I HAVE LIFETIME BSNL MOBILE NO.[protected] SINCE LONG.I HAD SENT MESSAGE ON 19.11.09 AS "ACT 1S" FOR 1 PAISE/SEC. PLAN AND BSNL DEDUCTED RS.69/ FOR THAT WORK AND INFORMED THAT MY PLAN HAS BEEN CHANGED. AFTER THAT I CHECKED MANY TIMES AND COMPLAINT [protected] (FROM OTHER MOBILE) MANY TIMES BUT THE PLAN HAS STILL NOT BEEN CHANGED. BSNL IS STILL DEDUCTING Rs. 1.00 FOR 2 SEC. LOCAL CALLS & Rs. 1.50 FOR 30 SEC. STD CALLS. I HAVE LOST SOME CONSIDAREBLE AMOUNT IN THIS. ALSO I AM NOT ABLE TO ACCESS TO ANY CUSTOMER CARE BSNL NUMBERS. I HAD REQUESTED MANY TIMES BSNL AUTHORITIES TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM AND COMPLAINED ON LINE MANY TIMES BUT BSNL AUTHORITIES HAVE NO TIME TO SEE MY COMPLAIN. My jharkand BSNL SIM was dead 4 5 months. I recharged and activated it for 6 months thru rs54 voucher. Thereafter I recharged it by rs45 ip/sec plan.. after 4-5 days of rcg it got activated
More than 6 years i am not using the vsnl number. Already i have forgotten my number and the sim card has misplaced . my name is prolay kar. can you tell me mobile number?

    Today (8/12/2009) morning I observed that my outgoing was stopped by BSNL and I received message to contact 24365 for further details. I contacted customer care immediately where I kept on hold for 40 minutes by thier representative Mr Nilesh on first time, 22 minutes on second time by same person, 18 minutes on third time by Mr Sachin. But no one has told me the reason for stopping of outgoing as everyone was telling thier system is not updated. On my sixth attempt Ms Jyoti has transferred the call to thier Senior Excutive Mr Yadav who told that I have not paid the bill dated 5th Dec 2009 hence facility is stopped. I informed them that today is 8th Dec 2009 and till date I have not received any biill or any intimation regrding payment, then how can I pay? And the next question is when it is only two days passed and the bill is not received to me, how can service provider stop the facility before the due date(23.12.2009). I had paid last bill of date 5th Nov 2009 on due date 23.11.2009. Mr Yadav told me that you once again call the customer care and log your complaint and get complaint number, then only we will able to solve your querry. Again I called customer care where again I had not been responded in first attempt. During my third attempt after 35 minutes Mr Silvester has logged my compaint and given me comaplint no 3469114.
    I am reaally fade up with the service and the treatment given by BSNL representatives and their officers. I spent almost more than 4 hours t know the reasons for stopping of the service. the reasons for stopping the service are not valid at all. after paying on time and be the loyal customer for more than 10 years BSNL is giving such embarassing treatment which has disturbed and tortured me. Therfore I request you to look into the matter and give me the justice by restarting my facility immediately and compensation for my mental torture.

    BSNL — Outgoing stopped

    My mobile no. 91 [protected] ,since many years, suddenly outgoing phone stoped, I got balance of Rs. 648/- ( approx ). I am in trouble so please do need full in matter.

      I am a senior citizen of 79 years old and living with my wife, who is of 76 years age at 5/333 Malviya Nagar, Jaipur (Raj.). We are the only two persons living at the above address. I am a heart patient and also suffered brain stroke 3 times. My son is living in Newyork (USA).
      I have got one BSNL landline connection No.[protected] in the name of my son installed at my residence. This is the only mode of communication with us to contact our doctors, relatives (including my son's family residing in USA) or to call in any emergency.
      In the last 6 months very frequently my above said telephone connection became dead and after repeated requests at all levels it was put to order. Recently 4 days back again it became dead. I lodged the complaint and also talked to the JTO/SDO of the area, but nothing was done in this matter. It seems they are not realising the hardship we are facing in this matter.
      We therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the complaint permanently.

      BSNL Landline Connection — telephone not working

      my tel no is[protected]. my telephone is not working since three month and i am paying bill still reguler however i have complaine at local office numereousely but not getting much response.. kindely do the need full because i am suffering a lot by such disconnect telephone..

