Dear, sir,
I am bulu mahanty from iitkanpur U.P. East zone .using bsnl sim and my no is [protected] i.e. lifetime. from apr-2009.but my complain against bsnl service.main problem is that due to any problem my a/c balance is automatically deducted i.e. appx Rs.29.. but i have already complain from 4may to till date but they give some comp_no. and tell wait 24 hour..or they call back but right now no aneswar till now.. for this i think u must take some action against u?

BSNL Prepaid — Automatic deduction

Automatic deduction of Rs. 30 in the month of August 2009 for some christianity propagation was made when suddenly one message came and opened. After that every month Rs. 20 is deducted automatically and inspite of repeted request to BSNL Cutomer care[protected], they have neither stopped nor taken any action against no.12555 who send this message . It definite this can not happen without Conniviance of some employee of BSNL and that message sender. Firstly, deduction should be stopped from my Prepaid Mo and BSNL should be warned for this type of automatic deduction.

I am falsely charged by BSNL for the auto deduction from my no. so many times, by company, I tried many times to talk to cusrtomer care regarding the same but no acction has been taken yet. sir theye are mentally harrasing us since few months..they are cheaters..
I need urgent fare inquiry and justice regarding unwanted and auto deduction of balance from my account. becouse now I am on the verse of nervous break down due to continous inconvinent.

Dear Sir,

I have a prepaid mobile connection of BSNL, mobile No.[protected]. We are getting unknown deductions from my balance amount since last one month . I have lodged complain in BSNL local office but no response from them to stop all the deductions from my mobile account. but after one one I am in the same condition and deduction is continue from my account.

Kindly arrange to give the credit o[censored]nwanted deductions from my mobile account and to stop all the deduction in future.
