i was downloading a song from mr-jatt i was subscribed to service nexGTv+Sony Pack without my knowledge my balance was deducted rs25 and rs8 later on i rang customer care and booked a complaint no G3JK3038232 on july 30 i was asked to wait for 30-45 days but on 15 sept i was refused for refunding of balance

BSNL — Wrongly Balance Deduction

Dear Sir / Madam,

I Kashyap J. Upadhyay, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. I BSNL Prepaid user from last one years And land line users from last 18 years.

My Mobile No is[protected]. I recharge my mobile on 17/01/2009 by Rs.56/- recharge voucher. I got Rs. 25/- as a talk time balance & 10 days validity.

After the day on Sunday 18/01/2009 I received SMS for caller tune at 10.00 am. & they deducted Rs. 25/- from my account.

Acutely I never send SMS or press any button for CRBT Or Caller tunes. I call for this to your customer care center But they not give me a proper answer and every time they use very bad & ruff language on a call. I call 7 times on 24365. They also not note down my complain. They all time give different answer And improper answer in bad language.

So Sir / Madam Please take necessary action and fined

 HOW CAN THEY DEDUCTED MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONFORMATION OR ACTIVATION?
 HOW CAN THEY USE RUF LANGUAGE ON CALL ?
 WHY THEY CUT THE PHONE & NOT NOTE DOWN MY COMPLAIN ?
 WHY THEY NOT GIVE ME A PROPER ANSWER?

Your company employee not give me a higher authority contact no Or E- Mail address.

Your BSNL company mentally harassment me and my family.

Please see this and do need full on my complain Else I go in consumer forum & RTI.

NOTE :- This is not issue of Rs.25/- But it’s a issue of wrong deduction of money & bad behavior of company’s employees and mentally harassment. If they give me a this type of answer Then What they do with uneducated persons??????

I[censored] want to call me and not connected on BSNL No Then Please Call me on my other AIRTEL contact no. It’s connected every time with good services.

BSNL — wrong deduct of Rs.12.00

In the month of July BSNL deducted Rs.10.00 and Rs 2.00 on about 20th July 2010 for Music. I immediately book complain and their representative informed me this Rs.12.00 will refund you. I called them again after 2 days and get the Ref No of my refund is IG2312391 but I have not received till 30th July. So I sent SMS to them I received a call and he said it was not wrong deducted. and said that you sent sms for music for that reason it was deducted. I informed them pl submit proof that I had sent or sign up that kind of service but they says we can't do that. I informed them pl give me credit and whoever co's charged me let them they call me or give me their number so will call them but BSNL rep said we can't give you.

So pl help me to refund of Rs12.00

BSNL — Wrongly Deduction Of Balance

My problem was ------- I recharged my mobile with 500/- on 30/10/2010
so in my mobile bsnl to bsnl local & STD both are free , but suddenly
on 27/11/2010 night when I was calling one BSNL STD no in Jharkhand, bsnl
wrongly deduct my call charge 1.20 per min which is free for me
actually...........total 61/- Rs was deducted from my balance , but
BSNL not refund that money ......

Repeatedly I launched that complaint on 27/11/2010 and on 29/11/2010
but that is not solved till date and till now customer tells me to
wait...
Lastly on 02/12/2010 which I have launched,details is as follows...

this is also not solved.I know it will never be solved.
Customer Care of BSNL is very Irresponsible.They does not work properly.Always
they tells false words.They are lier.

i had about 115 MB usage left when i started downloading 92 MB file,after my download got completed, i received a message that my usage was 92 mb n my balance was deducted by Rs96.66. i tried calling bsnl customer care,but either they gave unsatisfying answers or kept on hold for 10 mins or more. what can i do,please help...

