[Resolved] BSNL Prepaid SIM Card — Change of ownership of BSNL Pre-Paid SIM

Dear Madam/Sir, My brother-in-law around 2 yrs back applied for a pre-paid SIM card in a BSNL auction ([protected]) in Punjab. He got the number, but the number got registered in his name, as I was not available in my hometown at that time. But we want the number to be in my name, can you please advise on the procedure on how can this be done? I would appreciate your help in this regard. Please contact me on [protected].
