I've lost my portal ID...so i m unable to check my account usage...plz...help me...

If ever any worst company award will be given it should be th BSNL company...Its one of the worst company in the world...I have a BSNL broadband connection, first month bill was corect of RS 300 but for the second month my bill was RS 4500. I checked my portal id total usage was 1.5 GB out of which 1 GB was free my extra usage was only 500 MB something which costs nearly RS 450 but they charged me nearly RS 3900 extra. No response was given to me when i complained 3 times...

Please anyone help me & suggest what to do next for my problem...

In Month of August it has been Unserviceable every second day.You can check from the number of complaints I registered with BSNL
I had to go around BSNL offices any number of times.Pl check from BSNL office Picket.
We cannot open BSNL usage any time we want.Mostly it does not open up..
The Broad Band speed is very very slow.
I stuck to BSNL because I have served Govt of India.
The Usage recording needs to be checked.It shows more .
I understand BSNL has gone into new software and hence many problems.Because of these, you should not charge me.I am not escaping paymeny.I request you to accept your faults and put only 50 percent charges for month of August as BSNL has not made the Broad Band available many a time in August.

i am using home 500 c bsnl broadband.which is started from 22july2009 in kanpur. today i got bill, in which 114 calls are shown from 22 to 31july 2009. i have not made so many call in 10 days.Is there any hidden charges? Is there any call counting for server connection or data downloading in night unlimtied? please help me.

I am having a bsnl landline at my own house in Chennai bearing no.26581351. I shifted my place of residence to Coimbatore. On approaching BSNL as to what I should do to retain my number, I was advised by Staff to apply for "INCOMING ONLY". I was advised that I will have to pay rental of only Rs.99 per month.I applied and now I have got my first bill whereby BSNL has charged me Rs.180 per month. Please confirm whether the charges are correct. Why staff is not advising customers correctly?

I took bsnl conection in July 2009 and My Plane is Home 500 C + and i bought modem also. I useto use the internet in the limit only (i.e. Less than 2.5 GB) so i useto get bill of Rs. 661.

In the month of August 2009 on 24 th i was applied an aplication regarding to change my plan from " Home 500 C + " to " Home 500 C " ( i.e. 1.5 GB Free Usage Except 2:00 AM to 8:00 AM, Free Calls : 175 per Month ). I was cliarly mentioned in the application that Change My plane from 1st September 2009. In the Month of August i have used only 1.4 GB and I did't Used any Free Calls Also.

Now i got my August '09 Bill Amount of Rs.1, 193 ( Used only 1.4 GB ) Attached Usage Details of August ( August_Usage.jpg)

Actually they have to Calculate the bill According to the Plane Home 500 C (i.e. Rs.661) + (or) Home 500 C ( Rs. 550 )
But you have not take the Discount as Usage Charges. I absorved in the bill of July 2009 Discount was taken as same as Usage Charges. ( Attached The August Bill 2009 )

I have submited a complaint regarding this Wrongly Billed

Please telme the solution for this.

I have applied for intenet connection in May ending (scheme Rs. 500 per month unlimited usuage), landline has been installed in June first week. After calling sevaral times to BSNL on 29th June I got inetnet connection . From 29th June to 25th July internet was not working during night time (7pm to 6am). Somany times I gave online complient and met your department people about this problem, finally they found problem with the phone line given by department. later they changed theline.now internet is working perfectly..

The reason behind writing this mail is, today I saw July internet bill in BSNL site, the amount is 3, 612.00 (Bill No. [protected]), I'm just wondering after seeing this huge amount.. I don't know why the bill amount is this much.. Would request you to please clarify this and rectify the bill. my bill amount should be around Rs. 600.00 only. {Rs. 500 for internet change + 85 excess telephone calls + Tax.}.

Hi, I am also facing the same problem. I am using Home 500 c plan in which they offered me free unlimited usage between 2AM - 8AM in other Hrs 4 GB usage. Till April I was getting the correct amount as I use net mostly during the free Hrs. but from May it got changed. In May the amount was 1800 I thought ok I might have used wrongly, so i paid the bill. Last month July bill was 2300 since I dint notice it members in my home paid it. This month it is 3900. Iam shocked. As I never use this beyoun the free hrs. Also, till now ther has been no communication in any change on m plan. So how come such a big amount. I stay in Nanganallur. This is to inform you that we have a BSNL connection taken in the name of Prashant Nair in the month of November 2009.
I have taken this connection under 600 plan and I have been told that I will not be receiving any rent of 1 year.

