[Resolved] BSNL TRICHY BROADBAND — INEFFICIENCY THY NAME BSNL
I took a broadband connection in october 2007 in the 250 plan. with my broadband connection suddenly blinking out on 10.7.2008 then started my ordeal. It got restored only today (16.8.08)after making innumerable calls to the following numbers: 1500, 12678, 12728 then[protected], 2414100, 2414200, 2419890, 2410000, 2400430 and to the personal mobile no. of SDE internet. Every time I was mocked out or with artificial courtesy by the above persons. At times I was challenged that my premises was found closed. Other than rectifying every thing else was offered. One sincerely wish that there should be a grievance cell to hear the grief of public grievance cell at GM's office at Trichy. Iam sure there are other honourable ways available to BSNL to earn than cheating on hapless customers who paid upfront the asked fees. This PSU white elephant will learn from its mistakes once the number portability and public issue happens. Sure the management knows its worth hence offers its shares at par to its employees for there is no premium to command for with its dead weight work force
