[Resolved]  BSNL — Telephone not working

telephone not working — In Spite of paying all arrears BSNL has not connected my line.

Rs.1000 has been paid for reactivating the phone.However after repeated queries and follwo the line is not collected yet.

I have been making complaints for last more than 3 months on 198 and my telephone no.2643063 is still not working. No good response till date from the officers related to this department.

last 15 days my phone is dead, so please repair urgently.

For the past one month, there has been a problem in the Hyderabad BSNL Landline telephone number:[protected], but it has not been attended to. There has been no response from the local telephone exchange or from any authority of Hyderabad Telephones on this complaint.

Telephone is not working for the past one week.

BSNL — BSNL Telephone is not working from past 1 week

My BSNL home phone[protected]Hosakerehalli Exchange) is not working from past 1 week. Sometimes its dead sometimes an annoying sound is coming. I logged online complaint from office 3 days back. The status says 'in-progress' always. I have neither received a call nor anybody came home for repair. I am calling complaint number 26720999 every day twice.. the answer is 'you already have a complaint.. so wait maadi'.. I had to call around 6-7 different numbersto get a number of JE (Sudarshan[protected]. But his number is always not reachable. I require internet at home to do my lefgt over office work. But these BSNL guys do not understand ABCD of Customer service

I am not sure if I have to go there and give some Rs.100 to them and get the work done.

This is totally disgusting.

Mt Landline phone No[protected] is not woring wef date. Request send your rep and made dial tone at the earliest.

i have complaining from past ten days to repair my telephone, as it is not working form. but their is no response from the department.

My Telephone with no 2884772 is not working for more than days. No satisfactory answer from authorities if called is picked after many attempts.

my bsnl telephone no. 2700216- consumer no[protected] is dead. he insturment also is very old. whenever we ask for changing the instrument only a part of the instrument like receiver is changed and he same does not fit properly to the set. How many times we have asked to change the instrument and give new but no use.

pl help me to get the telephone working and change the instrument.
