ON 25.06.2011 A MOBILE CALL PROMISED ME MOBILE TV SERVICE @ Rs.40/- PER WEEK AND AGREED TO RECEIVE IT AND INFORMED MAKE AND MODEL OF MY HANDSET--SAMSUNG GTB-7720--AND WHEN I RECEIVED THE LINK COULD NOT OPEN IT EVEN AFTER FEEDING MY MOBILE NO.[protected]...SO MANY TIMES I TRIED AND TO LODGE COMPLAINT I SPENT ALMOST 20 MINUTES WITH THEIR CALL CENTRE ALL BUT IN VAIN AND AT LAST I SENT SMS TO DEACTIVATE THE MOBILE TV FACILITY SO THAT FROM 02.07.2011 ONWARDS THEY MAY NOT DEDUCT CHARGES FOR NOT USING THE SERVICE. DO NOT ALLOW ANY BODY TO CHARGE CONSUMER WITHOUT GIVING THE ACTUAL FACILITY UNDER THE PRETEXT OF SOME TECHNICAL PROBLEM AND IT SHOULD BE THE REAL SPIRIT TO PROTECT THE INTEREST OF CONSUMER Was this information helpful? | |||