I cannot get the telephone bill after I disconnect the Internet connection from my Landline. My telephone number is[protected]. So pls take the right actions as earlier as possible.

Soon after i got the connection, there was some fault in the telephone instrument and could neither make any call nor receive any calls. Registered 3-4 complaints. But it was not rectified, since door locked. In the month of January, 2011 i got the bill which included call charges for 196 calls, which were not made by me at all. Subsequently, in the month of March, 2011 i am charged for 422 calls which are not made by me. I am very sure there is some mistake in the billing or some misuse of telephone. i request you to please clarify.

I chose a plan BB-900-ULD-COMBO-MONTHLY for my land line no. 0120_2583733 which provided me 400 free calls and unlimited data usage.I am govt. servant and i paid minimum bill of Rs. 808.99 for >= 400 calls and unlimited data usage till December 2012. In January 2013, my bill was Rs. 993.71 for 253 calls and data usage. In February, my bill was Rs. 934.38 for 135 calls and data usage. I have not changed my plan even then you are CHARGING ME MORE THAN MY PLAN.

I have been regularly paying my broadband charges yearly for last five-six years without delay. This time I was out of station for last five months due to which I could not pay as a result your BSNL has put a penalty of non-payment. There should be some grace period for payment if not much but at least for one month. The penalty also which has been imposed is also quite heavy.If my records are checked I have paid money in advance also so many times.

This mail has been specially sent to you for reconsideration with a request to consider this matter on urgent basis and this penalty be reimbursed to my account No.[protected] .The previous bill of July'13 was of Rs.3379.68. while the August'13 bill is of Rs. 3440/-.

The last month bill i have paid even though these people are not updating and sending huge bills when i am not using even 40 calls also they simply dumping like wise August bill 1149, Sept 860 and Oct 725. On what basis and how they were dumping this much of amount. I had got an SMS from Dhamaka yesterday at 1.33PM that on a recharge of Rs.201, I can get full talk time. No service Tax and No processing fee. Jaldi karein, offer simit. I got the recharge done but got a talk time of only 178.89. Why has this happened. I have called the Idea Help line No.[protected] atleast a dozen times since last night but the line kept getting disconnected to got a message that all the Customer care executives are busy attending to other customers so please dial later..

I have Landline connection [protected] at my home with Broadband connection under plan BBG FN Compo 500 and the bandwidth speed of the above scheme is 2 mbps. but I am getting bandwith speed of only 400 to 550 kbps. I have lodged complaints several times for the past two months with the BSNL department Sathyamangalam and lodeged complaints to Nodal officer, Erode circle, Nodal officer, Tamilnadu Cirlce Chennai. As per the advice of the BSNL officers, Sathyamangalam, I have upgraded the capacity of RAM from 500 MB to 1 GP and re installed and up dated the operating software and upgraded the Antiviurs and anti malware softwares. But I have ont get the speed of 2 mbbs. The BSNL officials at Erode inform that they are getting 2 mbps and the fault is with Sathyamangalam exchange. The Sathyamangalam BSNL authorities telling that they are getting only 500 to 520 kbps and even at Erode exchange the speed is only 500 to 600 kbps and not 2mbps. For the past one week the broad band is getting disconnected and reconnected with every 15 to 30 minutes. Because low bandwidth speed, it is taking 5 to 10 minuts to load the mail browser to see the mails. So kindly advice your people to solve this problem

i am user of bsnl phone number i.e 2481727 for the last more tahn 20 years and using your broadband services for the last 2 years. i had been lodged more than 10 complaints with your department in last 3 months and every time they used to gave me these two mobile number to contact which are 2000867and [protected] and both these numbers arre always not reachable specially in working hours which you can also try at any time. Till today my complaint is pending and nobody bothers to check the same. So my humble request is to contact the concerned person and asked why their phone is not reachable and why they are not looking into my complaints.

So please take action earlier

I Activtied SMS voucher of Rs.56 on 5/2/2009 but from 7/2/2009 i cant able to send sms to any mobile.i m complenting from 7/2/2009 yet not solved.every day someone call it is solved but yet not solved the same they said"Mam, we r fwding u r query it will resolve within 24 hrs."Daily i m completing to Customer Care.

