I have been plagued by abusive INCOMING calls on my BSNL landline number for the past 1 month. My life has turned into a living hell, since I don't have a call tracer so tracing calls is very difficult. I would be very grateful to you if you could kindly furnish me the details of all the incoming calls b/w 4pm - 8pm pertaining to the last month. My telephone number is[protected]. Please help me out of this livid situation.............

    BSNL (cellone) — Bulk SMS Receiving on every minute

    Dear, Sir/Madam,

    This is very disgusting that,after so many complains which i did on the callcenter of BSNL to stop this service, on every 2 minute im recieving sms's of so many companys, wheather its DAY or NIGHT. why is its so.. i don't know why did they(the companies) do this, even they don't care about the customers feelings.
    Dear all if you have any hope to stop these type of sms's please perefer my complin first and on foremos basis,,,,, i'm very much humble of you...

      BSNL Telephone — wrong bill No.4750121

      The bill no.4750121 dated[protected] issued to me for telephone no.2417098. The said telephone number has never been installed in my flat No. B-94, Pocket-1, Kendriya Vihar-II, Sector-82, Noida.
      i will tell you the lazyness of the bsnl sec-82 nepz noida.The Mr G.C.GUPTA (SDO) is one of them.
      i booked the new bsnl connection on nov 08.Mr gupta said that it will be installed in 7 days but they take 24 days.Now from 1st week of Dec the phone is dead and i am continuosly making the complaints but they haven't take any action. Mr.GUPTA is doing nothing but taking benifit of government job and when a call the line men he is asking for the bribe(rs 500).My phone no is 2417211 and the compliant no is- 311244
      Telephone is dead since last 5 days (Tel No.[protected]


      I leave at Virar West, I lodge the complaint on complaint No2502198 several time but it reply " Telephone is under cable fault' and not giving any complaint No.

      Kindly look into the matter and see that my telephon will work immediately

      i want to draw your attention toward my phone is not working properly.. i have two phone in my home ..
      first number is[protected], when ever we try to dial any number dis phone is not response properly ..it always shows the phone is busy.. hardly ...it works...
      the second one is[protected]..for last two day is not working properly...
      my telephone is dead. i applied to disconnect the broadband connection only 29 / 5/ 09. but my phone[protected] is also dead on dated 27 /6 /09. i lodged a complaint by sms on [protected] dated 27 / 6/09 but they have taken no action against it. in fact i haven't got my complaint no. yet.i made many personel meetings from sdo's phone in telephone exchange sec 58 noida and i have written a request to continue my telephone connection on dated 9/7/09.

      I have a telephone connection in Jamshedpur bearing the number[protected] with Broadband (Home Combo). I received another telephone
      Connection bearing number[protected] as a GIFT by BSNL, which has not got any OUTGOING FACILITY. I did not apply for this connection nor even I wish
      to have another landline phone. It was installed forcibly.
      Last month (November’2009) I received a bill against this telephone number 2298 821, BILL NO.56786812, CONSUMER NO (Unwanted): 4399646 showing
      2 (Two) metered calls while no OUTGOING FACILITY is there. How come one can make calls from a telephone which has not got OUTGOING FACILITY? If shown,
      Who made the calls? Why this bill is raised against me while I didn’t apply for this connection?
      Therefore I request you to kindly look into this matter as soon as possible as this bill will be continued further with late fee of Rs.10.00 (Ten) every
      Month. Further I request you to kindly uninstall this telephone connection as I do not require this kind of GIFT by BSNL.

      Sub: Complaint letter regarding non-functioning of our office telephone.

      This is to draw your kind attention towards our office landline No22823362 which is not working for the past 3 weeks. We have filed the complaint 4 times for the same from NAR 27407, NAR 27271, NAR 28456, NAR 28916 but it seems that no action has been taken from your side. This is the 5th time we are filing complaint. When we personally visited your office, operator said that the ring is going but we are not getting any call on our telephone. Since ours is a Service oriented industry more than half of our work is done through telephone itself and our customers are really facing difficulty in getting connected to us.       The main reason that i compaint because my mother is staying alone at home, we are all abroad, moreover there is no range for any other mobile connection, this palce is near to Kilimanoor, but there is no range for all mobile connection, so this BSNL line line connection is the one and only way to contact my mother, she is old and sick
      Now she cant go to exchange to compalin because she is sick
      This kind of irresposibility from BSNL is really horrible
      So i requested to make a solution for this problem

