each day i receive a push message as
"FHM video of the day-jan 10 2010 wap.galaxy.mauj.com/sf/sub3/psrv.php?subid=1454&spl=10756"

and in the evening my balance is getting deducted by rs 5...
then i receive a thanks message from 70090005 mentioning as
"thanks u for subscribing for 00:15:19 from cellone galaxy @ 01.10.10 00:15:19
you have been chargeed rs 5.valid till <-s2->"

i would like to deactivate this service at the earliest...
please help me..

    We dont have any bills overdue. But whenever we make a call, it says - "Your telephone charges are overdue".

    My phone no. is[protected]. Pl. fix it asap. I am also not able to call 198 or 1500.

    I very much agree to the problem. Airtel is not capable of handling land line connections either its wireless connection o wired connection. inspite of paying the bills on time the company's system is so poor tht they cannot see the payment reflection. they keeps bothering customers by giving calls at odd ours. with out the permission of the custommer they will send people at your doorstep to bother people. if your set gets some problem there is no place where u can get it done.

    Sir, Iam a subsriber of BSNL in Kerala for 16 years.I had lodged several complaints (Z-198-, E232, E851 dated 4/8/11, P-240 dated 24/08/11...).The most complaints are 1.speech problem, 2.range problem etc.Actually iam now the wll subsriber[protected] as i was shifted my house.At that time they were lying us by telling the benefits of wll connection and also promised that this is temporary and will give the landline immediatly but didn't got yet and iam not satisfied with this plan.I was fully satisfied with my old BSNL landline connection[protected]. I had been calling to BSNL several times, but not responding.Iam paying the bills regularly and the rents advancely. So iam humbly request you to give the BSNL landline connection as early as possible.

      Res. Sir,
      I am a regular customer of BSNL landline since 1996 bearing phone no.[protected] residing in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
      I was satisfied with the services of BSNL until suddenly I received bills which were almost double of the routine bills I use to get.
      I have shown it in the following table.

      • The majority of the calls are made during the period when no one o[censored]s are at home
      • All four members of my family are on their routine academic / office work, during day time and the house is locked.
      I tried to convey this to the BSNL office at Aurangabad but unfortunately I could not get response, which is against the reputation of BSNL customer care.
      I hope you being the authorities will kindly instruct the concerned officers in Aurangabad to look in to the matter.

      I have also made complaint about wrong bills, non-receipt of etc, ultimately i referred to CMD by email in April'10 but still no reply. Till May '10 cheques were accepted from 2 pm to 5 pm and in morning hrs from 10 am to 2 pm both cash and cheques accepted. There was separate counter was existing. Only yesterday i received mobile bills.today is last day of payment. Also when inquired about land line bill it was told for may '10 yet bills not sent nor data available for duplicate bills. Whatever we ask they advise you approach higher authority.Now only Delhi level seems inspite of reminders they are habitual in calling reports without decision. What to do?

      We have internet connection (BSNL Data one broadband) at the landline number[protected] at Office of The Assistant Director, Drug Control Laboratory, Food and Drug Administration, M.S., Aurangabad. We have tried to install the new software UTFwUploaderApp offered by BSNL website on our terminal. But the modem at this number failed to connect at the time of installation. though our modem is well connected with the PC and our internet connection is functioning well, still there is such a message "could not detect the modem". Also the email id provided to this number is [protected]@bsnl.in and its password is "password". This email account has failed to open when tried to login.

      So it is requested to solve both of these problems immediately so that we can function well.

      We are the sole user of Land Line allotted by BSNL since six years..

      Earlier, we use ti reside at Thankrey Nagar Aurangabad and I used to received BANL Land line Bill at my residance address.

      Now I am residing at my own flat at Shivajinagar, Aurangabad and since five months personlally I use to move to collect the BSNL Bill and pay the Bills at Your office near to Shivaji High School, Radhamohan Colovy Aurangabad..

      Many times it may not be possible to folloe the said procedure .. and exepcting the BSNL Bill at our residancial address.

