I am in outside of WB, my mother at home, she don't use BSNL land line from Oct'2009, Handset is totally detached from the connection, several time she inform BSNL people to disconnect the line, they always tell that we do that, she is not in a position to go to office and give a written as because she is suffering from cancer. Still BSNL send a Rs. 275 bill on a monthly basis, I can assure all that we don't use our land line. It's become a pain for me day by day. How that possible that they send the bill instead of disconnect the line. Although they write on the bill that if you don't pay the bill we will disconnect the line. So it's my heartiest request to BSNL please disconnect my land line.

    Dear Sir,

    This is Ashok, I have BSNL Landline connection (No.[protected], its located in Kurichi Exchange))for the past 3 years. Now i am calling to my landline telephone, but the call is ringing only once after that the call is disconnect, so it is very difficulty to contact my landline for the past 15 days and also i was complaint to BSNL 5 times but no response in your end. So please take the matter is serious. Kindly do the need ful

      My(Eapen Mathai) BSNL landline is not working for more than three days. I have called the BSNL exchange that is Kunnamthanam, Kerala exchange but they give some ecuses saying we will come today. for more than three days I have been waiting. I have also registered the compalaint at BSNL customer care and they gave me docket number and the number is[protected]. I have been tracking this number but the staus says "Registered". Sir, please do the needful so that the BSNL landline starts working normally.

      We are aged senior citizens, user of BSNL Landline telephone for the past 25 years our subscriber no. is 23717255 is located in chennai area in West Mambalam. The phone is not working since 17/2/2009 and inspite of giving several complaints over net and calling up the exchange, no action has been taken. We inform so many time but till date it is dead... and we are paying also BSNL bill promptly every month. We are aged senior citizens who are put to lot of hardship due to this.

      my landline out going is stop i complaint in exchange, then he replayed me without my permisoan canseld land line number. And me also use bsnl broadband conection so how can is possible without landline use the broadband. so plz recquestly urgent u check the problem and short out problem, i m too taired for the asking my complaints in customer care nobody get reply properly.

      My land line (TOM THOMAS-[protected]) connection is not working since two day's, Every alternate day's this is happening.For us the telephone connection is coming through over head line, near by houses they have connection through under ground.For us there is cable but not yet connected for this reason we had approached several times in the exchange but no response until now

        Sir,

        I have made a recharged my mobile from BSNL online recharge site for the 3G Data recharged for 275/- to get 250 mb worth of internet browsing on my 3G mobile connection. the mobile number is [protected]. the recharge was success full and the mount is debited from my bank account. I have also received the confirmation message stating the recharge was success full for the amount 275/- with the Ref No: [protected] on 28 Feb 2011.

        Unfortunately my BSNL mobile is not activated for the data connection and I was still being charged for connecting to the internet. I have tried to contact BSNL call center, after waiting for 1 hr the call center representative has stated that the plane is deactivated and so that the internet plan will not get active. When I stated for the refund, I got in reply that is not possible . on insisting on refund I was transferred to the senior executive and placed on hold for another half an hour and the call get disconnected. I have repeatedly trying this for couple of time but unable to get any response.

        If the 3G Data Plan for 275 is not active as on date 28 Feb 2011, in that case it should have been removed from the on BSNL ONLINE RECHARGE site. In the site there is no option for manually entering the amount for 3G Data Plan Recharge’s and I have selected from the dropdown provided. I have been using this 275/- plan for BROAD BAND Data Access for couple of time in the recent months.

        I have also attached the image of the transaction completed screen from BSNL recharge site

          frm last 3 days BSNL is charging me the subscription charges for value added services. i am getting msg "dear subsriber, thank you for using the services"..i have not activated any extra service. i am getting msgs from 52906101, 52906151, 55678104, 55678103. total 45 rs cut frm my balance. my cell no is [protected]... can any one suggest how to get back this amount. no one is responding on customer care.

            I am a BSNL Madhya Pradesh 3G prepaid user, mobile number - [protected]. i had subscribed to the promotional offer for 3G unlimited internet for 6 months by recharging with Rs 4200 on January 25 2011. Now i am currently in Dhanbad, Jharkhand on a tour and will be staying here for a month. Ever since I moved here on 254th of February, the internet has stopped working. I have enough credit balance in my account. I can make and receive calls as well. I have checked my settings and found out that they are correct. I have even switched between UMTS and GSM modes as well. The internet does not seem to be working anyway. I have talked to the customer care service both in Jharkhand and Madhya Pradesh and even visited a local BSNL Office but I have got no way out. They say that it is a network problem and will be sorted out. i feel like cheated. Every month i am paying Rs 700 but getting nothing in return. It’s been several days now, and the problem seem to persist. Please help.

                Please uninstall GOD software from my system. I was told that this software is free of cost and immediately after 15 days, they have started to charge Rs. 200 in my Telephone bill.                   I am subscriber of bsnl landline phone (no-[protected]) from last 10 tears,also subscriber of broadband internet connection from last 2 years.
                  From last six months road construction work is going on in the area where i am living at guruchintan co op hsg society b-102,opp adarsha vidya mandir school at post-Kulgaon-Badlapur(east) dist -thane-421503.
                  I request many times in writting and by e-mail to restart the services to the corrosponding higher authorities at badlapur telephone main exchange at midc area but all in vain.They every time tells that when road work will complete we will restart your connection of telephone.In my area almost 200 landline & broadband connections are off from last 6 months .Its looking like a political battle between BSNL & Munciplal corporation at Badlspur in which common customers like us are suffering most as i have switch over to reliance broadband by paying almost triple charges than Bsnl per month.
                  I dont know that in such competitive days how BSNL can afford loss of such huge revenue from last 6 months & if yes who is responsible for that ?
                  I hope that you will help me in this matter & also help us to restart bsnl services in our area.