I complained against this n number of times to refund my balance but it is never done, they just give excuses for that. Till now i lost balance of Rs. 65 due to this reason. The xplore pack from handygo got self activated (Nither I got any message asking for my approval to subscribe for this service, nor I send any message / instruction to subscribe for this service) and Rs 30/- was deducted from my account on 14th feb 2012, i have complained through the customer care number 1503 & got my complaint registered (complaint number - B14UT1811357) on same day, i got an assurance that my money would be refunded within 15 days but its around one month and its not done yet, even today in evening i got a message for an auto renewal of this service (which i have not subscribed for).....poor services & customer care by BSNL. my mobile number is [protected]. BSNL — wrong deduction from balance

I am a consumer of Bsnl mobile service having Mobile no +91 [protected]
Recently the service provider deduct Rs 7 from my balnce sending a message that "Rs 7 charged.Thanku for using Beauty tips service.your service have been renewed."
I complain the same at their office and on their portal on 7/5/12 and they responded on 8/5/12 showing "Your problem will be resolved in 72 Hrs"
But on 11/5/12 the same thing repeated again and Rs 7 deducted from my balance.
Sir please look in to the matter and take necessary steps as how a National company cheating its consumers.

I have BSNL Pre-paid Service. My Mobile number is [protected]. For past 3 Months, my balance is automatically debited for Rubaru and Masala Service (twice or thrice monthly). I have lodged complaint to BSNL via multiple channels (online and also personally visiting their center). The service has not been de-activated. The customer care is also not able to help. Hence, raising this issue to consumer court so that they take necessary action against our so called "Public service provider:BSNL" of our country. The operator is making money by cheating subscribers and not providing fair services.

    sir/madam,
    i have a beetle 3g dongle. it's of 7.2 Mbps. and a BSNL 3g Sim. at first speed was OK, but after my net balance was finished i recharged my account, but my speed is too slow, transfer rate is about 15 Kbps. earlier it was 250Kbps, i have being suffering though this slow Internet for about 10days , if this didn't get better, I'm gonna leave BSNL.

    Bsnl 3G 7.2 mbps — internet connection is very slow

    I am having Bsnl 3G with 7.2Mbps,To access internet is taking so long and very slow process.I am not able to do anything because of this,Can you check and do the needful as earlist as possiblle.

      without any information activate games nad moovie download service
      I have been using BSNL broadband for the past 5 months. My BSNL landline number is [protected].Till now i was happy with the billing of BSNL. But last month i saw that an additional amount of RS 153.29 has been charged against MoD(Music on Demand)and God(games on demand). When enquired at exhange, they said its from bsnl.hungama.com . I am tottaly not aware of this service and i called up hungama.com customer service and understood that the service was not activated without my consent, neither i didnt get the activation details for the said servvice.

      I really dont know why i am suppose to pay for something which i havent subscribed.


      It would be really appreciated if you can take an action on this , as i feel it really humialing (even though the amount is small). It really kills the reputation of BSNL.

      If i am not getting a proper respose from hungama, i will be forced to move this to consumer court and fight against this cheating.

I am complaining day by day from two months before [from my mobile [protected] to local exchange office eraniel[protected]] to my exchange office. They are telling ‘we will come’ Every day, one person came last week but he didn’t correct it he told ‘I will send a person tomorrow’. I didn’t receive any response from them even I am calling day by day. Please take immediate action.

          i have taken broadband connection till from one year. so many time i complaint about poor speed of broad band to bsnl office . but there is problem not solve. after that i have taken new connection of broadband . but i am facing same prolem . now my download speed 0.13 to 0.21 mbps and upload speed 0.07 to 0.22 . my account no [protected] and my phone no [protected]. please solve my problem

          BSNL — Poor connection speed

          Here i add yet another complain to the pile, I have the bsnl speed combo 1111 plan which 'should' give me a speed of 2mbps that roughly translates to around 200kbps download speed but here I am sitting here downloading at 16-17 kbps 90% of the time (other times the speed gets better but wtf!! ), I dunno whether to laugh or cry =[ , the cause of this inconvenience is poor infrastructure...and why am I bearing with as u may ask?...its because no other broadband service is available here in mzn...lets see how long it takes for the situation to change...
          i have broadband connection on 16/8/2012 of plan( combo unlimited ) rs:850/ per month. in this plan you can use speed 2 mbps upto 8 gb and then low speed you can use unlimited. but from begining i got speed 0.9 mbps to 0.21 mbps. i complaint many time to bsnl office. they are not solve my peoblem.= kadam madhav(ph. no.[protected]/ mo.no.             barred on outgoing call occasionally

            I am using prepaid mobile for last 2 years ([protected]).Suddenly, they barred my out going calls. I am in chandigarh form few month, doing job here, and using Roaming free plan. they even blocked the customer care call numbers also. And some time my SIM show as Invalid SIM. And when I try to contact customer care form chandigarh than call goes to Uttarakhand Customer instead o[censored]tterpradesh (Allahabad ) customer care.