      I am having the Land Line No.[protected] since November, 2005; but I am not getting the telephone bills at my residence. Hence, I am compelled to go to the Customer Care Centre and pick up the duplicate bill. If the BSNL is not in a position to supply the bills at the residence of the Customer, they may very well give certain discount for picking up the duplicate copy of the bill and paying the bill in time every month.
      am having the Land Line No.[protected] since November, 2000; but I am not getting the telephone bills at my residence.       Iam also facing the smae problem for my broadband service.Last two months I am geting bb bill for 7GB, 12GB which can be for any internet cafe and not for the home where rere use of net being done.
      Dear sir, I have booked a complaint for my tel.no.[protected] vied compliant [protected] but unfortunately it is still not solved I daily requesting your office to solve my problem as it pending from 09/05/2012 I am facing this problem frequently but it not solved by proper way.From 25 years I am your customer but not getting satisfied service.

        Repeated sms has been going out from my MOBILE no. inspite of delivery report showing message waiting. First the customer care told me to make some changes which i tried to no positive outcome. Finally even changed my hand set, still the same problem persits. its been more than a month now .This is causing additional expense to me and mental agony to me and my contacts to whom i send the sms to.

              Recharge on Wrong Number

              i have surrender my iptv connection in month of june2009 . but till date[protected] , i have not recieved refund . when i call to bsnl office they say that refund is pending from aksh fibre after that i contact mr. rajeev from aksh fibre on there mobile no--[protected] they cannot give clear information regarding refund of security . pls help my refund still pending from more than six month

              I was having my iptv connection from Myindia. I surrender this connection as the service was not proper. It did not work for a single day. My request for refund of security is pending. One day a representative of Aksh Optifiber at Ambala visited our home a offered better services and I applied for connection and made cash payment to the representastive. They installed box and the respresentative told my next day I will b e able to see the tv programmes., This is more than 10 days, my connection has not been activasted yet.

              My experience with these private companies is that they make false promise and are not well equipped to provide after sasles services. There is pressure on the representative of company to get maximum enrolments but no care on the after sale serfices. People should be beware of false promises of these companies.
              i had surrendered my iptv connection on[protected] as i was not satisfied with their service. the company official assured me to return my security rs 1500/- within 15 days. but as about 2.5 month have been passed i could not get my refunnd. i talked many times with their customer care representative each time they say that my refund cheque is generated and not dispatched yet. and i will get it with in five days. but their five days never comes. is there any one who can tell me that where should i go to get the refund

                Dear Sir,
                my name is James AJ ,residing under Kuthiathodu BSNL division,I have taken a WLLhigh speed inetrnet connection at my home,After two weeks of request submission an executive came from the BSNL office (Kuthiathodu branch) and installed a wll system in my house.After installation i noticed that the battry attached to the WLL system is malfunctioning ,I enquired the with the executive and he was not even aware that the system needs a battery ,after telling him lot about it he said he will contact back for supplying the battery system and he gave me the local office contact no.
                From the next day onwards i started calling the no but inspiight of ringing noone was responding.AsI am working as Security Supervisor Operation in Cochin Airport I am not able to go to the office personally and complaint.My land line no is [protected],

                  On 27th October 2009, an online payment of amount Rs 55 was done through net banking (SBI) for TOPUP of BSNL PREPAID MOBILE NO. [protected]. However, the said amount was deducted from my account after online payment and the TRANSACTION ID received was TXT[protected]. But with much regret to say that till today the amount was not credited to the aforementioned mobile number.

                  The matter was focussed to Customer Care ([protected]) several times and Complaint No. registered on this issue are
                  i) 3834927
                  ii) 3967192

                  Till date no positive action is taken from their side. Hence it is my earnest request to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

No. is +91-[protected] right now i am at J&K there only postpaid mobile works due to security resins my Mobile incoming and outgoing service is blocked from today i got one sms 2 days back from bsnl your outstanding bill is 437/-. my brother went bsnl office talwara township distt. hoshiarpur 3 times they replied your bill is not generated yet so we can"t pay talk to customer care. i talked to customer care Mr. rahul today buy did not get satisfactory answer, I am working with a medical equipment company as a sales engineer my total business is on phone. please try to resolve problem.

