[Resolved] BSNL — Telephone Dead since 2 months

My landline telephone No. [protected] situated in village Mandhol under SDO/T Baijnath Himachal is dead since 12/02/2013 and complaint lodged to computerized service of BSNL Dharamsala vide complaint ID No.[protected]. Thereafter various reminders through E/mail to AGM/PG on his E/Mail address pg,[protected]@bsnl.co.in and personal contact to SDO/T but no response though a period of more than 2 months elapsed.

BSNL — TELEPHONE DEAD FROM 2 MONTHS

my phone no is[protected] my phone oftenly become dead. I have complaint so many time to local officer but nobody responding me. My telephone is working only 5-6 days in a month. If you are not able to provide the service you may disconnect immediatly. VERY lazy staff is provided here.

Our telephone number of BSNL[protected] at Faridabad. It is out of order since last one year. Nobody cares. many complaints but no response. We are just paying monthly rent for nothing. We are patriotic people and now paying only in the name of our great India. Mera Bharat Mahan ! Jay Hind !

BSNL should care for our patience and really do something.
