Several times Broadband line disconnected without any reason and when i talk to someone from our bsnl landline everytime very distpens in phone line. So we decided to disconnect broadband line W.e.f 08.03.2008. Telephone Number is[protected]

Please pass necessary orders to person concern to do the needful , also instruct to the account department to refund my security amount .

    Non-Refund of deposit money for three years

    I had returned the postpaid mobile sim with no [protected] in Mar 2007 at the BSNL office in Udhampur when i got transfered from there. Inspite of repeated telephonic complaints the deposit amount has not yet been refunded to me. The TDM and account officers have been giving false assurances of action repeatedly on the matter, with no outcome. My present telephone no is [protected] and am located at Sulur, Coimbatore....

    after lodging several complaints i am highly disappointed as i can not enjoy services properly. and customer care representatives are showing irresponsibilities as they are settling new nos of my complaints in every time while i am asking for my status of my previous complaints. it became so irretating to me and i became helpless in the last time also. my both incoming and out going calls are disturbing too much and i am fade up kindly give me proper services as early as possibles.

      Sir,
      we are using student plan of BSNL sim.In the student plan we got the facilities like UNLIMITED LOCAL SMS FREE,BSNL to BSNL 40p call & BSNL to Other 60p call.This sim is only issued to the students.Students gave their proof (residential) as well as a copy of certificate(of any class after +2).This sim gives us many facilities so every student bought this sim.but now BSNL resets all the sim cards to the general plan.Now our Call rates are same as the previous one's but sms are not free.10p per sms charges are there.Now what is wrong with bsnl company?when we have to buy a new sim we have to sign on their form that we will accept any type of change without any confirmation.Sir, this doesn't means that we accept everything.If they 'll make 1 rs call charges tomorrow then what can we do?we have to sign on the form ,if we don't then don't give us sim cards.sir please bsnl services by yourself and please make them as previous one's.every student want to complain about this.we can't change our numbers because its very difficult.If govt. make these type of changes then how can i trust on the private network sim cards?

      bsnl student plan — student plan is not working like it is since last 4 days

      i have got a bsnl student plan...and during last 4 days its been working like a simple prepaid plan i.e. i m being charged for sending local sms.. and when i tried to call bsnl customer care on [protected] and [protected] its saying that both d nos. do not exist...
      worst customer support service ever...

      Iam srinivas surpur my mobile number is [protected], as iam the costomer of airtel postpaid co, my plan is Rs 499. as i already have 200 sms free and iam not satisfied with 200 sms as iam student i want more free sms, if you have any packeges about more free sms please inform me,

      BSNL — no new schemes in student plan

      Im a student doing B.Tech. student plan was launched few months back by BSNL in which msgz were totally free. Now due to some amendment they have started charging 10 paisa/msg. They are neither launching new schemes nor giving any facility to overcome this problem. Especialy in student plan, no remedy given..This is the complaint on the behalf of all victims(students).. plz help us in any way..

        i have a landline connection of your company.I apply a broadband connection last 23/2/2010 but no any response by your company. when i contact the bsnl department i have no response.the lineman said me that" JAB HOGA APNE AAP HO JAYEGA AAP APNE GHAR JAIYE".abhi landline connection ko 1 month hua h usme bhi 18 day tak phone band raha.or ab instrument hi kharab ho gaya h aaj jab m use change karwane gaya to mujhe kaha gaya ki abhi sahab nahi h fir bole ki storkipper nahi h aap ise wapas ghar le jao tab mene kaha ki kab tak change ho jayega to lineman bola ki jab hoga ho jayega.....so please give me some solution sir. my landline no is [protected] and mobile no is +91-[protected],

          I have own a bsnl prepaid mobile connection an my number is [protected]. I have received a SMS from BSNL Prepaid Service Provider "BSNL HAS INTRODUCES 50% EXTRA TALKTIME ON TOPUP VOUCHERS OF MRP 300/- TO Rs 1000/-. THE OFFER IS VALID UPTO 31ST MARCH 2010 ONLY." than i have recharged with Rs 330.00 topup on 31/03/2010 at 08:25 PM with reference no.: 57639607.

          now my problem is that i have received balance of Rs 260.00 in place of 450.00

          i have lodged complain to bsnl customer care also many times but no any satisfacory responce find from bsnl customer care.

          so plz provide us balance of Rs 190.00 earlier from bsnl.

