SIR, MY SON BY MISTAKE ACCEPTED THE OFFER OF RINGTONES PROVIIDED BY BSNL IN MOBILE NOS. [protected] AND [protected] AND RS 37 WAS DEDUCTED FOR HE MONTH ON 6.10.09. I DONT WANT ANY RINGTONES . FOR THIS I HAVE SENT MESSAGES AS "UNSUBSCRIBE" TO 56700 AND 56799 ON 19.10.09 AND 23.10.09. BUT I AM SORRY I HAV NOT RECEIVED ANY CONFIRMATION MESSAGE.
