Dear sir

I am from karur having board band connection in bsnl. I booked on 20th feb 2010. i received the connection on 25th march. after so many phone calls i did. then they given connection.
It is home plan monthly rental rs. 750/- for 256mbps. i have purchased modem in BSNL for Rs. 2000/- (wire less) but i receiving 100.0mbps. Not only in peak hours round the clock.

kindly give us good service. otherwise...

There is too much troubleshooting in the service. I change my sim bcos i suppose the error is in sim but eventhough the eroor is not clear. A single call takes two to three call cost. when I called first time in customer care they told me the charge will be adjusted in next bill but i charged twice as same,also...

Land Line Connection not working

Net not Connecting when Phone Charging

I completed all the formalities and paid the money (Rs. 4245). The modem was out of stock then and they assured me that it will be given to me in few days. I would like to bring to your kind attention that every now and then, landline phones around Tibetan library area in Dharamshala gets disconnected because of which a lot of landline phones were surrendered in the past several years.
