
                            I wish that this case be looked into deeply and I may be suggested appropriate steps for the correction in the Bill.
                            Moreover with such silly statements from craps is causing great amount of loss to the entire nation in terms of monetary implication.
                            An early look up in this case shall be highly solicited.

                            I am on BSNL combo 500 plan for the past 1 yr. Throughout this period, I have paid the bill (around Rs. 450 - 600) only for the telephone speaking/minimum scheme charges that too mostly within the free call itself, I have not paid any amount towards interenet usage .i.e., the usage had been well within the prescribed limits under the scheme. But for the month of June, I was shocked to notice that my bill charges imposed by BSNL was Rs 8800/- I was further shocked to notice that internet browsing had been recorded continuosly through out almost on all days for a long period, even for the days we were not at home (my husband was hospitalised during the above period and nobody were at home but internet usage is recorded). Iam and my husband are employed and we leave home early and come back only in the late evenings.But usage is recorded during day time on week days too. Our usage on net is also very very minimum only.

                            I approached BSNL on this issue but I was informed that the technolgy cannot go wrong and the usage recordings have been examined and found in order and I have been instructed to pay the bill immediately. How can I pay such a huge amount for the usage that was not actually done by me?

                            Iam put into severe mental agony on this .I being a Govt servant and I resorted to BSNL owing to its genuine service . But if BSNL itself is like this where can we go? Iam helpless. Please help me and render justice on this issue.

                            Hi there,
                            We hardly use the net for an hour in the morning and couple of hours late night after 7pm or after 9pm.
                            But it is shocking to get a bill which amonts to thousand normally we pay only 500 plus. whenever we go online to browse we do not get the line it says the pop up window says the line is disconnected when we use a seperate landline for broadband. or while heking my mail the line i.r the net goes off and says error or net cannot be displayed why while checking even my personal mails it is the same . usually whenever i open the net the home page appears as interner exlplorer bt for pasr coupld of months i get the home page as bsnl karnataka office home page and after enterin into my personal mail it gets disconnected and i again get the home page as internet explorer where i got to relogin into my personal mail for which automatically it get through directly to the mail which i was reading and got disconnected shocking how come?????
                            Inspite of me complaining to the telephone via two emails no response from their end. I think shouls I take this to the crime branch and file a case against the company or????
                            should i go in for different one reliance tataindicom etc..... i hve been a regular customer sine 1996 onwards till date even my cell phones are bsnl i ever ever faced such a idiotic service someone calling up my landlne and then say sorry why are the call center guys are mismangaing or misdirecting the calls.......?????

                              i tried them, telephoned them many times to remove it, i spent a lot in vain, if we call for help to reove caller tune, they will ask to press i, 2, 3 and goes on, ispite of wasting money i could not get rid of blady caller tune, take care of your customers, instead of grabbing their money like this

                                I have purchased bsnl-power pack and was very happy with bsnl's offers.
                                but unfortunately, my phone was missing, then i immediately called customer care and asked for blocking of my sim. then i had gone to police ststion and got FIR registered. then i submitted it in bsnl's office at bapatla in guntur district in andhrapradesh and asked for duplicate sim. but my problem is i got only incoming ond my out going was not yet released . my no. is [protected].
                                then by these harassments or by this inconvineince i had taken a new vennela sim.
                                please take care of my old sim...