                        Deactivate from TM-gupshup and TA-gup shup

                        I want to stop unwanted incoming call on my bsnl north no.
                        please stop unwanted bsna sms and calls on my no [protected]
                        I have monthly plan for gprs prepaid but max time its network will fluctuate and i'm very tensioned with this problem.

                        BSNL — Incoming of sms

                        my cell no. [protected] , last 8 days i can not get any sms from aircell network. i have lodged this problem on customer care but no initiative has not taken till now ....

                        Zone Free — receiving unwanted sms

                        I have Airtel connection with number [protected] with name Ashok Parmar.

                        I am receiving unwanted SMS from number 9663733 & 57886 since last 4 months. I am getting charged for Rs.3 per messages.

                        Every day i am getting atleast 10-12. I don't know why i am receiving these message.

                        I have converted my connection from post paid to prepaid. I have made 10-15 complaints to Airtel. Complaint numbers are W[protected] Dtd25/6/10, W[protected], 33094341 etc.

                        Till date query has not been solved.

                        My lots of money is being deducted from my account.

                        Kindly help me to get rid off this unwanted paid service.

After then I try to call around 6:57 and 7:03 Pm no respond to my call in-did they play computerize program again and again.

                        At pm I connect to the Internet using same number before then I have more then rupees 30 left in my account. At 9:30pm my remaining balance became Zero. It didn't stop looting...BSNL learn nothing from Anna's fight for corruption. Though my Internet Plan expiry on 27 Sept 2011... My balance got deducted.

                        8days before 150rupees was deducted from my account without subscribing any plan simply I received sms stating thanks for subscribing TV mobile...

                        IS THERE ANY ONLINE CONSUMER COURT TO COMPLAINT help me...

                        Please first of all address to consumer complaints your service at consumer cell is worst they do not respond to consumer calls and later they behave in such a fashion as they have provided all unfettered powers to deal with consumers. my cell no is is[protected], unnecessarily my money for the last 10 days is being deducted and then Iam not getting any response, close all unwanted services for which I NEVERGAVE MY CONSENT do take acdantion against your team at consumer cell in whose hands I have suffered.

                                I have taken bsnl broadband connection recently... am unable to change my password and tried to open the site...www.selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in is not at all working.. how can i change my password???
                                Also i have received a bill No.7040105 dt.06.12.2009 for Rs.2199 for the month of November 2009. Bill shows gross usage charges Rs.2259.45 and duration as 147 Hrs. which is not at all correct. Our monthly consumption is not more than 30 Hrs.
                                Please look into and do the needful.

                                I Am quite surprised to receive SMS in my mobile on 13/02/10 fromBT.BSNL .CARE.Payment of RS:2629.42/=generated on 6 feb 10 and the due dt is 1 mar 10.
                                It is just not possible for me to have used so much of Internet in my computer.
                                I am an a retired per pensioner and I use my computer interenat only 15 to 30 mints to check mails and some time to send mails.All the time my computer will be in off position.and also I don’t even use phone and the free calls.
                                I there for request you to check my interenet line is being misused.

                                    As far as i am aware BSNL has introduced the student suvidha scheme in KERALA with an advertisement saying flat call rates throughout the day. The same thing was effective in case of sms at the time of introduction (no additional charges on festive days) till last day of previous year. I've been using this student suvidha plan since from the time of its introduction in 2008. Most likely thing I'd like to express here is that I've never been satisfied with their service ever from the very beginning.They were offering 2000 free sms each month; which was definitely an exclusive offer at the time of release!!! Soon after I got myself equipped with suvidha (94963 series), sager brought me aware of the hidden cheats that were accompanied with the sim.

                                    As soon as I started sending sms, it came to my notice that there is "NO GUARANTEE" for the sms being delivered to the right person on time. Sometimes I cannot send sms even after a number of tries!! This used to happen often with my sim, for which I complained quite frequently to the customer care service. Usual guidance I've been getting from customer care is to switch off the phone and try later, refresh the service center no etc..however neither of the above solved my grievance. Somehow to ensure the delivery of the message being sent, I activated the delivery report service regardless of the loss of 10paise per sms. And i was happy to some extend. Next bad experience was regarding long sms. Even if when the delivery report was on, most long sms were not delivered to the recipients' inbox. I complained again to the customer service but still the problem persists. ""Sometimes even if its shown a successful delivery report, some part of it may be missing at the recipient side."" I could know the same only when the other party sends a reply regarding this missing message!!! I have experienced this quite a lot. ( Often I used to miscall my fellows after pressing the send button to make them aware than I've sent you an sms please ensure its delivered to your mobile or else ring me back to send it again.)

