BSNL — BB USAGE ACCOUNT

I'm unable to check my bb usage account for the past 9 days. Usage portal is not working properly. Pl. let me know whether there is any change in checking my usage.

When the BSNL Portal was working well, I could update & save my Broadband usage as Excel files... Now that the Portal seems frozen, there is no way for me to argue, if a Herculean bill comes... When it comes to Broadband, BSNL is definitely the best provider... But unfortunately, BSNL is a young girl married to an old man...

i m at junagadh i have used bsnl brodbend 250 1 gb plan current decimber 2010 is very high im not us mantion download we any check my mail id every day after in bill us 6 GB

please send me the procedure to register my broadband connection in self care and also send the sms method to know my broad band use... sencerly, Ameensha

i am using bsnl broad band from 2008 .now i am not able know about my usage using http://www.data.bsnl.in address i am able to enter the site but tere is no option for checking usage .without checking usage i can't continue .instead of such options the are showing some other links according to state but none of the link mentioned kerela.then how could i check usage plse help............urgent....
I have received a phone call from BSNL personnel (They have introduced themselves like this) and requested me to accept their one month free online games offer at INDIA GAMES.COM and told me that after one month my phone will be automatically charged with additional amount of Rs 200/- per month.They have given a phone No [protected] for any clarification and complaints. Immediately after I find that the said games are not working properly I have removed the downloaded software from my computer and tried to contact the BSNL personnel in the given Phone No. [protected] and found that this phone number is always busy or not responding. Later I have tried so many times to contact them but my efforts become wane. Please help me to terminate this online games plan from my phone.

BSNL — didn't get the plan offered by bsnl

Sir,
On 27/02/2011 i have recharged my BSNL data Card No.-[protected] with Rs.606 in which BSNL was offering 1GB day and 5 GB night data usage and 30 days validity,but,after recharge i got only 30days validity and Rs.100 balance and not the data plans which was offered by BSNL.After that I called BSNL customer care for this matter, and they haven’t given any useful information regarding the problem.
Please help me to retrieve my problem

BSNL — BB usage

BSNL is not providing the broad band usage thro' SMS which has been provided hitherto. Pl. provide this facility again to know the BB a/c usage anywhere/anytime. If there is any change in the programme pl let me know,

BSNL Broadband — USAGE ISSUES

ANY USERS OF BSNL BROAD BAND AND 2G OR 3G SERVICES ARE NOT ABLE TO CHECK THE USAGE. THERE IS NO SITE WHERE U CAN CHECK THE USAGE AND WHEN THE USAGE GOES BEYOND THE LIMIT THE BILLS ARE EXORBITANT. THIS IS REALLY ABSURD AND SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE.

i am subscriber of bsnl combo 750 ul home plan. i am paying my regular bills @ rupees 800 plus per month, i have a regular problem of dsl light blinking, which is a line fault, which is due to improper telephone line fixing. i have been complaining at 198 and gm pa/secretary's office, and till date my problem has not been resolved. i am paying for the faulty/interrupted services provided by the bsnl. also i am paying for the above plan and using an additional 3g sim/usb manager @ 98 rupees per month.

i request to concerned authorities to guide me how i can lodge a written complaint via e mail to the concerned authorities or lodge a written complaint with a documentary proof to my registration of complaint so that it is registered with the right authorities and looked into the matter and my problem gets resolved.

it is surprising, or maybe my ignorance, that there is no online system of lodging a complaint or communicating with the customer care service despite of bsnl being the biggest service provider in india. if there is any, please guide.

I tried to register userid and password, but I came across some difficulties to register my self. So tried to speak to BSNL Customer Care so that they may help me to register myself on www.selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in site, but they are not responding to any call whenever I am trying contact them. They are putting the call on music mode and no response at all, this is so embarassing and waste of time.

Further more, I came to know that the website www.selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in is such a headache that it does not update the usage details and most of the time it goes to search mode. www.dataone.in was the best site to know the usage details.

Therefore, I request you to take some necessary action against BSNL broadband Customer Care, so that we can check our usage on dataone.in website.

BSNL site for Broadband usages is not good,we cannot understand total usages for particular month. Moreover most of the times site is not working.(often at the end of the month) It should be simple and day to day usages to display in single window.

Sir, i was a bsnl customer past 6 months, previously i was using with your BSNL COMBO 500 plan that time i have enjoy it with the Internet,
now i change to BSNL COMBO 600 plan, now i facing some problem in my connection, that is there will be some problem of opening some famous website like www.btjunkie.com. so kindly check it up and i noticed that AIR TEL connection offered that website for their customer, why bsnl not offering?
