[Resolved] BSNL — Refund of Deposit amount | |||
I am A.G.Govindaraja Setty, residing in Bangalore - 560076. I am visiting faculty for Yoga in Indian Institute of Mangagement, Bangalore. I had BSNL landline connection bearing phone number[protected]. On 31st March 2012, I surrendered my landline to BSNL, IIMB telephone exchange, Bangalore - 560076. Till date, I have not been refunded with the deposit amount of Rs.2000/-. I humbly request the concerned to look into in this regard and see that the deposit amount of Rs.2000/- is refunded at the earliest. My current mobile number is [protected]. BSNL — Refund of Deposit amount
I have given application for refund of deposite amount of Landline connection.BSNL were not able to give me connection because o[censored]navailability of Spare Point in Junction box.

19/04/2007.So far i have not received refund of Rs 720/- Deposited
under above phone. Two and half Years elapsed and have contacted
several times personally and also written letter to Accounts Officer
(TRA) Officer of GMT BSNL Bellary on 17/06/2009 recently by courier.
So for nothing is heard from them regarding refund of the amount.
Pls let me know the reason facing for non-refund of above amount.
Pls treate this as a complaint and yous response is awaited.
I dont want to make expenses in respect of postal communication
since the deposit amount is very less.Too much time is taken for this
least amount and no action is taken, so your attention is drawnfor.