        My landline No:25268242 is dead; and it normally goes dead once in ten days. Whenever I try to register a complaint on 25262198, it never gets registered because invariably the connection snaps even before the interactive voice sequence is completed. I try from many (some times six) telephones, and many (some times close to 20 times) times to register the complaint, and every time with the same result which entails going personally to lodge a complaint. None of the links of their site to register complaints online works. The greatest surprise is most of the telephone numbers and e-mail ids on their website are wrong and defunct.

          cell one — Taking money from mobile without permission

          Hi,

          My mobile number is [protected]. Before recharging my number I've called the customer care and asked them to deactivate my Pocket mobile service and they told me that the service is not yet activated and assure me that they will not deduct any money for this service from my number. However today when I did a recharge for 50 rs they took all the money from my account for this service. Could some please look this issue and help me to get my money refunded back to my number asap.

            I have been getting improper bills from the day I have got my landline connection at my residence since January 2010.
            With no proper or absoulte no help from the staff at the Ambernath Telephone exchange I am really confused & disturbed, how can an organisation employ such ridiculous staff at a Government owned organisation, they have no sense of billing , they have no reply to your queries, they have no timing of their job and most of all they are not qualified to hold such positions wherein they are not able to give the customer service.

            My landline phone is completely dead from April 2011 more than 2 months. I want to lodge a complaint through bsnl phone but thre are no bsnl phone in the telephone booth everybody is using TATA & Reliance phone so I contacted them their office landline number one of the staff picked up the phone and told me to make a complaint in 198 no. I tried to tell her my problem but she is not ready to listen it and said "don't argue with me". With no proper or absoulte no help from the staff at the Kalyan Telephone exchange I am really confused & disturbed, how can an organisation employ such ridiculous staff at a Government owned organisation I approached them through one of sr. retired officials of MTNL and I got a reply the cable is damaged. Whenever I try to contact them the answer is same . If the cable is damaged why they are not changing. Changing the cable will take 2-3 months?

            If you will not rectify the same in one week’s time, I will take a decision to surrender the phone. At any cost, please make sure that you will not deduct any monthly charges, etc. during the period from my landline is dead.

              I cannot check broadband usage with the site http://www.data.bsnl.in for the past one month. All my sincere efforts in this regard have gone in vain. Hence,I made a complaint with Broadband Helpline No.[protected] that too has not yielded the desired result. Hence, this complaint.

              Since I have opted for Home Plan C. After installation of broadband connection, on one month due to my ignorance , the bill for a particular month soared high. On a query, one gentlemen with the Tele Dept. taught me how to check the usage.

              Now again the same problem due to non-opening of the site "data.bsnl.in," I could not check the usage details.

              I would earnestly request you to remedy the matter.

                      NO ANY COMPANY WAS GIVING BROADBAND CONNECTION IN SHAHPUR (AHMEDABAD) AREA & AT LAST I TAKEN BSNL BROADBAND JUST 20 DAYS BEFORE WITH UNLIMITED 256 Kbps @ 750 PER MONTH. FIRST FOR 2 DAYS, IT WORKED PROPERLY. BUT AFTER THAT IT SHOWED ME READ FACE. EVEN I WAS UNABLE TO OPEN "GOOGLE" PAGE. SOMETIMES, IT WAS TAKING 1 MIN AND 10 SECS. AT ONE TIME, I THOUGHT THAT I'VE VIRUS IN MY PC. SO I FORMATTED MY PC 2 TIMES. BUT PROBLEM REMAINED UNRESOLVED. AT LAST I MADE COMPLAIN IN CUSTOMER CARE ON 17.04.2010. WIDE COMPLAIN NO: CEN9572. YA IT WAS TRUE THAT I GOT CALL FROM THE COMPANY & HE SAID ME THAT HE WAS COMING TODAY. BUT NOBODY CAME. AND SURPRISINGLY I GOT MESSAGE FROM BSNL-PORT ON 20.04.10 INDICATING THAT "COMPLAINT NO: CEN95726 AGAINST PHONE NUMBER: xxxxxxxx IS CLEARED ON 20.04.10. BUT PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS.                       BSNL Broadband — low speed of internet connection

                      i ve been using bsnl broadband for the past one and half years. Actually my broadband plan is 500 combo pack where its top downloading speed is 250-300 KBs. but for the past one year its speed is only in the range of just 6-10 kbs. i ve complained many times through phones n soometimes directly to the office. but they are not taking any proper actions. so kindly note this and give a better solution.....

