Poor service
Myself T. Singh , resident of vill Dhamai, punjab, have a BSNL Broadband Internet connection on my landline phone number [protected]. In the begining, the internet connection was working properly but with some minor problems. But since the last 2 months, the service has deteriorated so much that it is impossible to work on the internet.
Every week I have made complaints to the concerned officers and engineers working in the BSNL Garhshankar Exchange office. At first they used to give atleast some hollow promises that the situation will improve in some time etc. But nowadays, they simply say that "we cannot do anything about it. You have to work just the way it is." The higher officers in the IT wing are completely useless as they have little or absolutely no technical expertise to handle a department such as IT, including the General Manager himself.
I just hope someone can take some action, because as the BSNL people say, its a govt. office and no one can do anything about it.

After hearing a lot about wimax.today I thought it to buy... I searched a lot bout it on internet.. I tries to contact customer Care Numbers [protected] and [protected] many times.. But perhaps I am not lucky enough to get connected.
Or may be BSNL is not the right choice.. So i dropped the idea..

No one can provide any worse service than BSNL.
BSNL should be rewarded the highest honor for the practically ZERO service.
After all it is a government co. . Employees and officers are least bothered to provide service to customers.
They are only bothered about their salary.
I have YMAX connection in NRI CITY greater Noida. I have been complaining about extremely poor speed
maybe worse than G1, when all companies are talking about G4, BSNL is proud to provide G1 service.
In last seven years I have never received the bill, we have to go to their office collect the bill and make
the payment. Our PM is talking about cashless payments, but BSNL does not accept payment by credit card,
only cash or cheque.
No wonder it is running in loss. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SLOGAN FOR BSNL
