[Resolved]  BSNL — phone not working

Hello,
I facing problem regarding my BSNL land line i.e[protected] not working,i gave compliant many many times to customer care but nobody was responding.Even i gave the compliant to AEO also but work.(No use).

phone not working[protected]. want to get details through net. they said register in selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in i was not able to do. kindly help.

My Phone Number[protected] Kalyan telecom, We facing problem frequently,Most of the days our phone is not working, what a excellent service was given by BSNL. Actully it is punsihment for the peoles wholive in Kalyan East.

I am using BSNL landline with broadband facility since last 6 Month. My consumer number is[protected] My address is "At. Po. Parkhandi, Tal. Wai. Dist. Satara,).
20 days back my land connection was disconnected with out any intimation from the BSNL Company. we have alreay lodge complaint to bsnl officer but still not any response from his side. Request you to please help about connect my landline & boardbard connection. My business process totally stop.

Phone out of order
My Residence 'Mother's Love', Akashwadi, Kaular Budruk, Vasai Road(W),
Land Line No. 2320311, falling under Kalyan Telecome circle is now out of order.
The Phone is very often goes dead, plz rectify the problem.

I have couple of complains.

1 .My father's office has 2 phone connection. those are almost 30 years old. Nowadays we have phone instruments, that is quite old, its electronics one, but almost 10 years old. I have already sent an application to the BSNL office kharithal. I have been there twice, and all the time I hear that this officer is not present, that is not present, out of stock. If this is the case, why have u opened the office on the first place. and why are these officers are getting paid.

2. One of the number, ie[protected] was not working for some months. One of the telephone guy came ( because of father personal request, not as his duty.). The guy has taken the phone instrument and it has been a month and that is not returned to us.

3. We have almost 10 BSNL mobile connection in house, 4 of them have been converted to other companies after MNP, thanks to your service.

4. The bill we get, it has couple of numbers for complain and other things at the back. I have tried to call each no, for almost 1 hour a day for 10 days, noone picks up. If this is the case, please remove these no from the bill. Even the computerized complain no, 1098 also doesn't work.

5. In[protected] BSNL net losses were aroung 2000 Cr. Please close this company. Why I am payign taxes, to wates it in such compannies.?

I know, Nothing would happen, as I have placed couple of complains before as well. But still have not lost the hope.

My phone [protected] is not working properly from some days. Thir men dont come there even we complaint about it regularly.

My home landline 26862300 does not work nine months out of a year.It just goes dead and my pleas to the linesman go unheard.He is not bothered.I am a retired IAS Officer and a senior citizen.I live in my Bungalow near Rajpath club in Ahmedabad.Address.Pranaam Bungalow ,Rajpath Highway cooperative housing society.Near Rajpath club.Ahmedabad.380059.My mobile is[protected].I do not know whom to approach now.It is so difficult.May be BSNL is not bothered at all.It is very difficult to deal with BSNL staff as they are all Government servants and they do not bother about common people, like all other Government servants.I pay the rent every month but the phone does not work for nine months a year.It just goes dead without any reason apparently.I wonder whether you can help.It is a mircle if the BSNL phone works in my case.It is only divine grace that keeps my BSNL phone alive.Do try to help.Thanks.A.Prasad.IAS(Retd.)

Dear sir,
I would like to inform you that my land line No .[protected] is not in operation , only the incoming call are accessible and the outgoing is fully banned .Inspite of repeatedly changing the instrument also nothing has happened. i dont know what exactly the problem is and we are two old people surviving here alone and no action has been taken so far . we are really in need of this important facility. so please Kindly investigate and do the needful to rectify the fault as soon as possible.

I stay in Bangalore near Marathahalli. My BSNL Landline is not working from oct 1st. I have given 10 complaints to the customer care...when ever i call the local exchange no body is pickin the call and the JTO never picks his mobile number also..
Not only mine...no phone in the entire locality is working..still there is no response from BSNL.....

What can i do to solve this issue??
How can i ask BSNL for bill reduction during this time...

My phone[protected] was in dead condition before one month I have made the complaint. After 8 days from the date of complaint it has been mamde active by the department. But again after on day therer was a hummbing problem in it.Again i have made the complaint.But till date there is no positive response from the dept. Today i have again complaint on phone no [protected] and asked when it will start?. The man Taywade on the receiver side told me that " Phone chhalu bhi nahi hoga".

I am a subscriber of BSNL Kolkata Telephone. My phone number is 24940921


Since the last 15 days my phone is not working due to heavy nocie and unable to understand the incomming callers words. I have registered a complaint on 28.03.2012 thru telephone - 1981 (Docket No: [protected]).
On 31st March one of the techenision visited my residence for checking the phone and infmd he will be back to us within 10-15 minits time.
But he did not return back to us. On 3rd April I try to put complaint again thru 1981, but recd information "Your complaint under process".

Now my phone is not working.
