[Resolved] BSNL mobile service — Regarding 3G Service | |||
Hello, I purchased a BSNL mobile connection on 11/7/2013 specially for using its 3G internet services. The connection was activated on the same day. The problem is that when I tried to access the internet using settings provided by the BSNL by deducting my default available balance, it gives the speed 2 - 3 MBPS. But when I recharged with Rs. 25 3G voucher (gives 100 MB for 3 days at 3G speed) and connects internet first time it gives the speed as mentioned above but after reconnecting the internet, the speed was reduced to 10 - 20 KBPS which is too slow and there is no mean of 3G recharge. Many a time, I tried to contact BSNL's Customer Care, but they treat my complaint irresponsibly and mostly put my call on hold for a long time and disconnect it. They are not giving me satisfactory answers. So, it is the company's liability to provide me 3G speed at the voucher mentioned above. BSNL mobile service — random activation of value added service & deduction of Rs.20/month
Dear Sir,BSNL have randomly activated BV-onmobile(MANORANJAN PACK) & inspite of my numerous complaint Rs.20 is being deducted every month for the past 6month.I therefore request you to take necessary action please.

WE HAVE RECEIVED UN WANTED CALLS AND MASSAGESES FROM BSNL SERVICE SO WHAT CAN I DO TO STOP THAT CALLRAJESH KUMAR JAIN
