Dear Sir/Madam,
My phone number is[protected]. It is subscribed in the name of ADP Private Limited, Residence of Vipul Agrawal. Flat # 201, Shibas Manison, 10-3-70, 15, Teachers Colony, East Marredpally, Secunderabad. I have the Rs. 999/- unlimited plan.
The Broadband gets disconnected many times in a day. Apart from the irregular day time disconnections, every night it is disconnected at about 11:30 PM and then might be getting connected during the night some time.
I have been complaining about this for almost a year now. The complaints are generally closed without the problem getting resolved. Also, if we talk about the Broadband issue the personnel from BSNL would come and insist that there is a problem in our phone and then we have to tell them that the problem is not in the phone but in Broadband, that is the time the complaint gets closed.

BSNL/Broadband — HIgh Billing and disconnection there after
My Broadband bill for a month has been generated as 3000 rupees. During the period mentioned I was not in town and I did not use broadband. On asking for details no response is recieved.Broadband was disconnected without any intimation.
