my phone number[protected] dead the reason is due to non payment of previous bill but iuse to pay the phone bill through online only paid Rs.915/- on 04-12-15, receipt no.[protected], Transaction ID. FCDR[protected], a/c no.[protected]. Please activate my phone at the earliest

On 26 Feb 2016, I paid an online bill payment of Rs. 679/- for the month of February 2016 against account number [protected] but this amount seems not taken into account and a fresh bill for the month of March 2016 of Rs. 1193/- is received. I request BSNL to check and advise the correct amount for payment. Bills department telephone No. [protected] nobody is responding to my several telephone calls.