          The bsnl tower fix in village-tamta,tahshil-patthalgaon,dist-jashpurnagar(c.g.).the bsnl give very bad service in our area.the tower is not not working good, but the tower signal is up/down.the phone will be disconnected is 5 second.we complaint bsnl SDO and BSNL JUNIAR ENGENIER,but the problem is not solved and provlem is over of old position.thebsnl SDO and BSNL JUNIAR ENGENIER is not entrested in solve this problem.

          here is a big difficult problem it is coverage problem. here is two bsnl tower . it's location is Jawalpur & Balouda. these tower are always not working in 3-4 days in week. So we suffering from coverage problem always. and all bsnl custemers are belongs to other private service provider.

            15 DAYS BACK, WE RECEIVED INTIMATION FROM BSNL THAT OUR BILL IS DUE FOR 3 MONTHS FOR 2006, I.E. 4 YEARS BACK. I QUESTION IS WHETHER THEY CAN ISSUE 4 YEARS OLD BILL, IF YES THEN AFTER 1 MONTH DEFUALT THEY CUT THE PHONE CONNECITON HOW CAN IT IS DUE FOR 3 MONTHS. SO PLEASE HELP

            Same case happens for me. Two months back I transferred my connection from Perambur to Choolaimedu. As they said if any due available they wont transfer, I paid the due for January though the bill not generated. But now the new number is disconnected and they said ur january bill is on due. I am really wondered how they transferred to another connection when there was a due..

              we have applied for landline connection on 14/8/09...but still no connection provided...all your staffs are lazy workers...not providing any info...this is what bsnl?...

                Sir,
                I'm a medical graduate.I have net connection in my home and the connection is getting disconnected since 2 weeks i.e, from 21st march .After making sure that the problem is not due to any virus we have filed a complaint in local exchange. we have availed the facility of 2.5gb plan with night 2am to 8am net browsing free. So due to net connection is not proper we have lost this offer and it was month ending we can no more avail the memory offer. We have to pay 600- monthly rental for the plan. So now i'm in a great loss. It has been taken 2 days and still the problem is not rectified. They have just called twice to the land line and asked the problem which is the DSL bulb is blinking continuously or not at all and lot of my time is being wasted and i cannot a have retrieval of valuable information from the net and my sister who is doing M.E project and for whom net is a vital source for gathering information .

                thy suck big time.. mine is not repaired sinc a week . i 'm plannin to shift to airtel . the service is worst! thy only call but never get it repaired. now their cell is also switched off.. i HATE BSNL!!!

[protected] in my name pawan kumar devatwal it is a prepaid gsm no. this phone has been stolen by a girl on dated 3/3/10 form sant jayacharya college. i made a fir against it on dated 4/3/10 in bhatta basti police thana. I also inform our SP MR. Ashok Naruka (North) jaipur city by mail & a registry letter but they are not taking any action on this matter.
                    I also talked on this no. to that girl by changing my name.
                    Now i want the actiual location & also call details because that girl made some calls from my mobile.
                    i also attached with this letter a scan copy.
                    i hope you will help me & reply me soon

                      i am dillip,
                      i have asked details about an offer given by bsnl.
                      but they told there was no such offer at all and when i went with proof they told yes but the offer is over and when i argued with them they never remembered when i came.
                      and they are cheating the costumers all the time.

                      the fraud officers are
                      jayanthi(regional officer)
                      mythili(staff in booking counter)
                      and man (staff in booking counter)

                      i want the concerned authorities to take a serious act on them.

                      at last the man admitted his mistake.
                      but jayanthi is an irresponsible fraud.

                        i (inder jeeet) am a prepaid mobile user of bharat sanchar nigam limited (punjab cicle) & my mobile no. is [protected]. the complaint is about my this mobile no.[protected].i have already activated the GPRS facility on my this no. but since last 2 months when i am in roaming then the GPRS service is not worked on my no. but it works in home network very well. i inform to the customer care no.[protected] many times but they are not working to solve my problem.so i request you to take action against bharat sanchar nigam limited.
                        for last two years i have been suffering from dirty quality of service of bsnl. my land line no. is [protected] exchange is gorahnath, in gorakhpur, up .

                        i tried to get changed my phone to WLL. they installed WLL phone [protected], but it was also not working properly.

