[Resolved]  BSNL, RAJKOT (GUJARAT) Broad Band — BSNL Broad Band service - often disconnected

I am a subscriber of bsnl boradband services at Rajkot(Gujarat). I often get disconnected from network at an interval of say constinously for half an hour or some times for indefinite period. While working on internet i always remain under constant fear that just now the connection will lose and drop at any moment. So, the services of BSNL Broadband are always uncertain and not dependable. May i request you to take suitable action under advice to me. i completely agree. this is very annoying. bsnl have to take care of this problem. otherwise it wont take much time for its costumer numbers degrade and anyone ask me about bsnl broadband i now say dont repeat my mistake...

BSNL — very uncertain internet connectivity

I got the broadband internet connection on May 4, 2010, within 5 days of applying for it. I had opted for the fixed charge scheme (750+). For the first two months everything went fine. After that, it seems, some dirty game started being played by BSNL, that still continues. The internet connections keep getting off within minutes of logging in, even though the green indicator light on the "link" panel of the modem remains steady. "Internet Explorer could not open this webpage" is the terribly annoying sight that I am forced to see on my screen, followed by the message "BSNL link failed: Redial pending". After the redial, connections may or may not be restored, and I have required up to 6-8 redials to get the connections back, though only for a few minutes before they go off again.
I have heard that this is the dirty trick BSNL plays on its subscribers who have taken the 750+ (or equivalent) scheme. BSNL does not want to allow them to enjoy unlimited access by paying only a fixed charge. Is this correct ??? I hope it isn't, and also hope that these problems with BB internet were only temporary and will be fixed by BSNL immediately.

i am here to request you to solve my problem, i am using bsnl broad band since 1 years ago,
in starting it was very good in using, but now i have some problem in connectivity, and speed,
there is no much speed and no good connectivity also, in a day 2 or 3 hour gives good speed
and after that the speed is so slow so i cant work properly.andf my business is on internet
so i have to always work on it so please give me positive reply as soon as possible.

I often get disconnected from network at an interval. i have net connection since 1 and half month, i have some problem in connectivity for this problem i have complained in bsnl center 2 to 3 times, it works for some time and then it starts problem, is it proper? please try to solve my problem as soon as possible.

i was having telephone no[protected] in tha name of ashok jani with broadband connection which i surrendered after paying all dues in tha month of october, iam also having receipt of that.now iam out of india from oct 2013 but still iam receving bill on my gmail, iwas expecting refund of my deposit with BANL which they assured will be sent by cheque in abt two months, my account noi is [protected].
i am a new subscriber of BSNL BROAD BAND. since installation broad band signal is not coming and i have complained twice but nobody is helping me. i personally visited there office twice but still signal is not coming.

We have logged complaints about No incoming facility at our property since more than a week now, Our team visited BSNL offices many times to find the solution and spoken with many local authorities to give solution,
But no one has taken any intiative for solving the issues..

This is really very disappointing that I had to brought this matter online to consumer forum..
