BSNL Telephone — Phone Dead for more than 10 days

My landline has been out of order subsequently I am not able to access my Internet connection, which is mandatory for my job. I have been billed for the month of November 2010, during which time I have not used the Internet for more than 10 days. For that I have complained through 198 long back. Still they could not able to fix the problem. The highlight of the bill is that the SERVICE CHARGE is nearly Rs. 100, which is literally NIL for the worst service of BSNL. My phone number is[protected]. Please take the necessary action.

My phone No.:- 2630239 is dead since four days kindly attend.

few days back my phone became active but again from yesterday it is dead kindly see to it.

Please rectify the problem immediately.

BSNL — telephone dead since two weeks

My telephone number is[protected]. Its dead since two weeks and whenever i go for complaint on 2198 it says that telephone number doesnt exist although i m getting bills regularly without phone being working.

Whenever i try to contact banaswadi branch of BSNL which is my exchange nobody ever picks up the phone.

Kindly help me and let me know the procedure by which i can correct this fault.
