[Resolved] BSNL POSTPAID UDHAMPUR J & K — Non-Refund of deposit money for three years

I had returned the postpaid mobile sim with no [protected] in Mar 2007 at the BSNL office in Udhampur when i got transfered from there. Inspite of repeated telephonic complaints the deposit amount has not yet been refunded to me. The TDM and account officers have been giving false assurances of action repeatedly on the matter, with no outcome. My present telephone no is [protected] and am located at Sulur, Coimbatore.

BSNL POSTPAID — NO return of Deposit since 1 year

my mobile no is [protected] ive surrendered my SIM at Ramagundam- Karimnagar Dt- Andhrapradesh branch.
at december 2007. i have a deposit of around 1000rs/- they said me that they would be sending me a DD. But over 1 year i didnt recieve any DD or Chque. This indicates the irresponsibility towards the customer. Even when i go and ask the officer at BSNL office his neglegence hurts us.
Please Help me i would be ver Thankfull to u

i reg a complane on 22/4/2011 & comp.no is 8889 i could not get the responce till now.
i sub my post paid in pree on 22/9/2010 & till i could not resived the deposit amount i went to office so many time but i could not get the proper responce
they r not gave the resion to delay .