I have myself experienced this problem last year when i had been to my native place in Dhapolasera, Kanda near Bageshwar. My Airtel postpaid was of no use during whole of my journey. I used a BSNL connection which i borrowed from one of my relative there. The BSNL service was a little bit better than tha of Airtel.

Yes, I definetely agree, Govt. should take firm steps for the developmet of these rural areas. We are 4th strongest economy in the world but looks like we still need a lot of improvement. If we want to become a developed nation we need to make a good system. 60 % people live in villages and we need to focus our development here. Communication which is back bone of any development should be firm and robust. I request all government employees to support villagers and fix there issues right away.

CellOne — Late delivery of messages

I am a cellone customer. All the messages that i send, get delivered very late. so, i would like the authority concerned to do the needful.

I am facing this problem since I subscribed for BSNl 2 years back. It still that slow. NO IMPROVEMENT AT ALL.

BSNL message deliver is pretty slow even a OTP message arrives after the session expires.. i need BSNL to take appropriate action on this.

its a very bad news heard from u that they had charged u wrongy... but u have a power that ur a customer and u had that bill for 750rs... and the tariff would be unlimeted usage for 1 month.. then y ur suffering.. see for an example u gave rs 100 to buy a thing i[censored] dint get that definately u can go to cosumer court or u can speak to the city head or the responsible person.. because in that way only i got the refund.. i also suffered the problem like u... they charged me for the usage in 2 am to 8 am... i got refund ... i[censored] need other clarification just mail to [protected]@yahoo.com

I have a complaint about my bsnl broadband connection. My connection is registered in my mother's name. Our plan is "Home 500 C".We are located in the Pathanamthitta telecom district, Kerala state.

.In the bsnl mela in Pathanamthitta on january 2009, we registered the connection.We selected the yearly plan in which Rs5000 had to be paid yearly but my mother is a government employ so there is a 20% deduction for her.BUT WE got three different bills from february2009 to april30, 2009. The first was for the broadband alone and its charge was Rs 2556.Second bill was for telephone connection and its charge was Rs 552.The third bill was combined bill and was Rs5721 and overall we payed Rs8829 whithin 3 months.When we asked about this in the bsnl office they have said that for yearly plan there is no deduction but in the bsnl mela at pathanamthitta we registered this connection after hearing about this deduction from the bsnl officials. So Please tell me how this much bill came.Deduction for government employs is not valied here.So please inform me the right money i have to pay and if I get back the extra paid money.

Bill No.[protected] dated 10/03/2009 for my mobile no. [protected] shows a prevoius balance of Rs. 700.00 that was paid by me on 25/02/2009 (Cheque No. 26672 on UBI, Park St, Kolkata - 700 016) and has been cashed by BSNL on 07/03/2009 (as per my Bank Account Pass Book).

What should I do now? Pay 1, 237.00 or total bill amount less 700.00

Please don't send me to your local office, as that costs me a day's break from office.

What should I do now? Pay 740.00 or total bill amount less 365.00?

Calling your 24x7 service no. [protected], I have been advuised -
1) To see your local office; and, settle with them;
2) Why I do not have any receipt of the last month's bill payment? ( we don't know how to get that when we have deposited the cheque in the drop box of BSNL, and BSNL has cleared the same). Please advise me on this and issue a receipt; or, fire your Call Center Agency!

receipt no-678. dated 07/07/2009.for my mobile no. [protected] amount rs-1006/-, bill no-[protected] dt-08/06/09 amount RS-910/-that was paid by me on cuttack telephone circle, bajrakabati road, on current month on jun billing amount with privious balance is RS-9806/- but my credit balance allow with your branch is RS-2000/- i have absolutely usages charges RS-1000/- why i will paid your said amount, kindly solve my problem and sms me on which amount i will pay

bsnl postpaid mobile — Excess billing

I holder of post paid mobil no. [protected] a/c no.[protected] request that i had Rs. 100 plan upto last july 2009 and i was receiving bills above Rs. 600/-pm . Now i changed the plan and opted Rs.325 plan from August 2009 but my bills remain the same. I have checked my billing details and calculated with referrence to tarrifs fixed for the plan. pl. check & reply
