unwanted subscription

(1) In BSNL Tunes service ei 'BP-Btunes my caller tune service was renewed on[protected],[protected], [protected] & on[protected]. Each time they show the message ' Your BSNL Tunes service is renewed
for next 30 days'.while they are renewing it just after 15 days. This is not fair. I have all messages with me.

(2) I have never opted for any service like 'FRENZO' or '5 KA...

An amount of Rs. 133.00 was debited from my SBI saving bank account at Rajendra Nagar, Patna on 4 September, 2012 for an applied TOP UP on 'net banking' for my BSNL cellone Mobile No.[protected] but the 'Top Up' has not yet materialised in my Mobile. This is to inform u that i am using BSNL prepaid no [protected] and without subscribing any chalisa pack every month 20 rupees are deducted from my balance in the name of 10 rupees for 30 days(instad of 10 rupees 20 are deducted 10 after 15 days although the message says that 10 will be deducted after 30 days).The mssg also says that to unsubscribe call 1255530 but on dialing they say that i am not subscribed...

taking unnecessary charges

i inform to bsnl customer care and bsnl customer care email id but they did not reply and when i call customer care center they always reply system problem . i call more than 5 times. and i email to bsnl customer care id more than three times .

i recharge amount rs 110 rs in 110
talk time at 15 august 2012 at that time i already have at least 40 rs balance. balance...

take legal decision otherwise customer will go to other network.
this issue should short out fast becase i am a service man and i have to make 50 calls per day to my manager....

Deduction of Charges after cancelling subscription

My Mob No is [protected] taken in Rewa in Aug 2008. I used to subscribe to Astro services but unsubscribed to it last year. However under sms BZ[protected] Rs 10 are deducted from my account despite my sms o[censored]nsubscribe on receipt their sms for renewal. The irony is that despite forced deduction the Astro Service in not providing any such services! What a cheating?

Online recharge - Amount deducted from bank account but mobile not recharged

I have tried to recharge my BSNL prepaid mobile ([protected]) on line through paytm.com of Rs. 410 (330+80) and this amount got deducted from my bank account but my mobile balance and validity has not been increased. I have checked with the customer care of paytm.com and as per them recharge has been successfully credited and the reference no. is[protected].

So please take the immediate actions in getting this issue resolved....

Frequent disconnection during call

I am a prepaid customer of BSNL mobile.I used to call/receive call from my mobile. But during incoming or outgoing call it disconnects frequently every after 2 to 3 minutes.It is so a serious problem that I have to call 3 to 4 times to a person for a full conversation.I reported this problem to the customer care representative of BSNL,they are talking that it is due to low signal in that area,but in my house there is always full signal. illegal recovery of internet charges

deactivation of service

without my request the service of 5 ka tadka from hanygo activated in my BSNL Mo.no[protected] and deduct Rs.8/- for a week (till dated 06.09.2012) I send request to deactivate that service via message "UNSUBTAD" to 55678 and also register a complain on custmercare ( docket noH13UE306325, H31UE307647) but till there is no response for my complaint. so i request you pl deactivate that tadka service and refund my ammount. I placed an order of a BSNL tablet on 07th Jun 2012 02:07 pm. I never received the product as per their mentioned SLA of 15 working days. I placed a cancellation order and asked for refund. I never got a call back from their backend team department which they call so. I daily call Timtara Customer Care and they always give me same answer by tomorrow I will get a call from backend team which never happened. Also they say I will be refunded...
