[Resolved] BSNL — Recharge unsuccessful but amount deducted from bank account | |||
My SIM validity has expired so to increase the validity I recharged my mobile online with STV 220 once but the recharge was unsuccessful and i got the message with reference no. [protected].Another time i tried to recharge with Plan continuation Nestham 180 days for validity extension. This time also recharge was failed with ref. no. [protected]. Both time the amount has been deducted from my account. The amount has not been refunded back in to my SBI account. the ref. no. i have already given. Was this information helpful? | |||
