Sir,
My BSNL mobile NO. is [protected]. On 06.09.11 I've made a complaint having Sl.No. I06WB969427 regarding deactivation of ear-displeasing Caller Tune ( I've not chosen that song) and that request was kept on processing till renewal date.
They can activate the CT instantly, but for deactivation taking perpetual time. on 13th September i received an SMS about auto-renewal date of CT i.e. on 15.09.11 and chargeable amount is Rs.30/-. But, it's very unfortunate that on 14.09.11 they have renewed CT service and charged an amount of Rs. 30/-. This is very unfair. Now a days BSNL have started cheating business, bcoz they can not earn money in fair way, they are not able to compete with other companies. it's in bankruptcy due to some corrupted people.
I'll not use BSNL SIM and tell everybody not to use also. I'll go to Consumer courts to get back my money, if that money is not returned back soon.

I have not activated BSNL Caller tunes ,It was wrongly copied. My Cell no. [protected]. Still it got activated on , 16 september 2009. Rs.37/39 was deducted from my sim balance. I sent a message BT DACT to 56700 for deactivation. My caller tune was not deactivated. I contacted BSNL 16th - 17th september and on 13th-14th october. They used to say send msg it will be deactivated you will receive deactivation msg but there was no reply to my msg I have send 5- 6 msg on a given number but response was there related to my deactivation of caller tune. and when i talked to customer care they always give an excuse say that server was down and try again n send msg again. today again i received msg of activation of my caller tune as tomorrow my tune will b activated and my balance will be deducted by 37(25+12). Pls help me and deactivate my Bsnl caler tune .

BSNL has activated their caller tune to my Cell ([protected]) without demand from me. As said, I tried for the last 2months on 56702, there is no reply. even sms to 56700 "B DACT" STILL there is no response

I have not activated BSNL caller tunes. I don't like such ostentation in my phone. My call number is [protected]. Still it got activated on 03-01-11 and charges were deducted from my account balance. I sent a message BT DACT to 56700 for deactivation. But my caller tune was not deactivated. Hence I humbly request to make necessary arrangements for the deactivation of the caller tune at the ealiest.

My BSNL mobile no. is [protected]. Before one week i requested to deactivate the Caller Tune which is not ear-pleasing. Till now it's processing as i informed by the Customer care executive. i don't know how long they'll take to deactivate this service. they activate the service instantly but for deactivation taking perpetual time. it's also to be noted that on 15.09.11 i'll be charged Rs.30/- for the service as I've got an SMS today.
