I have been poor performance of BSNL broadband connection.LInk never gets stable.
I have logged 100 's of complains , but no body wants to resolve the problem.

I am residing at Laketown kolkata. I strongly believe BSNL is the example of worst performance in entire india. And I will like to advise each new customer getting bsnl connection , think 100 times before u get it , because letter hey will not even allow you to drop the connection easily.

BSNL Landline — Frequent troubles in line

Sir,

I have BSNL land line ph connection at my residence. The no is [protected], installed at flat 701, Bhanu Deluxe Tower, Ameerpet -16, Hyderabad. The phone goes dead frequently. The BSNL official rectify. It works for some time, again goes dead. This has happened five times in last one month. SO much is mental/physical torture caused by the trouble that my family members are helpless.

Already written to Nodal Officer, & GM c/o CGMT but no use.
Will you pl advise how to get proper service as I get timely bills & regular calls for making payment on time on IVR from BSNL, in return such poor treatment.

M/S DESIRE — NOT WORKING BROADBAND INTERNATET CONNECTION

I AM TAKEN BROAD BAND CONNECTION FROM BSNL IN ROURKELA. MY ADDRESS IS RAZAK TALKIES COMPLEX MAIN ROAD ROURKELA IN THE NAME OF DESIRE.

FOR LAST ONE MONTH I AM NOT ABLE TO SURF INTERNET BECUASE OF IT FAULTY NATURE.

INSPITE OF VARIOUS REMINDER AND COMPLAINT, MY CONNECTION IS NOT BEEN RECTIFIED.

Bsnl Broadband Connection — No service after 7 pm and till 10 am in the morning

I applied for the unlimited download package and it seams that the past few days there has been a regular patten.The net connection disconnects and when i restart the modem, it does not connect anymore.i tested it and it seems it comes back to good working condition the next day.This is not what i am paying for.

24/7 net connection + unlimited download is what i subscribed for.

with 2 mbps connection i only get like 32 ~ 50 kbps or less once it went to 16 ~ 25 kbps.(i checked it on BSNL Speed check)
BROADBAND CONNECTION NOT RECD INSPITE OF REGISTRATION TEL NO [protected] MORE THAN A MONTH.

BSNL — No action taken towards new broadband connection

Before 2 months itself I have applied for a new broadband connection.
We enquired lot about this. But the persons are not responding properly or taking any actions. As i'm a engineering student i need internet connection desperately for my studies. Hope they would do this quick.
I too feel very painful, that inspite of regular paying of bills, I am not able to utilize a bit service of bsnl broad band at my home...there is no direct number on which i can complaint..the number given in bill or else where is just for the sake of number..it never works...no one lift that phone...1 or 2 time if it is lifted no answer or proper solution...service sector has great scope of improvement ..like me many ppl feels irriattaion on use of bsnl due to this reason which is a simple reason can be easily removed if authorities of bsnl treuly n honestly look into this... my cell no is [protected]...i hope that i may get solution to this problem.
The telephone line is dead for past 3 months, with which i cant able to use broadband connection too.
I made complaints several times to Mrs.Jayalakshmi working in bsnl office situated at ambattur telephone exchange.
I got no proper response.
Evenafter paying the bills we cant able to use the facilities.
Kindly resolve this issue.

BSNL — no connection till 2 months

i brought a bsnl dosti sim but i didnot get connection in one sim till date. i brought it on 6th dec. bsnl office shows reluctance in my problem. my no is[protected]. i wanted it started soon

BSNL Broadband — unsatisfactory performance of broadband

I am experiencing great problem for the last 15 days, with no solution from BSNL. I now realise I have committed mistake in taking bsnl connection.
Low speed, disconnection frequently.

Please redress immediately.
I've requested for BSNL Broadband connection, and also i have paid 1000 rs to BSNL then after one month only they came and placed modem in my home. Afterwards,
1. No one came to my home for System configuration
2. Also no one explained about IP address details and how to configure it in the system..
3. We have called more than 50 times in 1500 also. But no one respond to my call.
4. Not only 1500 number, i have called more numbers but no one respond to my problem.

This issue is not only 1 week. We have tried more than a month. But they didnt even hear our problem. BSNL is giving worst support.

So finally i decided to remove BSNL Connection.

Bsnl Broadband Connection — Non-usuable Condition

The work-order for the new connection of the broad-band data-one on the telephone number[protected]Regn no. BRS/BB/XX/08-09/0708) for CHAITALI CHAKRABORTY has been issued on 02/03/2009.
Still the connection has not been complited though more than two weeks are over.
The personnel even cant say that how long it may take.
Before this two months they took to provide the new telephone connection of the aforementioned number.
So from January, 2009 we are trying to get the dataone connection.
Please let me know how long should we wait for that. Also if you cant give any time limit it would be better to take the charge after installation only.

BSNL — Broad band bill issued to my number, but my broadband was never installed.

I got a new connection for BSNL in Indrapuram[protected]. I received a bill of 38883+750, 750 was for broadband. Broadband never got installed. I have initially filled the broadband form but nothing happened.
There after I went to Indirapuram exchange so they asked me to fill the form again, but then I shifted to TATA for broad band as BSNL service was pathetic. In March I got a healty bill with extra debits of 2550 and 975 as deposits. I could not understand the debit details.
i am totally upset ans annoyed with downloading speed it, s giving me 20kbps/sec, my plan is 750 home ul+ kindly see to my request for speed ckeck amd revert as soon as possible.

Bsnl Broadband Connection — No Connectivity since 6/05/2009

Sir

I have Bsnl broad band connection at my home, for the last about 1 month I am facing difficuly in connectivity for which I registered a complaint on 6/05/2009 with the BSNL officials at Tel. No.[protected] but till date on person has ever bothered to attend my complaint. I am facing great hardship as being in Legal profession I have to keep mysel[censored]pdated with current development in my field. But from the attidute of BSNL officials I think they donot value there customer any more. Every time I make a call to BSNL office to know the status of my complaint they give me another tel. no. to be contacted now I have their 6 numbers.

I have got teh broadband connection a month ago and from then onwards I started facing the speed from 100Mbps to 10Mbps which has been complained.This problem was attended after 15 days.

During the next connection from the time of attending the above said problem I am unable to get the internet connected which comes with the ERROR 691. This has not been attended till today where we have already lost another 15 days. This shows the interest of the officials in attending the problem. Every time i connect the internet, i am constrained to raise the complaint in the customer care 12678, about this error 691 which has become the unique error.

In fact I have got the other private net connection, which I have ignored their request presuming that the BSNL BROADBAND will have an excellent service. But I have experienced such a worst service from BSNL.

Even I am not sure whether this problem will be attended in the coming days. If BSNL has any specific reason for not attending such issues, that can be brought to the knowledge of the consumers, so that we can get the other private connection...

Will this issue will be attended atleast on seeing this complaint or BSNL can infor mus to go with the other options of taking the private internet connection.

Bsnl Broadband Connection — POOR PERFORMENCE

Dear sir, I AM BOOKING BSNLBROAD BAND CONNECTION 750 HOME UL PLANE FROM MY BSNL NIGAM AT PATAN(GUJARAT).IT WORKS GOOD BUT THE CONNECTION CONFIGURD EVERY BOOT TIME COMPUTER NECCESARY.I HAVE GOOD MODEM ZTE DSL 831 ALL.PLEASE SOLVE THIE PROBLEM HEPL ME.

Gave complaint on 3rd June. Our docket no.93511449. Its been a week there is no response even after giving through other phone .But still the complaint is pending.Pls take a look.