                        Dear Sir,

                        Yesterday when I have gone to BSNL Dombivli Exchange to enquire about the excess billing came to me, I saw many people were waiting outside the compound and the gate was locked by the security man. Timing was 10.30am. Most of BSNL employes are inside the compound and customers were standing outisde compound. I saw 3 boards put outside the gate mentioning that from 20th April BSNL employees are on Indefenite strike. I had requested them to open the gate and we want to go inside to talk to someone. They were not ready to go anyone inside and told us that no one is inside, but I saw many of the employees were standing inside the compound. When I was requesting the Security man to open the gate, one of their employees came in a car and allowed him to go inside and he pushed me back and not allowed to go inside. When I told him that I will complaint about you, he misbehaved with me and told that you can complain to anyone. I would like to show some of the photographs here including the Security Man's picture. Many of them were complaining about wrong billing came from BSNL in this month and to pay the last bill which we were already paid and it was debited from my account.

                              Its been 3 and a half months I have applied for BSNL land line connection in Bangalore.I have been going to check out the status personally every week. But the officers there are completely not responding.Every time the answer is the same "Next week sure madam".I have left the hope and now am going for Tata or Airtel.
                              Its shameful that the government departments in our country is working like a lazy bull or are so much used to bribe that they don't work till you give them some.

                              Bsnl Broadband Connection — Fake Employees from BSNL

                              On 6th Saturday one person claimed to be from BSNL came to our house and explained about BSNL's new Broadband plans. He explained about a new plan in which there is 2 mbps unlimited connection for 750 Rs and for the first 6 months there is no rental. Also a Printer free with the connection. He infomed 2500 Rs to be the advance for this and 2000 will be refunded while disconnecting. I was interested with the plan and told him that i will go for it and will give a cheque on BSNL's name. Then he insisted that if cheque is given then it will take more time to go for collection and to get the phone connection. So better to pay by cash so that i will get the connection in the next day itself and then i agreed to give him a personal cheque for 2500Rs as advance for the new broad band connection. I checked his officilal tag which is of BSNL and he also gave me the receipt of BSNL for the cheque which i paid. I also took his mobile no:[protected] (BSNL employee is using an Airtel connection). He left from my home and immediately withdrawn the money from my account too.He is supposed to come the next day and when i tried to contact him on his mobile it is switched off for the whole day and then only i came to know that he was a fake employee from BSNL.

                              I ve registered the application on 26/06/09. So far there is no action taken by the bsnl officers perumanallur branch, tirupur. Infact the scheme name is the broadband on demand but there is no response by the officials.Please take action regarding this complaint

                              Today(20 dec ) a person came with the same information as u said as BSNL employee.I was surprised with the plan and checked with bsnl sites but not able to get info on such kind of plan finaly found here that its a fake .I called the bsnl customer care and informed the same no responce they where seraching the plan and updating me like we didnt recived the plan details...some has to take some steps if its real and has to check in this case.
                              I've heard that BSNL has increased speed for unlimited plans temporarily, well that's a good news, i'm thinking of taking BSNL broadband IF the speed remains same but people are saying that speed is increased only till 26th April, if it is so then i might not take.

                              Bangalore BSNL Broadband — Broadband is not working properly from more than four months

                              My BSNL Bangalore Broadband is not working properly for more than four months. I have give three times written complaint also to HAL BSNL office. But still now it is not resolved.

                              I have applied for BSNL Broadband connection in the month of Oct 11. Initially the application form did not move till i paid Rs. 500/- (initial fees) along with Chai-Pani to the employee of BSNL. On 18 Oct 11 I was told that my BSNL number[protected] has been activated with broad band services. Till 26 Oct 11 i was neither provided with connection nor instrument. For getting it I had to run pillar to post. On 27 Oct 11 the connection was installed with instrument. After making one call the instrument went faulty and started making noise. The instrument was returned to the BSNL office and since then they have not provided me new instrument. I feel harassed and think of surrendering the connection. I am depressed with the response and feel cheated. What should i pay for when i have not used the services.