                BSNL — Brod band connection not working

                My BSNL Brod band connection not working properly, While working with net frequently disconnecting. Further when opening the Net nearly 30 minutes taking for connecting and also running slowly. when I have emergency need I am feeling verymuch inconvience with BSNL Brod Band Connection. Hence it is required to improve the service immediately.
                I am a govt. employer and i m new customer of broadband modem id password has been provided me .two week ago but my con. could not access I com. many time to branch manager but prob. still now they told me that your prob. can not solve us one month plz help me my phone [protected]

                      My telephone number is[protected]. It found dead from 08-Sep-2012 Morning onwards as well as the broadband connection. There was a line repair going on the same bulding by a BSNL technician. The connection found dead afterwards. We have registered a complaint, but so far no help. The customer complaint section given few mobile numbers of concerned technician, but that is always off state, but after every call I get a message to provide address and phone# etc. I have called the area manager, he also given some contact numbers of technician, but no one is attending that call. Now our complaint status says it is closed, but it is not actually closed. Please help me

                        My telephone number is 26785595 and I have been having problems that my bills which will around Rs1000 every month has suddenly increased by 100% and the bill amount for the last five months are close to Rs 2000/
                        When I visited BSNL bangalore office I wasn't given any proper response and the usage was same for all these years.

                        Can you please help me out in sorting this out?. I haven't paid the bill for the last four months because I wanted to check the usage of broadband and it was being the same for all the months.

                        BSNL — Excess Billing Amount

                        I have received BSNL monthly Bill for the month of February'09. I surprised that the billing amount is around 2130 Rs. Because my Broad Band connection was not working from last week of January'09.My scheme is Home Plan 500 for Broad band.

                        The details of the billing is as follows.
                        Fixed Monthly : 120 Rs
                        Call Charges : 398 Rs
                        Depit Charges : 1384 Rs
                        Tax : 228 Rs
                        Total : 2130.
                        How i can approach this problem. Please suggest suitable remedies.
                        Broad band charges are under Debits. Home plan 500 has a fixed rent of Rs. 500-00. You can see the usage details from the website http://bbservice.bsnl.in/
                        Get the portal id and password from BSNL office.

                        BSNL — Refund of Deposit and overbilling

                        I relocated from Kottivakam Chennai and closed my account phone[protected]. I was told that I would be refunded the Rs2000 deposit after 45days. Instead, they kept presenting a bill to my account and automaticaly got an additional Rs665 from my account.
                        This was about 4 months ago. Still no refund.
                        SINCE LAST THREE MONTHS USAGE OF MY LAND LINE IS SO LOW.JUST TO CHECK OUT WHETHER GENERATED BILLING AMOUNT IS RIGHT OR WRONG,BECAUSE I AM NOT ABLE TO GET ANY CALL DETAILS,SINCE LONG( THAT COMPLAINT ALSO HAS BEEN LODGED NO.[protected] BUT NOW,IT HAS BEEN PROOVED THAT BILL AMOUNT IS NOT RELEVANT TO MY USAGE.AND IT IS A SERIOUS ISSUE.SO PLS LOOK INTO IT.YOU CAN CHECK MY BILLING CYCLE THAT ALL BILLS HAVE BEEN PAID WITHIN DUE DATE SINCE I AM USING LANDLINE PHONE.

                        Bangalore BSNL — Broadband frequent disconnection like more than 20 times in an Hour.

                        Broadband connected with my land line number [protected] is not working properly for more than for months now. I have given written complaints three times to BSNL HAL office. But still now the issue is not resolved. Without getting any service I am un-necessarily paying the usage fee monthly.

                        BSNL — EXCESS BILL AMOUNT

                        I, A.P. Wankhede got bsnl band connection of Rs.400 (including govt. servent's 20% off. but bsnl charged me Rs.499 only for 15 days. they charged Rs.250 for installation ( discribed in user manual & help disc & which any untought man cn also do) also they charged Rs.500 for installation. and total amount is Rs.3190.I ask but bsnl does not informed me this before getting connection,meny peoples are fecing this problem.
                        PLEASE DO SOMETHING....................

