[Resolved]  BSNL Pune — Landline Dead

My telephone No.[protected] is dead since 29/09/2010, & my several complaints including one direct to [protected]@bsnl.co.in has not been attended or responded by the BSNL.Inspite of my informing them that my 86 years old mother is only familiar with operating the BSNL telephone.You can well imagine the condition when she is alone at home & there is an emergency.

I would also like to point out the AUDACITY of the BSNL staff who suggested that since there are so MANY PRIVATE TELEPHONE OPERATORS in the market why should we be dependenton BSNL.

I wonder if this ia the way the BSNL is going to attend their customers

My land line number +[protected] is not working since 2 weeks. There is continuous engage tone on telephone and I cannot dial any number nor receive any calls. Complaint is pending and no one has taken action. When will this be rectified?

I HAVE A MOBILE NO OF BSNL UNDER THE PAYARI JODI SCHEME .BUT MOST OF THE TIME MY LAND LINE NO 25811822 OF KIRKEE IS DEAD. NOW I FEEL I GOT FOOLED BY BSNL AS I CAN NOT USE THIS FACILITY.EVEN TODAY MY LAND LINE IS DEAD.

My Landline is dead from almost 15 days. After complaining so many times to BSNl pune, nothing has happened. The complaint no is 000488. Please help.

Addition service of broadband connection is not working due to above mentioned problem.
I had register the complaint on Saturday (4 th June 2011), on 10.00 am. Complaint no. is 200620.Request yoy to resolve the problem at the earliest.

BSNL PUNE — Telephone dead

My Tel is dead since 16 Jul . Complaint vide docket No. 001817 lodged on 17/7/11 but no action has been taken. Mr. Rajan, incharge of tel exchange, wadgaon sheri is a hope less person and not even bother to respond on his mobile. Please take action

I have 2 telephones of BSNL. One number is [protected] which is only INCOMING, which is working. Second number is [protected] which DEAD for last 1 month, without Dial tone. I have been complaining daily using my Mobile spending more than few hundred Rs. Contacted Mr. Thalawar & Kulkarni but they just toss the responsibility. I am suffering being 70 Year old senior citizen. What can I do? Where to go for this type of treatment to customer?

BSNL PUNE — Phone and Broadband deal for past 14 days

The phone line has been dead since 4rth October even the broadband connection associated with this no. is dead. Area Manager never picks the call. The complaint person tells there is a major fault hence will take time to resolve. The area is Nehrunagar Road at Pimpri.

We have not received monthly bill from last 5 months, also our landline number has changed. Our Original landline number[protected], but from last 3 weeks our number is[protected]. After continuously follow up with local BSNL office at Popularnagar, Warje Malwadi, Pune no one can take necessary action.
