I am using Bsnl Land line and Broad band . Last nearly one month it was not working. After continues complients the service reinstated after 25 days and just worked for hardly 4 days. Again line is not working. Kindly do a permanant solution. My number is[protected] Vakathanam exc Kottayam.

    i would like to inform you that. there is a problem in the number series of (8280) numbers from BSNL orissa.. every time i recharge my number [protected] through net it failed & it doesn't shows the area location of the no. Even in the BSNL portal page its own site doesn't take the number & shows error!!!
    please its my humble request to look into this matter because every time its not possible to go to the retailer & recharge the number.

      Faild to recharge my mobile no but balance cut off from bank

      I had recharged Rs-100 to my BSNL MOBILE NO [protected] through SBP BANK creditcard using Paytm site and I get no confirmation massage from paytm site that my account has been recharged, my balance cut off from my account but my account does not recharged .
      I would be glad if takes some action against Paytm

        No Refund after Landline Phone Disconnection

        Hi ,

        I was using the BSNL landline for a couple of years when I was staying in Loni Khurd (Tal Rahata , Dist Nagar). The number which i was owning was 272389 (std code 02422). I have disconnected the phone and submitted it back to BSNL office. I have completed all the formalities which are required during the disconnection of the phone. I was told by BSNL officers that I will be getting the deposit amount refunded in 6 months....

        Dear Sir,

        On 11.10.2012 i made online BSNL Mobile pripaid Recharge Payment for Rs.110 through my PNB Credit card. My transaction was failed with error "Reasons: sorry!We are unable to process your transaction.Please conatct us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries". So again tried for online payment and it was sucessfully submitted. Later i came to know that Rs 110 was debited from account Twice and same was reflected in my transaction list today. Here with this complaint i had attached error screen shot.Seeking your esteemed help and advice in this regards.

          We had a thunder shower around end of sept 2012, since then our one line[protected] is dead . we have sent letter to the greams Road telephone depat office, from where they sent us to Dams road office, after going there they said the letter will need to be taken to a place on Anna salai, which address they could not give nor any contact no is available. The complaints no 28611191 , is "no longer in use 'or is not a'valid no' we get as a recorded message when we lodge a complaint. How can a consumer survive in such unfriendly customer service conditions.Pl restore connection and also give us credit of rent for such a long disuse of phone .

            BSNL a worst 3G service provider and not at all stands on customer satisfaction.
            I have a prepaid 3G card, I sometimes make recharge of RS 98/- on it and sometimes of RS 450/- but this time I made recharge for RS 750/- and really believe me guy's speed what I am getting on 750/- plan is worst than that of 98/- plan. BSNL cheats their customers. Company must re-pay me for not providing speed as per their plans.

              I want to register a "Forced Refund" Complaint against the unauthorized and unwanted services which was running on my pre-paid bsnl sim during the month of august 2012 as unnecessarily they deducted alot of money from my main balance. I registered this complaint to bsnl complaint portal but no actions were taken regarding the same.
              The docket no. of the complaint registered at complaint portal is : H25RJ300179
              I’m Giri Babu, Hyderabad Using GPRS data facility every time Rs.30.00 deducting unnecessarily they deducted money voice calls amount now recharging data plan Rs.252 2GB that no amount deducting now, Please Refund my main balance.

                I am Very Surprise for bsnl wireless coverage in Wani City In Yavatmal Dist. I live very near to main bsnl office but the bsnl 3g sim coverage is not there.
                Already bsnl customer is very scared to bsnl services and such type of coverage problem then, where we go ..
                Pls If anything is possible to find why this problem, then its very useful to us...

                    I had applied for a new BSNL landline connection on the 19th August. The service says the new connection would be installed in 6 working days. The BSNL executive collected all the documents and a fee of Rs.1400 on the 21st August. On persuing the company through customer care I was told the process has been initiated and within a day or 2 it would be installed. I have been persuing it regularly since then but no action whatsoever has been taken uptill now.
                    It is 8th October today n there has been no itimation for the same. The number which was given to me by the executive is switched off. I wish to move to consumer court against BSNL for cheating and harassing customers.
                    The connection was on the name of - Manas Prakash.
                    Address - E1003, Neelpadm1, Sector-5, Vaishali, Ghaziabad.

                    i regret to inform u that i got an sms from TM-PlusP that u are a winner of $2500cash prize on my mobile no.[protected].it was mentioned that to call this no.+[protected].when i called at this no. i got no response about this and it was charged about 10rs/min. this is very a shameful act.Please give suitable response against this act.

                      I have purchased a bsnl 2g sim on 4 oct 2012 from kanpur u.p. and it is not activated yet . And i have complained about it on customer care for many times.

                      no one can call me and message me. Sir please activate or on my sim card as soon as possible. thank you

                          i am dr sobhan from kalinga vihar,lig,k-4 1288.we have been shifted from unit 6 bbsr to kalinga vihar about 2 yr back.we applied for shifting of landline.when we asked for it about 1 yr back they replied "find some customers for us in your locality then we will give you connection.then this year around may i applied for new landline com broadband through a field agent named satya who works at the corporate office unit 9,bbsr.he claimed a sum of 500 rs without any receipt from me for the basic rental for the above.months passed.no new connection was given.even when i complained to agm he also told me to find new customers in our area.are we members of amway or what.is it not your duty to provide connection to needy or your department is hungry for money.then being harassed i called the agent and cancelled the connection and asked for money.then he filled a form and said it will refund in 2-3 months...(why).still i waited and now he says to meet his boss.plz clarify the transperency of your department.mob no -[protected].