                  From last 2 months Not working in internet connectin i am living at SHIVPARK co op hsg society B-002, Gaondavi road, Anand Nagar, at post-Kulgaon-Badlapur(east) dist -thane-421503.
                  I request many times in Telephone complaint to restart the services to the corrosponding higher authorities at badlapur telephone main exchange at midc area but all in vain.

                  I hope that you will help me in this matter & also help us to restart bsnl brondband internet service.

                  Even mine is the same problem, Ms. Smita is the subscriber of BSNL Telephone No.[protected] at Gurukrupa Bungalow, near Vrudhashram, Shirgaon, Badlapur (East), my landline is dead (not working) from 30th January 2011 till date, in between several times we have complained to responsible staff (personally and on Telephone) but till date there is no response from them. Please note BSNL Complaint No. is [protected] and another Grievance Registered; Docket Number is : MHR/CO/2012/551. We request you to please look into the matter and advise us.

                  Also, note that in Shirgaon, badlapur area many phones are not working including Vrudhashram which is not fair, we request please help us out.

                      Broad band usages portal selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in is not working at all. I cant see broad band usages since this new portal is launched by bsnl.
                      The previous portal data.bsnl.in was very useful and user friendly. Why bsnl has changed this portal.
                      Now how one can see broad bad usages ?
                      BSNL should swich over to original portal data.bsnl.in immediately.

                        i am holding 3g connection from bsnl 3g services and got recharged done for Rs1100.00 on 01march2011, for one year validity. but validity not extended. my out going is blocked even after paying the money. what is use of bsnl services with so much publicity.

                        BSNL 3G services — cost per call even if it is not that usage

                        Recently i have converted my bsnl SIM to 3G services. The charges for normal calls is taken as 70 as video conferncing this is too much will withdraw from 3 G. A government company should not do this. The tariff doesnot tell this.

                        How will i define this.

                            Dear Sir

                            I am living in Hyderguda area (old MLA quarters) of Hyderabad. One in every 5-6 months, my mobile experience erratic and very low signal strength in my apartments. This problems will continue for 10-15 days and then disappears.

                            I do not know whom to contact when such things happen. Signals would be so week that it is difficult to communicate. Pl inform me to whom I have to contact.

I have unsubscribed this chat messenger four times with 2inr getting deducted each time since the last four months with a total deduction of almost 100 inr and still it doesnt get unsubscribed.

                                my name is davinder singh resident of nurmahal distt jalandhar ,we have four landline number of bsnl as[protected],243100,248124,248024.after lodge so many complints to sdo shiv kumar for out of order of these numbers more than three months .nobody come to solve my problem ,after that i decided to disconnect all my landline phones.i send request letter and telephone sets to sdo shiv kumar for disconnect all my phone.but he didnot respond me .after onwards bsnl send every month bill to me unless i never use their services.so please help me for solve my problem and disconnect all these number as soon as.thanks

                                    R/ Sir,
                                    I am your regular consumer of landline phone no. 2507773 at my residence address G-3 / 72, Railvihar Phase I, Rapti Nagar Phase IV, Chargawan, Gorakhpur 273003 since 1997. After seeing the ads of BSNL BROADBAND connections I also opted for the said broadband connection in 2008. For one year I didn’t have any problems and everything was running smoothly. But from January 2009 problems regarding internet connectivity started . After complaining at Raptinagar Telephone Exchange, people used to come and got it repaired on same or on next day. But from March 2010 the things got W-O-R-S-T. My modem gets switched off automatically after 15 minutes of switching it on and then gets on after 3 minutes and this drama continues at a regular interval of 5 minutes. After complaining it to SDE/Phones at Rapti Nagar exchange sometimes they asked for the modem checkup, sometimes they said the line is faulty and the lineman will go and repair it. Then the lineman used to come after repeated chase after 4 to 5 days after getting some tips. The same problem arised after 6 to 7 days and again the same chain of regular chase. Moreover when bills are not been send by the concerned I regularly used to deposit a LUMSUM amount of Rs 1000/-, hence there is no question of non payment (which has also been confirmed by the billing units)

                                    Sir, now I feel that I have done a greatest mistake in my life by opting the BSNL broadband services which really stands for BHOOL – SE – NA- LENA and BHAI SAHAB- NAHI- LAGEGA now I am bound to say that your field staffs are making this stuff a truth. It is now requested to kindly CANCEL my connections of both the landline and internet and refund my deposit amount so that I may opt for any private broadband connection like many of my friends have done in my nearby locality. It is also requested not to WASTE the Govt. funds by such type of advertisements when you are NOT ABLE TO give a minimum facility to the consumers.

                                      I am taking Prepaid SIM from Sahibag-Goda Camp BSNL offfice on 16/[protected]under the scheme free call from mobile to Landline totaly free calls but the same day Rs. 33 baland which I got from my SIM and then after cll on my Landline no 0.65 paisa & date of 27/2/11, 0.13 paisa which is i call my home Landline no also deducted where should i go for their to take money back on my account ?                                       ahemdabad telecom district company were collecting double time payment, we already paid the bill nd again they were sending an another bill or disconnecting our connection.our local branch in naroda staff members of that they r not giving answers properly.pllz take it majorly we r ur customers since 1988.