                        i returned that set back to SDE gorakhnath and requested to close the connection.


                        after some time i had to again installed that connection [protected]. even now service is not good. they have sent the bill for that period in which set and connection was surrendered .

                        i have become frustated.
                        Dear Sir,
                        Our telephone number is 25617219 from past few months telephone wire is cut not even a single line man is coming to change the wire, We the customer just bonding the wire with tape. So evenever wind blow the wire disconnects and immediately telephone is on dead. Whenever we give the complaint to bsnl people are not bothered about it.

                        So please kindly do the needful.
                        I am petrol pump owner, I am in a parmanent Land Line custumber of BSNL since 1995, My Phone No. also[protected], 220584, 222584 & I am Broadband user, My all phone in working conditions. But My comlaint is our Area Lineman Sh Ram Sevak, Ramsewak is very bad service man.
                        Mere Petrol Pump ke Samane 10 mahne pahle Vodaphone company ne apani cable dali thi. us vakt unhone BSNL ki 50 pair ki cable kat di thi. Lineman sh Ram Sevak Ne teen din bad usko thik kiya tha. vo bhi vodaphone CONTRACTOR se rupees lene ke bad. parntu Joint ko paccka nahi kiya. usake bad se aaj tak mere phone thik tarah se kam nahi kar rahe hai. Joint khula padda hai khadda khod rakhha hai. jab bhi barsat aati hai mare teeno phone eirth ho jate hai. or Phone me khuch sunai nahi deta.complaint lekhawane par Ramsewak teen din tak aata hi nahi hai. aaj bhi barsat ke aane se mere teeno phone band ho gaye hai. Mera Petrol pump ka work hai. aase me kal ko koi ghatna ghatit ho jaye. tua emergency me Information ka koi bhi jariya nahi hai. sir I request for you My Phone Line Immediately repaired. thakyou sir

                        then i asked from their helpline, whether my money will be deducted from my balance or not, they replied that since i had activated, i will have to pay for that then, but in the next month too, i was charged...y is it so? when i asked the helpline again they said to deactivate again, which is not happeneing...i have tried that hundred times but, did not get nything out of it...when i called again, they said that i have to go to the BSNL office nearby to do that, which is not feasible due to time probs...even i mailed the district officer but no response...so, what to do?

                        reliable ? how a business stand with this kind of services ?
                        I am facing worst service with BSNL network. There will be full signal but don't know why network get disconnected while in call still showing full signal.Repeated network failures.why why???. Unfortunately all my family members got connected with bsnl no.s only ever they face the same problems. I am getting frustrated with this, even messages also don't go instantly they just get delivered when ever they wants it seems

                              I am Bijay Agrawal from Varanasi, U.P. My BSNL Landline Telephone Number is 2505000. For the last one week I am regularly receiving telephone calls from someone who always introduces by different names and give names of different towns from where he is calling. He regularly threatens that he is calling from Income Tax office and ask for very big amount to keep his mouth closed against me. Because I had not done any unlawful work hence I frankly refuse him to pay any money so as to save my illegally earned money. The telephone calls comes from No. 0120.244.2341 : 0120.244.2203 : 0120.244.2222.
                              Sometimes when I try to contact at above Telephone Numbers my line is never connected. Due to this person misleading harassing calls I am in great trouble and it has made my life miserable.

                              The object of this complaint is that you should investigate the telephone numbers and take actions against the person doing this mischie[censored]nder Govt. of India Rules.

                              Kindly acknowledge my e-mail and, if possible keep me aware of the steps taken by you.

                              Landline phone-BSNL — Harassing & repeated calls

                              I am getting repeated, harassing calls from a caller, who happens to me relative demanding money. Even after rejection, he goes on calling continuously. I can't attend to my business. Disconnecting the phone line affects my business. Kindly tell me a way to block this caller.