                              BSNL — Connection not provided after 4 months of application

                              I have applied for a BSNL connection for my home at HSR layout Bangalore on 19/03/2012 and my workorder number us 45052394.I have not been provided the connection still even after repeated followups.Each time they give a different reason for not providing.I stay on the second floor and both the houses on the ground and first floor have BSNL connection.The first reason they gave for not providing the connection was a broad statement 'No incoming' which did not make any sense.Now the DE tells me that there is some issue in the exchange which they were supposed to sort out in two days the last time I called but somehow they are still not able to sort it out.I am not sure what the issue is but it is highly irresponsible of them to keep a request open for 4 months and that too in a place which is at the heart of the city.There is no grievance cell or website where I can register.The website address I have does not open for ages and finally we lose our patience.BSNL is a goverment office in all terms with a private pay package.They dont feel even a teeny weeny amount of guilt for their inefficiency after taking home such huge salaries which they hardly deserve.
                              i had a bsnl broadband connection, i disconnect it 3 months ago, from that time i am not getting my security refund after repeated complaints and when i do not deposit the following months bills they disconnected my land line connection. on the other hand the bsnl department has my rs.1100 with them and they disconnected my connection for not deposition of rs. 600. i tried to talk to the officials but they are sending me to one another. they are not listening to y problem.
                              i wanted a broadband connection from BSNL, i therefore went online and called on their customer care number and asked for same, the guy over the phone called and asked for connection and i said yes i want a connection and gave him my address, next day he or somebody from the company reached my house and asked for money the usual activation and installation fees along with 3 months advance fees for a Rs500 plan we agreed upon, in total i gave him Rs3200 which include a Rs1500 wifi modem too, in return he gave me a reciept and said BSNL guys will come the next day and install the landline and the next day the wifi will be installed, its been 2 weeks and still nobody showed up, i tried calling the phone number of his but its not connecting, neither their customer care number is responding, i am always on hold, either BSNL guys should install a connection to my house or give my money back

                                I an very old and serious customer of BSNL broadband service. My tel no.[protected] and my customer no. 369820. I an a SAIL executive and I applied for 20% rebate on broadband plan (Home-250) on 24.08.2009 through Durgapur Steel Exchange customer care with all relevant documents. But unfortunately till 21.04.2010 no such rebate is provided by BSNL. I personally meet SDO(phones), Durgapur Steel Exchange Every month but no initiative is awarded from his end till today. So, that i am still paying more rental and not able to get the facility provided by you. You are cordially requested to look into the matter at the earliest as i am not getting any help from SDO(phones),Durgapur Steel Exchange.

                                      My Telephone no is[protected]. I have go combo offer ( land line +broadband ) connection from BSNL. Earlier (2008/2009) I used to pay bills through one BSNL authorized agent ( Name :- Sanjoy Gope) and he used to issue receipt against my payment. In the month of June , suddenly my telephone line got suspended by the telephone authority . Finally I came to know that, the bills which I paid through the agent he didn’t submitted that to telephone dept and approximately 5 laces Rest he collected from consumers and absconded. After that I had submitted an application along with xeros copy of my receipts to the chief accounts office (Barrackpore) then my connection got restored. Again my broadband connection got suspended due to the same reason and its down since last 15 days. I had discussion with DE (INTERNAL) & AOTR Panihati (Mr.Ashish Dey), according to them , I have to repay the full amount ( Rs 2000 approx) to restore my connection.
                                      I am not sure why I need to pay the amount when I have paid that amount already to the BSNL authorized agent & I have valid money receipt against that. My connection got disconnected without any intimation even though I have paid all bills on timely manner.

                                      Again I had visited AOTR opn 17th April afeter 15 days but he could not could not give me nay assurance of restoration of my Bordband facility . He is not cooperative at all and adviced me to visit Barrackpore Chief Account officer which is around 12 KM away form my place.



                                      I am unnecessarily getting harassed by the telephone dept without doing any fault form my end.

                                        I’m Kasi Prasad Nayak, Kashipur beg to state that my telephone No.[protected] is out of order / One Sided since a long period. I regularly paid the bill with rent of telephone but in a month it is in defect near about 20-25days. So many times I complained to the incharge of Kashipur, Telephone Exchange but he always used to say our board is in defect. Some time says today I’ll repair this. But till date the problem is not solved. I told this to JTO Kashipur over telephone but he also not takes any steps or not responding. Kindly clear the problem immediately and change the old telephone set to a new one.
