My land line No [protected] is not working for the last 10 days.
This is my office Number and using for the period of 12 years. Frequently the phone is out of order because of that it affect my business contacts.
kindly take immediate action to rectify this major issue from your goodself

Could you please replace a new phone or resolve the issue?My parents are staying alone and they are hardly using the phone but the bill comes very high.
If we approach to local branch for the request of the outgoing call's statement, they told them to get it from the main branch at Trivandrum.Hope eveywhere is computerised and giving a statement to the customer will not be a big deal.The people who work in the office should not think that all the customers who go to the branch for enquiry are illeterate/uneducated.They should treat the customers well.
We have been informing to the parassala bsnl office for the last 2years and there is no proper action so far and people who sit over there are very rude and harsh to customers.I will send the same complaint to all the head office.
You can check all the incoming calls in this account.Everyday I'm trying to reach my parents from the US.I could not reach them atleast one time properly.
Sometimes I can hear other communication in this lane, sometimes no rings, sometimes weird noise, some times it rings but my parents will not get any call.What are the reasons for this?We have been using the same connection for the last 11years.
Request the higher authorities to take a proper action immediately.
Note: My parents are receiving some anonymous calls (telling that they are calling from the telepone exchange) and telling them to make some noise for lane checking/testing.Really this is weid.

My telephone no 660181 is so noisy and i could'nt hear a word when somebody calls for the last 6 months. Inter net connection i could not connect even one second. Now the phone is dead. I have complained repeatedly but nothing happened till now. Finally i made a complaint to the Customer care on 09.6.12 and no response . BSNL there is no experience workers in the field under Edava exchange. Edave exchange is under thiruvanthapuram district kerala state. So I am forced to Complaint to the higher Authoritiesin Telecom Dept.New Delhi and to the Hon. Central Telecom Minister, of BSNL's poor Customer care and poor service to your valuable customer(as BSNL always says) and cancell the connection within a few days.Any way i am looking forward for your Action and co operation in this matter.