                              Hi, I had subscribed BSNL Landline many years ago (do not remember which year it was, probably during 1995). The connection was in my name - Suvajit Bhaduri taken against a security deposit of Rs. 2000/-. I used to be a graduation student then. Afterwards, due to the worst service and ignorant customer service, my mother tried to disconnect it when she was still in her movable health condition. As I used to be in office during the weekdays I could not attend the submission process. Everytime my mother went to BSNL Office to surrender the connection she used to be refused by the BSNL employees as in the consumer has to appear physically to surrender the connection. Then we had stopped using the same and since we had taken mobile connections, we did not bother about the connectivity status of the landline. Few years ago, as my mother was not in her walkable health, the bill payment got stopped. We were quite sure that the security deposit will be consumed and the connection will be automatically disconnected thereafter. The connection got discontinued by Calcutta Telephones but their call centre guys started calling up my aged (75 yrs) mother for recovery. Now they are upto being abusive and threatening to an 78 yrs old lady over phone. What to do. Please advice. There is no consumption of the said telephone service over years. Probably BSNL does not have any call history of my number[protected]. They could not or did not get into detailed conversation over the consumption minutes or any service details. Even as my mother said about the security deposit, BSNL callers said that we need to submit the money receipt of 1995 to get the security deposit. However the simple interest of Rs. 2000/- since 1995 crosses over the amount that they are asking. Their demand is Rs. 5000/- or Rs. 6000/-. Is this too hard to understand the simple points on the conveniences of aged consumers?

                                    bsnl ranchi jharkhand — unwanted deduction

                                    Sir, I CP Choudhary having bsnl SIM Nos [protected], [protected] and [protected]. During last one month so many times on account of deference services activation charges have been deducted from the above Nos. In spite of repeated request made to your customer care no refund has been made so far. Hence my two mobile Nos are having 0 balance. Where as I never sent any request to activate any services. I am very sorry to say you that also your customer care is not giving proper responce to users.As such people like as me is complaid to leave the BSNL services as well should advice our near & dear to leve bsnl service.

                                    Sir, plese advice me, what should I do? If you could refund my all amount which are deducted by bsnl on account of deference services activation. I shall be thankful to you as well BSNL

                                    We wish to inform you that we are consumer of BSNL Landline, vide Telephone No 2244797 at House No. 406B, Road No. 5B, Ashok Nagar, Ranchi. And our Telephone line is not working from last several days. This has been brought to the notice of the local exchange. The exchange people came to our place on 23.02.2012 and after investigating they told us that the cable is damaged and it will be chnged/repaired.But we are very sorry to inform you that still the problem has not been sorted out and our telephone set remain idle. Our office work is suffering very badly due to non functioning of the telephone.

                                    You are requested to take of the matter with the appropriate authority for immediate restoration of the line.

                                    You are therefore requested to kindly replace telephone cable as soon as possible to enable us to continue our regular work.

                                      I am a user of your dataone services from the past 2 years and using 750plus plan from the past 1 year living in MAIRTI KUNJ RISALI BHILAI. I am unsatisfied and tired off from your worst services and false promises. From the day I opted dataone never ever a week goes when your dataone broadband works at its best. 1st problem is that my line is never stable. I have complained a lot of times aproached lineman but non satisfied response I recieve from you people. Never you people bother about you customers. But the bills are sent in time! Even there are very less number of lineman employed here they are very cooperative. They told me the problem that the link is not stable is because of the cables. The underground cables have many joints due to municipality pipeline work. But your officers never take care of that, they want payment on time and need more and more wage revision and work nill. They ordered lineman to just make joints instead of laying new cables.
                                      And the second awful problem is that your server is always not working. I couldnt connect to dataone or sometime I couldnot access dataone portal sometime I get connected to dataone but couldnot access internet. Whenever I call office they tell me the server is not working it is being repaired. My neighbours also have dataone connection but they have it in dataone domail and I have the account in which I need to go to data.bsnl.in to check usage. They never suffer any such problem. They are using same service as I and I am paying the same what they do.Then whats making difference? IS THE SERVERS GET OFTEN FAILED OR AM I BEING MADE FOOL! Your employees talk rudely even some of you people who are given the authorities to solve customer grievances talk that rudely as if they own BSNL and we are beggers. DO I PAY FOR KEEPING THE SERVERS NOT WORKING? Iam fed of your poor quality service but I cannot switch to another company as there is no other good ISP. CHANGE YOUR LOGO FROM" DATAONE ITS ALWAYS ON" TO "DATAONE ITS SOMETIMES ON" Repair your servers replace or install a new server , install new cables ,do whatever to keep your services running smoothly and help us not to cut our pocket for a waste and PLEASE maintain some strictness over your employees.