      BSNL — dead connection

      Land line teli no[protected] is dead since 15 days i lodged the complaint at commercial street & complaint no -286&391 but there is no responce since the date ..very bad service of product. do the needful.
      My telephone number is[protected], is not working since three weeks. i don't know where i have to complaint.Please check my landline connection as early as possible.thanks in advace.

      BSNL Landline Connection — Refund not received till date 04.05.09

      We surrendered the Landline connection on 11th February 2009 in Adyar Exchange and settled the dues on call charges. The employee said we will get our refund of security deposit within 2 months. Till date we have not received the refund. This is the way the department works and was also one of the reason for terminating the connection.

      BSNL Landline — Dead connection

      Our phone #[protected] is dead for more than a month and no steps are taken to restore it.

      This is done even after being loyal to the company by paying the bills on regular basis.

      Now, with the current status, is it fine to pay the bill?

      BSNL land line connection is not good. I am unsatisfied.
      They fixed very old cable and I/O. Monthly 2 times repair, Call rates are also very high.
      Dear sir i have applied for a new connection of bsnl landline on 11 june 2009. Vide your receipt no 0905803 . But till date we have not received any reply from your side. I request to you kindly look the metter and do the needful as soon as possiable.

      My home land line phone[protected] is dead from past 7 to 8 months due to non availability of permanent employee at local exchange.         I got my broadband two days back. (750 Unlimited)
        as per the plan the should be 256kbps but i am getting max 30kbps.
        and now i noticed some on the sites have be blocked by BSNL which i use regularly.
        like. my own website, my Shell server, my webhosting server, i am not able to use my paid services bcz other this no reason blocking.

        why we are not getting freedom to use things in our way when we are paying for it ?
        or we are paying to them bcz we are stupid ?

          I used a bsnl broadband (dataone) since last two months.I used 600c plan which provide 2mbps speed and 2.5GB free in day and night(2-8 am)unlimited.I usually check my broadband usage from there website.But i go sock when i see there is also chargable unit which used in 2-8 am.I have proof of this.

          I am using BSNL Broadband since last 2 months, my plan is Home Unlimited 750, means there is no data limit and no time limit...speed bsnl says is 256 kbps...but the actual speed am getting is only 30-40 kpbs, i tried speaking with coustomer care, bsnl officers and their technical department of Kalyan Telecom, but all say the same dialogue...UNLIMITED PLANS HAVE THIS MUCH SPEED ONLY...So why BSNL boasts about speed of 256 kbps...to whom i contact and how my matterd will be resolved...? Any one having similar experiances..????

                In my Oct-Nov 2009 bill it has been charged excessive in BB usage. Hence request to rectify the bill on BB usage charge and send me a fresh bill for Land Line No.[protected]. Otherwise this matter will be brought into the notice of Consumer Forum.

                Here in Dehradun also its the same.In Dehradun for the last 3 months the new system of bill gereation specially for broadband is totally wrong. Customers who are under Broadband plan 500C must note that BSNL is provinding them the free usage of 1.5GB i.e. 1.5 X 1024=1536MB and for extra usage more than1536MB the customers has to pay Rs1 per MB. But in actual it is not so.
                If the customer look at the current bills thoroughly, everybody can notice that in the new bill system first of all the total usage is getting calculated and after that only there it is discounted. But here is a big mistake. As you see for 1526MB free usage the BSNL is giving discount of only Rs1226.82 which has no logic. In actual as per Rs1 per MB free usage for 1526MB it should be Rs1526.
                So, Broadband Customers of Dehradun, please get alert. If you are skipping your Broadband bills, you are paying extra amount to BSNL from your pocket.
                Not only this, the phone call amount calculation is also totally wrong

                  I am using Bsnl EV-DO internet.I am staying in near to T John college in bannerghatta road.Here the network is very poor.couple of days back i got 1mbps but now its max speed is 144kbps.i already called customer care but no use.They gave some other number.I hope this complaint will help me and my friends.

                      I'm from chennai. I took a 2 new 3G connections.
                      * I've searched high and low for how to check the balance and validity on my new 3G prepaid data connection. I'd love to know asap.
                      * The lady sitting on 1503 (when I call from a land line it goes to her directly) said she had no information on 3G(postpaid, prepaid or data) & has a rude, horrible and uncouth attitude. She was the only one who was very rude...

