BSNL Prepaid Mobile — Unsuccessful recharge

Dear Sirs,

This is another pathetic story of my experience with BSNL mobile today that I underwent.

I have been trying to recharge my mobile with my usual vendors, who regretted that the poor service of BSNL has made them to opt out from possessing BSNL rechargers.

However, today, I recharged my mobile no. [protected] at Om Shoppee, 9A, II nd Main Road, Ram Nagar, Nanganallur, Chennai 600 061 for Rs.500/- (reference no. [protected]) where the vendor informed me that all recharges above Rs.220/- will have a 100% talk time. Knowing about the poor service of BSNL, I double checked with him if I recharge for Rs.500/-, will I get Rs.500/- as talk time. The vendor reiterated and confirmed that all recharges above Rs.220/- will carry 100% talk time.

I opted to recharge my above referred mobile no. for Rs.500/-. Instantly, I got an alert message in my mobile indicating the recharge that recharge was successful for Rs.442/-. I am terribly shocked and questioned the vendor about the balance amount. He insisted what he said earlier and praised BSNL for its poor performance and response to queries and directed me to take it up directly with you.

With no other option I am writing this to you to seek justice.

Why is this poor service from BSNL?
When the vendor confirmed that I will get 100% talk time, why I didn’t happend?
When will I get the balance Rs.58/- to my credit?

I have been using this mobile number for the past 10 years and during the initial years, I had all praise for BSNL for its coverage and easy recharge facilities. When more and more private operators throng the market, we expect the government run BSNL to excel better in your services. However, it is regretted to note that your service has moved from bad to worse.

I hope to save the interest of its customers BSNL will ensure that I will now not move from worse to worst and ensure all steps are taken to retain its customer.

Coming to the point, please let me know per return, when I will get back my balance into my credit.

I again reiterate that with immediate effect I wish my balance Rs.53/-be credited to my account and also expect your good self to acknowledge this email.

If you are unable to do so, please let me know as I will proceed with consumer forum.

BSNL Excel — market alerts

I activated stock market alerts from bsnl excel. My cell number is [protected]. they send me market alerts very irregularly. and mostly the alerts are quite wrong.sometime i got the alerts on sunday and saturday. i call the customer care for deactivating the service.but they told me that it can only be deactivated by the sim services.
Sir,
I have received sms that actived service of radio without my will, for which there is deduction of Rs-19 two times.
so i request you to deactived this service as soon as possible and refund my money & reply me as soon as possible.

Sir, I on 4th. september subscribed for ALERT STOCK, on the same date I asked on message to 58888 to withdraw it.the message answered to send UNSUB STOCK.I DID THE SAME.many times alternately as per given messages I tried to withdraw my option.I consulted costemer care as well and also SAS Guntur NO:[protected]. the also tried to remove my option.since 4months od they collecting money and also giving messages concerned.please look after to resolve my problem.Awaiting to do well.My cell No:[protected]. excel mobile — balance could not be credited in my account

i am a castomar of a bsnl pripaid mobile from westbengal, dumkal, murshidabad.the purchese date of this connection is 15-jan-2009.this sim is is taken under a special offer which is( "the validity of this sim is six month and if i recharge this sim/month by upper than 100 rs then i will got 50 Rs/month up to six month")i have already got 50 Rs/month in privious two month.but this month i already recharge with 189 Rs but i could not receive 50Rs balence, please help me. and my mobile number is ([protected])

BSNL — Recharge of Prepaid Mobile

My mobile # [protected]. I tried twice to recharge my mobile through ICICI Bank and found futile. I donot why this particular company is unable to utilize the services of latest information technology. Is it still in its old shoes?

Respected Sir,
I made a payment through online ICICI bank for Prepaid Mobile Recharge (Mobile No. [protected]) on dated 17/08/09 of Rs. 562.00. (Rupees Five hundred sixty two only) I got the money transfer receipt number (BIL/[protected]
But regret to inform that my mobile do not get any recharge amount against my payment paid by me through ICICI bank (Money already deducted from my account.)

Kindly do needful in my favor I try a lot to contact BSNL customer care but unable to find any help.
Please look in the matter as soon as possible.

BSNL Mobile services — PREPAID RECHARGE

Unlimited STD Call facility to any Network was provided by BSNL on Rs 300.00 recharge was provided on my mobile No [protected] from last month but the service was stopped without any intimation on 09 Feb 2011. Despite having paid for the facility upto 03 Mar 2011. Help me to get the facility for the paid period. Thanks
