sir, I recharged my mobile no [protected] on 24 dec 2010. The recharged T/ ID is 16669672. I have complen at customarcare of bsnl on 26 dec 2010 and complen number is 668995. Then I recomplen on 30 dec 2010 this no is 6711005. At list I complen three times. But blance is not received yet.I shall be highly oblised to you if you kindly take action about my complen.

I have complen LOVE BSNL Alerts No- +51234030 is active on[protected]:43AM.Charge Rs-30 Per Month. 1st docket number is C19CD329281 on Mar 19 2011 11:59AM. Then I call Back customarcare Care she Disconnect th my Phone time is 10:15AM 29-3-11. 2nd docket number isC29CD371426 Mar 29 2011 10:23AM. please help me !!!

I recharged my mobile no [protected] through recharge voucher no [protected] for Rs 330/- on 25.01.2010 but no balance credited in my said Mobile no. Made complaint to 24365. The complaint registered under docket no 3474760. Till date no balance credited in my A/c. Immediate action required as I am running with less balance.
