[Resolved] BSNL Pune — Land Phone not working

My land line no[protected] is dead from 11/03/2012, I made complaint on 12/03/2012, again on 15/03 after that so ...............many times. Customer care people are useless to help. BSNL Pune (Nal Stop and Karve Nagar) office people are not ready to take complaint, even if I sent my person with complaint letter.

My ill Mother and Father need this land line no. to communicate with us in any urgency.

Is thr any way to communicate with BSNL? I don't kn what to do?

land phone — land phone not working

Sir,

I am Sajan KN a land phone customer in Mammood Exchange and my land phone[protected]was not working in the last three weeks.I reported this in the Mammood exchange in three times in phone no.[protected] and and also register the complaint through your fault booking number of 198 and its confirmation number was OC 5022.Till date the coimplaint was not rectified.

So i request you to rectify the complaint at your earliest.
