[Resolved]  BSNL Telephone — phone dead

My name in jubeda ayub nakade my landline no is [protected] from ratnagiri, maharshtra, since last two month phone is dead due to i cant access internet but still bill is coming pls help me to solve this problem

I have a firm of shree ranchhodrai construction company at Limdi, Ta : Jhalod, Dist : Dahod, and in it there is a connetion of BSNL telephone( [protected] &[protected] also broad band on [protected] which is not working from week ago as complaint to BSNL office they are not able to solve the problem as net is necessary as tender is filled on line and on line royalty pass are also isssued, kindly requesting you that net can be started on [protected] as early as possible,

Sir,
My name is Mr.Eapen Mathai and my BSNL landline phone number is[protected]. The phone works for two or three days and then after heavy rains it gets cut. I have complaint using the BSNL number 198 but the complaint is still opened which I have registered three weeks back. I can't register a new complaint because of the old complaint still kept opened.
Today 7/05/2013 at 4:00 PM the phone is dead after thunder showers. Then the phone works for two or three days and then again the same dead phone. The lineman cannot find out the fault and also 198 booking is also at fault and I can't register a new complaint.
Sir, please do the needful by fixing the disorder of the phone BSNL[protected].
