BSNL — deactivate onmobile sms services

I am receiving regular sms from onmobile with fake sender no [protected] and deducting rs 20 per month from my account. The service is activated without knowledge by me.You are requested to unscribe this service and provide the details of deactivation process and name of company, further the company should be black listed immidiatly for cheating of customers and not providing deactivation details to subscribers. My mobile no is [protected].
I am using BSNL prepaid Mobile No. [protected] since 2011. I take regular recharge. Last few months I get messages from[protected] stating that I am charged Rs 10 for every 10 Days for WAP Bollywood Service - THAT I NEVER SUBSCRIBED FOR. Even When I have repeatedly COMPLAINED to BSNL & ASKED THEM to discontinue this service, it AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS ITSELF & I am being fleeced without my consent.
The OPTIONS in these SMS of DISCONTIUANCE has been excercised many times by me & THEY ACKNOWLEDGE having received my REQUEST for Discontinuance BUT still the Charges are levied.
On BSNL Customer Care (Portal) I have lodged complaints in writing many times (Including one today evening) & told Customer Service Executives to DEACTIVATE ALL CHARGED SERVICES without my Consent BUT nothing Happens. Their Helpline [protected] or Toll-free Nos 1503 / [protected] rarely works.
Kindly HELP by GETTING ALL CHARGEABLE SERVICE DISCONTINUED FORTHWITH. All we want to do is make Voice Call & send SMS. Nothing Else.

I am a BSNL prepaid customer from Kerala for last several years and my Mob.No.is [protected].For the last few months I lost lot of money by way o[censored]nsubscribed SMS charges from HYNDGO/Jawani Pack(from[protected] cutting Rs.8/everyweak.Being a Keralite I can't read the messages in Hindi. I approached nearby BSNL customercare centre and they attempted to deactivate such SMS.As advised by them I sent SMS to 1909-1-1 to stop this. In this connection a CPR URN No.received ie.[protected] from BT-BSNL.All such
attempts failed and still I am loosing money on this account.Requesting to take immediate steps to deactivate all such unsubscribedmessages.
