Below are my BSNL connection details:

Modem Instrument : Owned
Model type : 1) ADSL with wifi 2) Normal ADSL
1st time I wrote when there were issues in getting my BSNL broadband working when new line was taken. Now after 1.5 month after that I have again an issues with same broadband connection.
Again I have problem with internet again.Internet gets disconnected every 10 minutes. This problem is raised since one month
For the above number, i have raised complained with BSNL since last one month. I have been trying to get this working till date but no success yet. I am only paying rent from my pocket which is helping only BSNL and not me.
I had different responses from different people of BSNL.
1) Area Managaer (Babi) tell this is line problem and will be be solved by July 10, 2009 approximately. I had met him personally on July 04, 2009.
2) Lineman (Mr. Bhupati) came to home to solve this for many times. As per him he says he has solved all problems, line is fine and all. But still the problem persists. On July 6, 2009 he comes and says it is not working with my modem. It works with BSNL modem. Infact he was person who had setup same modem when new line was taken. It was working fine. I have two modems both of which were working fine with Other service provider like Airtel.
Not sure is it just a way to get out of problem or not ?
3) Besides this I am in touch with Mr. Nageshappa, Mr. Manohar and Mrs. Malini
Can you please help me in getting this problem isolated and solved, because all time i talk to people they have their own execuses for internet not working.
I was able to use connection only 15 days since the time i have taken connection. I am unnecessary paying rental. Besides these i have to run around here and there to get problem solved.
So last option i have is to approcah you. Hope you would be able to help me in the solving problem.
If it does not solve, I will have to go to consumer court and cancel connection.

BSNL — Broadband Billing Issue
We are having an internet broadband connection from BSNL for the past 1 and 1/2 years under Home 500 plan. Right from the day of connection, we were not able to check our account usage thru their site. We will be able to login to the site, when we try to check the usability it will say as "Unauthorised user". For this month our, internet bill alone has come to around 2, 550 Rs. We were shocked. After a long wait in the queue, we contancted the customer care rep. he is saying that our plan has been changed from Home 500 to Home combo 500 where 2-8am is not an free download time. How can they do it without our knowledge? Even if they changed it, even in Home combo 500, 2-8am is a free download time. The customer care is not giving a proper reply for this. I want the excess amount to be corrected and wants a new updated bill to be sent to my address.Customer's Name: G. Sundaram
