BSNL — Delay in activation of prepaid sim

I took a new Cellone general prepaid sim 1 week ago. but it has not been activated yet. The sim has been taken on the name of my uncle Ashok Kumar Singh.
Kindly please look into the problem.

BSNL — Activation Delay Of SIM Card

I ported to BSNL SIm with my previous no . [protected] on 20th Dec.2018 in Rajahmundry BSNL office. BSNL official has informed that activation will be done by 24Hrs. 7 days elapsed, no message received from myl alternate mob. No is [protected]. BSNL is reputed company and should pass status message at least to me.
