[Resolved]  BSNL Prepaid Mobile — barred on outgoing call occasionally

I am using prepaid mobile for last 2 years ([protected]).Suddenly, they barred my out going calls. I am in chandigarh form few month, doing job here, and using Roaming free plan. they even blocked the customer care call numbers also. And some time my SIM show as Invalid SIM. And when I try to contact customer care form chandigarh than call goes to Uttarakhand Customer instead o[censored]tterpradesh (Allahabad ) customer care.

Kindly solve my problem ASAP. why this all happen and after 1 or 2 day services resume automatically... and than after some time they blocks my outgoing call...
