BSNL — refund not getting

I my self Ankur Agarwal son of Sunita Agarwal my complaint against[protected] , i am not getting my refund from last 43 days. i have visited so many time to the branch but they are behaving with us as a strict dog. i have gone for this refund 18 to 20 times. they are saying to go speed post office but there i came to know they have delivered but on delivered page only sign was there which was not of my family member, even no name could be make out from that sign. even no stamp or telephone number is wrote on that paper...

very bad service and also i have seen mis behaviour of the bsnl employee...

I have closed my bsnl wll connection for taking broad band connection, (cable connection).I returned instrument also on November 4 th 2010, my phone no was[protected], even after 3 months I did not receive the refund amount what to do.

My land phone at Veliyam, Kottarakara, Kollam is also facing the same problem. Even after repeated complaints, there is no action taken. Complaint was given to customer care also. What is the use of "customer care"- simply a farse. Not at all efficient.

I have lost my cell on 9th july 2010 in Pune. Already lodged police complaints and called BSNL for blocking the sim. I have not heard anything from bsnl again. The complaint number given to me on phone is 4078760. Hope the sim is blocked for any misuse.

On 17/12/2010 I noticed that my outgoing calls are getting charged at 90ps instead of 20ps. I checked to find out that 'Sumo Power Pack' got converted to 'Excel Powerpack_KTK' without my knowledge. The validity of my Sumo PowerPack was till 17/12/2010 so I don't know how and why it converted to a different and high-call-rate plan. I called BSNL and dealt with inefficient customer care who told me that the problem will be rectified. I used to recieve SMS asking me to recharge for Rs.301 to remain in the same plan (Sumo). So I thought that by doing that recharge I would be taken back to Sumo Power Pack. I recharged for it but still it's Excel PowerPack. I made several calls in between all this but BSNL refused to give me a complaint number. They said that "BSNL will rectify the problem and call me back". It never happened. Finally on 17/12/2010 I lodged an official complaint. They said my problem will be fixed within 24 hrs. I called again, they said "it's not yet 24 hrs pls call aftr 24 hrs". I called after 24 hrs but now they told me "wait for 48 hrs". I'm getting totally fed up and harassed by thier rude customer service. Now it's more than 48 hrs and I'm paying such a high rate still for calls and SMS. Where should I go and how shall I take action? Not only should my credit be refunded but I should be compensated for this harrassment. And I do not want BSNL service anymore. I want to bring to notice this kind of treatment meted out to BSNL customers.

BSNL Prepaid — Deactivation of Caller Tune

I am using BSNL Jodi Offer prepaid service for me and wife. I had sent SMS twice to deactivate dialer tune from my wife's no.[protected] and yet to be done and the amount is getting deducted for no fault of mine.

Kindly confirm where to give complaint or inform to stop this problem once for all.

It is my requrement to restrict me for limited uses as per plan. so please advise me for the same. second being a central Govt employee I was eligible for 20% discount on Broad Band uses but same is not given me w.e.f.April 2006 to March 2010. BSNL — Deduction of charges from my Prepaid Mobile

My Mobile No. is [protected].BSNL has deducted Rs.30/ twice on 2/2/2010 and Rs 30/ on 9/2/2010 from my pre paid balance.I tried to lodge complaint and tried to unsubscribe these deductions on 58888,but these efforts failed.
I now request you to please take up with BSNL and please arrange immediate stoppage of deductions in future and also request you to please get the amounts refunded to me.

I have also been deducted Rs. 90 and my credit stands at negative Rs. 28. The customer care is unresponsive and I do not even know why the amount was deducted in the first place. All the service providers across the whole lot of sections just keep on harassing the customers for no fault of theirs. There is no neutral checking mechanism in place for grievance redressal.

I am a BSNL customer. I using BSNL Landline and Mobile phone. We have 5 mobile phone BSNL connections.
I am using broadband last one year. Every day I am checking my broad band usage details. My target is minimum usage 1 G.B., so i take care about this minimum usage. I thing First 6 or 7 months my usage is stayable on 1. G.B. these periode my bill amount is Rs.300 to 500 only. After 7th month my bill amount is too high I think Rs.2067. I am sure, I am not using these kind o[censored]sage. I paid the bill this month. Then the next month same thing Bill amount Rs.2044, Everyday i am checking my portal usage details also. Their after Oct, Nov Bill abount is normal rate of my minimum usage. I am very disappointed for this action. I am sure some wrong action or wrong usage is culculated for my account. About this matter i am not paid last three month phone bills. so my phone connection disconnected yesterday[protected]. I am not able to paid this much of amount. My target is monthly below Rs. 500. so i keep my account amount of Rs. 300 to 500 only on month. I ask this about your customer care support. They are not giving correct answer. so these reason i am disappointed and i take a decision of disconnect my phone connection and broad band also. Thanks for your last one year help.

I am using this connection in chandigarh .I am useing bsnl pre-paid connection last 1 years now i faceing many problems starts from 5 oct. 2010 my incomming and out going calls are barred unofficially by customer care executive (Mr vinod Sineor customer care executive ) I have to call in bsnl customer care many times but their software are always hang and down.


I am waiting for a hopefull responce from BSNL Prepaid customer care .
