Hi,
I'M piyush sinha, currently facing a very serious problem with my bsnl land line[protected]. My land phone is dead almost for one moth. I lodge several complaints to rectify this. In this process, I contacted the bsnl helpdesk number[protected]of my area and explained the issue. At the beginning some one was attending the call after 3 or 4 tries and conveying that they will look into it. I followed up 4/5 times within the last 15/16 days. Even after, several reminder and request they had only showed high level of negligence and keep the issue alive till date (10th september,12).
Now, thing has gone worse, neither they are not picking up any phone calls nor their is any update in my land phone status. In this situation I'M really helpless and seeking king assistance of you. Would urge you, if anyhow, together we can make it good.
Any help in this regard would be highly appreciated.

BSNL — Excess Billing Amount
I have received BSNL monthly Bill for the month of February'09. I surprised that the billing amount is around 2130 Rs. Because my Broad Band connection was not working from last week of January'09.My scheme is Home Plan 500 for Broad band.Consumer No: [protected]

Bill No: C[protected]
The details of the billing is as follows.
Fixed Monthly : 120 Rs
Call Charges : 398 Rs
Depit Charges : 1384 Rs
Tax : 228 Rs
Total : 2130.
How i can approach this problem. Please suggest suitable remedies.
