[Resolved] BSNL Prepaid Mobile — BSNL deducting balance repeatedly and not deactivated service | |||
Sir, I am subscribed for 'TravelandLiving Service' on BSNL Prepaid Mobile without my consent since May 2013 and frequently lose Rs.8/- each time by a renew SMS from 55768. Last recieved messages are as follows. One from +55678 at 10-Jun-13 4:35 pm and message is "Your TravelandLiving Service will get renew in next two days. To unsub, SMS STOP to 155223 or call on 155223 Toll free. Each time I send the SMS 'STOP' to 155223 after get this message, but lose my money each time. Last one is from +[protected]Jun-13 2:38 pm and message is "Thanks for subscribing TravelandLiving from 55768 at 11/06/2013 01.47 PM for Rs8 valid till 18/06/2013. To unsub, SMS STOP to 155223 or Call on 155223 Toll free." I called many times to BSNL customer service (1503 & 155223) to unsubscribe me from the 'TravelandLiving Service' for permanently. But they never consider my complaint. Finally I told to senior representative about these types of deduction of money without my consent, but he was not willing to stop the 'TravelandLiving Service'. I also told him I'll be going to consumer court with this issue and that time he was very rude and send something like 'BSNLNet configure settings' to my mobile continuously for the rest of the day and then I could not do anything on my phone without pressing 'Yes or No' more than hundred times. They send a docket number each time after call to BSNL call center and I have no idea what is the use of this docket number. BSNL — money losing
from february 2009 onwards mobile no [protected] had a loss of Rs.30.00 per month. contacted the customer care, but no use. They said, they are unaware of the loss. In March-2009, lost Rs.60.00 and so I (SAM MATHIAS.W), had gone Thiruvananthapuram office, but they could also not solve the problem. In April-2009, again I lost Rs.30.00 and I went there and given a written complaint. Even though I had again lost Rs.30.00 in May-2009 also. In each deduction their must be an SMS, saying, "Thank You for subscribing to the subscription service" from the no: 70071030.So I request to take necessary action to refund my hard earned money, and also stop this kind of cutting of money from my account.

sir i have been using internet on my pc by blutooth of n73 and bsnl prepaid card.my mobile no is [protected].but from last two days i m having trouble i doing so.i have many times complainted in bsnl,they put call on hold and they go to sleep ,they could make no solution. i am very angry on bsnl.please give me any solution and there must be any limit for call holding time .u should make any rule for this. BSNL Mobile — Charging money after sending SMS for free services
On 01.02.2010 I got an SMS from BSNL reading as - "BSNL Phone backup. contact +sms+pics all free. sms SUB to 58989." When I sent the required SMS, I got a message after 5- 6 hours - "Thank you for subscribing to phone backup. Fee Rs.30/- per month." Simultaneously I got second message - "You have been charged Rs.30/-for phone backup services." I registered a complaint with BSNL. They advised me to send SMS UNSUB ALL TO 5805129 to unsubscribe the service. When I tried to send the message several times, message sending failed appears. This is nothing but clear cut fraud first luring for free service and then charging without any authority. I request you to kindly look into the matter and got my money back. Sir i have a devotional alarm facily on my mobile no [protected] .

BSNL Prepaid — Poor Service
I have many Problems from BSNL.1) After 5pm Network is to Busy.
2) Cross Connection occure many times.
3) Customer Support poor. Agents wating soo long.
First He connect after 15-20min When hi said to Connect Senior Exicutive again we can wait 20-25min.
4) After any Complaint BSNL doesnot respont.

BSNL Prepaid Mobile — deducting money without my approval
HiI am 36 years old person. I know how to operate SMS. Without my approval suddently sms came from MAATV[protected] mentiong "Thanks for ur MAATV Month renewal for rs 50/- Ur Subscription renews on 16/2/11.
SMS UNSUB to 55447 to unsubscribe." This thing happend for me twice.Even through I am sending unsubscribing sms to above number.
In this country lot of people always ready to steal common people money.
Wast BSNL. Please do not take this wast BSNL connection.

BSNL - prepaid mobile phone — Non-Approved subscription and deductions from balance
Dear SirFrom last month it has been observed and informed at BSNL Customer Care regarding the UN-approved deductions made regularly for updating different-different services without our confirmation / permission on our phone no.[protected].
We have informed at BSNL Customer Care many times two of the latest complaint nos are K30RJ669671 dt.30.11.11 and L01RJ671808 dt.01.12.11 but no response nor we have been refunded our amount wrongly deducted.
I don't know in this time of competition, is BSNL wants to close down the mobile service-as their are forcing their customers to switch to other service providers because of such problems. Are they creating such UN-necessary problems so that the customers will leave.The computerised phone services provided for customers are also not working properly, they gets corrupted / hanged after calling 2-3 times. Our phone gets disconnected before getting any solution from the department, so we have to call many times to resolve our pending issues and we will call for clearance of issues. Please rectify the computerised system so that UN-necessary problems can be avoided in future.

BSNL/ Prepaid Mobile Service — Call centre not attending to complaint
I sent SMS for activation of Excel Power service on my mobile No.[protected] on 21st December, 2008 and received the reply through SMS immediately confirming receipt of request. But since then the service has not yet been activated. I talked to the call centre two times and they assured that the service would be activated shortly. But nothing happenned so far. For the last 15 days I am trying to connect to the call centre but the line is always found busy. Kindly try to activate the dessired service at onece.
