[Resolved] BSNL — No Refund after Landline Phone Disconnection

Hi ,

I was using the BSNL landline for a couple of years when I was staying in Loni Khurd (Tal Rahata , Dist Nagar). The number which i was owning was 272389 (std code 02422). I have disconnected the phone and submitted it back to BSNL office. I have completed all the formalities which are required during the disconnection of the phone. I was told by BSNL officers that I will be getting the deposit amount refunded in 6 months. It has been almost 4 years since I disconnected the phone. But I have not been paid the refund till date. I did rigorous follow ups for the same but all is in vain. Would like to request the BSNL officers to please process the refund amount.

BSNL — NON PAYMENT OF REFUND ON ACCOUNT OF DISCONNECTION OF TELEPHONE

Sir,
I have applied for disconnection of my residential telephone no. 26925141 at my Ahmedabad residence and surrendered my telephone set to Satellite office of BSNL. However, after lapse of three months I got Rs. 305/ only. Whereas the refund amount should be Rs. 505/- The officials concerns has deducted Rs. 200/- on account of non-surrender of telephone handset. I want to make it clear that I have surrended the telephone set to Shri Techchandani on 26.09.2009 vide their receipt no. 12463.

Despite my repeated reminders they are not able to solve my proble. It is worthwhile to mention here that I tried to talk to the DGM of the concern deptt. but in vail.

In this connection, I request your hounour to kindly look into the matter so that I may get my money back and the official concern should be punished.
I also want my money along with the interest.

BSNL — no refund

My land line number [protected] was having internet connection .This year i cancelled after paying the bill for one year advance.Even after giving an application for refund personaly till today i did not receive the money..One more request was given for annual subcription but now also I am getting bill every month.Please look in to this matter.I am working abroad and my family is alone and a patient unable to visit bsnl office everytime.