                        BSNL — excess amount of billing

                        i have chosen BSNL broadband connection plan 700 limited home plan... they provided me connection month of may 27th and they processed my billing for that month itself ( billed me for may 27 - 30 (3days) ) i was shocked by seeing the bill,.... they charged 3,678rs for using broadband only for three days..... how its possible,. and now they are telling to pay the bill............i want a justice as a consumer....my phone number :[protected]

I have not applied for Home 500/- Plan, but it has been activated and charged regularly from AUGUST 2010 till now & I did not understands your Broadband Services. Which process I solv this ''Over Billing'' problms??? I have registration in this side but, I did not better fill effect in this side. So, kindly help me. Did you help me?

                        I had surrendered the above landline on 8.9.2011 and the same was acknowledged by your SDE(Phone), Arakkonam, Vellore SSA.

                        Please refer to my earlier letters dated 6.9.2011 and 27.10.2011 wherein I had requested for refund of the security deposit of Rs.2000/- paid by me vide your Receipt Ref: 75643 dated 22.12.1997.

                        It is stated in the monthly bill under Item No.VI(d), interest at the rate of 10% p .a. is payable in case the refund of security deposit is not done within 60 days of surrender of the landline. More than 2 months have elapsed since I had surrendered the landline connection and I am yet to receive the refund.

                        It is therefore requested that the security deposit is refunded immediately and with interest @ 10 % p.a. till the date of refund.

                        The refund amount may be sent only to the address given above.

                          I have complain against bsnl company last 35 days my landline
                          And internet connection both are disconnect but i have last 9time
                          I have complain bapunagar bsnl service center But they are not responding
                          for our requests. I am in need of an landline and internet connection.
                          mr.r s patel and his staf member does not attend in the office some time i have writting application

So please notify the concerned authorities and please take some action immediately... BSNl service are very very poor..and all the bsnl officer are very very inresponsibal for the work..

                            my bsnl land line is out of order from one year.initially it was said that due to road construction in sullia city all cables are damaged.road has been repaired around 6 months back.we had paid the bill for initial 4-5 months hoping that it will get repaired.my land line no is[protected].in my surrounding also people are struggling without land line connection .could you please let us know what is the status and when it will get repaired.

                                It is my obligatory duty to inform you that my dependant father (Ratnakar Maharana) is a consurmer of BSNL, Cuttack (WLL Ph No.[protected] since Dec 2005. Till recently due to frequent network/customer service problems and massive uses of mobiles we surrendered the above mentioned phone to SDO, Banki, Cuttack on 15 Jul 2010....

I have contacted many times for the landline and broadband connection, but still there is no proper response from from them. Even my neighbour has a bsnl broadband. But they are not responding for our requests. I am in need of an landline and internet connection. So please notify the concerned authorities and please take some action immediately.

                                  I'M piyush sinha, currently facing a very serious problem with my bsnl land line[protected]. My land phone is dead almost for one moth. I lodge several complaints to rectify this. In this process, I contacted the bsnl helpdesk number[protected]of my area and explained the issue. At the beginning some one was attending the call after 3 or 4 tries and conveying that they will look into it. I followed up 4/5 times within the last 15/16 days. Even after, several reminder and request they had only showed high level of negligence and keep the issue alive till date (10th september,12).
                                  Now, thing has gone worse, neither they are not picking up any phone calls nor their is any update in my land phone status. In this situation I'M really helpless and seeking king assistance of you. Would urge you, if anyhow, together we can make it good.
                                  Any help in this regard would be highly appreciated.

                                    The landline number 2738734 is not working for the past 4 days. Lodged a complaint yesterday in the complaint register at Manimajra BSNL Centre. Today, despite being the first working day of the week, still no phone call or any redressal by the BSNL authorities has been initiated. Hoping for an early solution to my problem.

                                    i mr. paresh kanaiyalal shah having a landline telephone no[protected], which is not working from last ten deys. i have given a complain vide no- 84040. from last two months my telephone was dead for several times. some times it has been operative after seven days. you people have crossed all the limits for not giving a service. this month i am not going to pay the monthly bill if the complain is not attended by your side.even if required i will go to consumer court.