First the BSNL notified for HCL computer with Broadband Connection in instolment scheme. I have applied for same. No action has been taken. After two months I have applied for only Broad Band Connection in BBG Rural 150 plan. Already 15 days passed but I have not been provided Broadband Connection. On receipt of a call from Customer care team on 17.08 2010, I went to room no 211 of the telecom office at Link road, Cuttack.The officers present their gave me a mob no [protected] (to contact them) and advised me to go to the SDO office at OMP and to deposite RS. 1800. for a Laptop orRs 1100. for a Desktop. As per their instruction, I went to the SDO office at OMP and confirming it, I deposited Rs.1800/- (one thousand eight hundred) and requested to provide/supply the system as soon as possible.They gave me aother mob no [protected] of one Nigam babu, who came to me after some days and asked me to take him to the Land line and the Laptop.I replied, it is bsnl to supply me the Laptop and other requirements to access internet/bb which he denied to have brought and without installing anything he returned.Although I have not taken nor connected with broad band nor used the same went on paying bills from August, September on each pay by date. I requested the telecom officials time and again, but all are in vain. Now a bill of Rs 704 has come to me by today and in case of non payment they may disconnect my Landline No 2802027. In the above circumstance I pray to consider my case and save my hard earned money, valuable time and from unnecessary harassment.

                      Since 1 year my number is in frequent dead condition, every month for atleast 15 days it is working rest time dead, due to your department staff who has changed my DP, initially it was from the nearest DP where I was the first customer, but now the new customer bribed the staff and their connections are existing from old DP, but my was changed and was connected to a far away DP from my home and in every week somebody is thefting the wire and each time I had to pay money for a new wire.

                      Is this a normal service form BSNL, Jajpur or I want a justification why me being old customer and connected to a far away DP and the new customers from the old DP where i was the 1st customer.

                      Can you please provide a cable of 5 pairs to rectify the problem forever as i am intrested to have a broad band net connection as well.

                      It is my obligatory duty to inform you that my dependant father (Ratnakar Maharana) is a consurmer of BSNL, Cuttack (WLL Ph No.[protected] since Dec 2005. Till recently due to frequent network/customer service problems and massive uses of mobiles, we surrendered the above mentioned phone to SDO, Banki, Cuttack on 15 Jul 2010. But all our efforts failed because of silly excuses by the bsnl staff of Banki telephone exchange to get a receipt for it. The dealing clerk advised us to talk to SDO/JE. When we approach JE he told us to approach to SDO. We have visited 10 times to meet SDO, but he is always out of station duty (as told by the staff of Banki Exch) and rarely turn up for his obligatory duties. Finally we tried to contact him on phone. Out of 50 calls he once attended one call and told us to do the needful but nothing he did for us. Till date the matter is pending.
                      I, being a defence serving personnel, get a chance to visit home only once a year. My old and allied father has left the hope for getting refund of Security deposit amount from BSNL. It is my painful duty to request you to interfere in the matter and do the needful for which I will be ever grateful to you.

But nothing was done, on contacting Sri Bhagawan Sahoo our area line man We came to know that there was cable fault .After some days the cable man came and done some thing and after that my telephone got dail tone but another 3 lines are connected with this No. I cannot receive my calls .It is my request to S D O Cuttack to either resolve my problem or with draw my connection permanently.

                        I am experiencing the trouble of BSNL Broadband often getting disconnected and Error-815 appears, also while connecting the Broadband Error-718 appears. I have regulerly registered the complaint on 198. Every time the engineers at Ambarnath exchange gives the reason that exchange at Kalyan is having some fault. So far it has become the daily routine of disconnection. Will the authorities at Kalyan Exchange look in to the real problem and solve once for all. The authorities at Ambarnath Exchange ask for complaint registration but the person who responds to the complaint next day insists not to register complaint but to talk to the Engineers at Ambarnath exchange and sortout the problem. Will BSNL ever provide uninterupted service of Broadband to the customer here after.

                                  Hi, I stay in Chennai. I have a very frequent reset of the BSNL Modem. I lost connectivity say in every 2 or 3 hours. then to get it restored I need to wait for atleast 30 minutes or it may never happen also.

                                  I tried calling the USELESS 1500 number and trust me, the operators or the call center workers will simply re-route it to a different channel were the call will automatically gets disconnected. Many time I hear some noise when this happens.. ppl working in BSNL Toll Free dpt are never bothered on their customers, it is not just the TOLL FREE it is the whole BSNL ITSELF.

                                  If someone ask me on feedback to go for a BSNL BB or Not...I WOULD SAY A BIG NOOOO.

                                  Reason: USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

                                  That is the REASON why still Private service providers are still survying in this earth like Airtel, Reliance etc