                          BSNL Orissa Circle — Failure in Connection

                          Dear Sir,
                          I am using broadband services offered by the BSNL Orissa for the last 5/6 years. For the last one month I am experiencing that my modem link fails after 5.00pm everyday. Even after I have contacted authorities concerend at the local office, no action has been taken yet to solve my problem. I suspect somebody playing mischief with my connection. I request you to see my problem solved at the earliest.

                              BSNL is a service provider of that no.[protected] and i am having idea no. so i have received again & again sms and unsolicited phone calls on this no. when i do not know that no. user and when we have call back this no. so no any reply for our call so please look into the matter on urgent basis if possible at your end to provide his user name & address so i am very thank full to you.

                                we are a three star reputed hotel in baner, Pune since 11 years working in the hotel industry. we are using 4-6 bsnl landline connections as well as the broadband connection. The complete ordering, billing and closing system is dependent on the internet for which all the computers are connected through LAN and our day to day work is dependable on the broadband connectivity.

                                I am facing toooo many problems regrding the broadband connectivity since last 6 months. On an average thrice a month I have to register a complaint for broadband as well as the landline. The only no. for complaint is 198 on which we can register a complaint but no one is there to receive the call ever. When we pursue with the given complaint no. the only automated reply we get to hear is that- " technical work is in progress" If we try to contact directly to the exchange no one ever receives the phone. ( phn no 25893333 and many more given by the exchange) And if at all it is received accidently no responsible answer is given for the querry. We are just forwarded and given the other numbers of the exchange.

                                This whole working system is pathetic. No effecient automated service and assistance can be given by BSNL and it is really hopeless.

                                Therefore with regret I will change all my connections to the private service providers since it is affecting my business. I want to convey this messege to the regional manager of bsnl pune.

                                BSNL — WORST BROADBAND SERVICE

                                DATAONE REALLY SUCKS . IT HAS TO IMPROVE. CALLCENTER TECHIES EVEN DONO ABT THE BASICS OF WINDOWS SOMEONE HAS TO TEACH AND EDUCATE THEM:p

                                EVEN LACK OF PORTBINIDING AND OTHER HACKPROOF FACILITIES, SO OTHER CAN ACCESS AND USE OUR ACCOUNT(ONLY 30% PHONE IS PORT BINDED) .

                                AND MAJORLY THEIR SERVER 10-15MIN BEHIND THE ACTUAL TIME- THIS REAL FACTOR WASTING OUR BANDWIDTH UPTO 800 MB .

                                AE AND JE'S ALSO IN SOME AREA ARE DUTYBOUND .
                                portbinding is automatically done after a preset number of logins from same port.

                                I had taken broadband connection of bsnl in March 2009 but its not working properly since its installation. i have registered many complaints for that but no action is taken and bad words are used by officers of bsnl.

                                BSNL — BSNL - Worst Broadband Service

                                My name is Shankar and I am writing to you regarding my frequent trouble with my internet connection.

                                I'm getting authentication error and the internet get disconnected atleast once in a 2 days. And the problem exists for past 1 month.

                                I'm spending more than one hour with your custmer support whenever I face the problem. But the problem is fixed for temporarily. Later it's keep repeating.

                                I got frustrated. Though today morning, someone from your customer support told that, they will be sending one person, but I need to pay them Rs. 200 as a service charge.

                                What's going on with BSNL??? I have lost my patience. Kindly fix the issue as soon as possible. And that should be the final and permanent solution for this issue.

                                If you are not able to solve this issue permanently, I will surrender the connection and BSNL Bangalore Telecom is the sole responsible / Liable for my further decision.
                                This is frustruted issue...Last thirty days my bsnl broadband connection is gettin disconnected each and every thirty seconds..i called to customer care...gettin an irresponsible answer/..Bsnl Sucks...Am doin online business coz of this problem lost over 10000...Who is goin to repay this...BSNL DISCONNECTING INDIA

                                Problem : SO MANY TECHNICAL ISSUES!!! (ALWAYS)

                                Though I am paying for this connection since 4 to 5 years, I must have hardly used it for a few months.

                                Reason being that it is always NOT Conecting and I have to make a complaint, and next day it works for about 1 or 2 days.
                                Then again if you want it to work, you again raise a complaint.
                                Call 1504, many times and there is never a response so then you call 1500.

                                This problem is so often that I have done whatever the BSNL representative have asked me to do.
                                Purchased three MODEMS from BSNL till now, just a month back a new one for 1800 Rs!!!
                                I have spent nearly 1000 and got the wire completely changed.
                                And still the excuses continue and the connectivity is the same PROBLEM.

                                I need a broadband and I need WiFi, I cannot go in for a USB from private comapnies and the worst part is that my house is in a place where there is no other fixed line service from private companies.

                                So I am stuck to use BSNL.

                                I Cannot understand that in todays era, how BSNL cannot manage to fix connectivity problem?
                                Why they do not have technically aware staff to fix issues?
                                The line men they send home have absolutely no knowledge of the technical issues and jargon.

                                Why should the consumer pay for the whole month when his internet connection works for less than a week.
                                Why should he pay when BSNL is not giving the service.
                                Is this NOT abuse of the consumer.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I am using BSNL mobile phone for last 7-8 years.

                                    I am getting Flash Massage on my mobile Screen, If press OK by mistake then My balance may be deducted. So made call to BSNL customer care to stop such a flash massage, then they told me that your all massage will be stopped. But sir I want to stop only Flash Massage.

                                    Please help to stop my Flash Massage. I don't want to stop my all scheme massage received from BSNL.

                                    i have nokia 2626 mobile and using bsnl prepaid card..
                                    i can't send flash messages..
                                    if i send tha flash message it recieves the destination as normal message..
