[Resolved] BSNL- Music Hungama- Non- Stop Music — For Unwanted and Unused Services Customer harassed | |||
My Telephone Number is[protected]. I am using a Broadband Internet Connection of BSNL for a monthly Combo Plan of Rs500/-. For the last 3 months my monthly bills include a charge of Rs 149/- under the head " One time Charges" towards " Hungama Music on Demand". BSNL never asked for my consent to give me this service. Strangely, I have never been aware of such a service in the Internet. I have never asked for nor used this service. Is it not a gross injustice to charge for an unwanted and unused service without the the consent of the customer. I Thought that BSNL is a government organisation and will not cheat its customers. Though I paid the amount, I would like to complain in some forum where this will be heard. It appears that there is no responsible official in BSNL to check this kind of frauds. My request is that someone please take action to deactivate these unasked for services so that we the poor customers are not charged from next month.
