BSNL WLL — internet is not working properly

iam using bsnl bsnl wll phone for internet connection
with in 1- hour it was disconnected more than 3- times when i remove the connection, or switch off the modem and on but the problem is not solved i already complained in customer care 28000 but now itself my problem was not solved please help me to rectify my problem

B.S.N.L has provided me a WLL internet connection that doesnt works effectively !!!!




even it smtyms worsks it gets disconnectted itself which creates a lot of trouble for me !!


i am paying bill without enjoying the internet at the promosed speed and effeciency !!!