                                    Another problem regarding sms is that if we send an sms with delivery report on, the sms will be sent for the time being and will take an hour or half an hour more to get a delivery report, that too an unsuccessful one saying that the sms was not delivered to the recipient and will deduct 10paise for the same along with a reduction in the number of free sms left for the month.

                                    Also I don't know whether BSNL has a phase of enmity with BHARATI AIRTEL!!! No sms send to an AIRTEL no. has a timely delivery. Most times a single sms being send is ABSOLUTELY NOT DELIVERED to AIRTEL no's. I can guarantee the credibility of said statement. It is required to send multiple copies of messages simultaneously to ensure delivery to an AIRTEL no., even when the delivery report is ON. If you send three messages simultaneously, only one has a delivery guarantee and the other two will be lapsed with a service reply 'MESSAGE COULD NOT BE DELIVERED" along with a deduction of service charge for THREE delivery reports (see here two are not being delivered).

                                    After complaining customer care frequently about all these disregards I found myself that keeping quiet is rather good as they will never adopt with my requirements, that much I was fed up with the service. Anyhow I was quite able to adjust with them upto the time being, Since my contacts being large nowadays, I could not afford a change in this number that I am using.
                                    I am required to register this complaint not only because of the above said things, the main intention was because they charged me 80paise for each sms on 31/12/2009 and 01/01/2010. Since december 2008 I've never been charged for sending LOCAL SMS, all days (INCLUDING FESTIVE DAYS) It was quite one of the main attraction of the scheme student suvidha. All other service providers in INDIA are not providing special tariffs on festive days. Now I'd give an exception to RELIANCE customers, I hope they have some offer now. Anyway on 31st decemder of 2008 and 1st january of 2009, I experienced FREE SMS as per the scheme and on all other festive days of the year 2009 I had FREE SMS!!! But on 31/12/2009 and 01/01/2010 they charged me 80 paise for each sms...why is this happening to customers like me?? Do the Govt run telecom giant considers customers as fools?? I need to clarify this situation. Every other network atleast will send sms or inform through website regarding the non availability of free sms before the upcoming festive days.

                                    I realised it only after losing money from my account. I'm confused, totally confused!!! Why the hell did they do this to customers, despite having any information in advance????????????????
                                    Please register this complaint to take necessary and immediate action against cheaters like this.Suggest me a solution..I'd wish if number portability has come into existence.

                                    i am from farakka and have a bsnl prepaid sim for 4 years. I have 20 paisa activated with another bsnl no. but instead of deducting20 paisa got deduvted 90 paisa for 40 mins. customer care says not refundable...my complain is why?????

                                    i am a customer of bsnl and had taken two sim offering the scheme of DOSTI in KOLKATA circle . on 19 july 2009 and had send the sms to bsnl as requiered to activate DOSTI scheme .but till date it has not been activated . nor did i had got any registration message of registration of my number for dosti, though when i call the customer care they give me the information that the number has been registered for dosti scheme. i had been sending the sms so many time that my balance had come down from RS, 50- RS-10 .
                                    i hope that you will take the nessary step and will ensure that the scheme gets activated soon .on my mobile. i shall be obiliged towars you for your kind help.

                                    BSNL — SMS SEND ONE TIME, DELIVERS MANY TIMES!

                                    I have a BSNL GSM number. From many days I am facing a problem with SMSs.
                                    When I send a SMS to someone, only once, it gets delivered to the person more than one time, and sometimes 10-20 times.
                                    I have already filed a complaint to the call center (1503), twice, but nothing has happened yet.
                                    I also heard many BSNL users are having the same problem.

                                    The first time I called, they said: Its some network problem, everything will work fine by 12 at midnight. but even after 2 days nothing had been done.

                                    and the second time: "we have recorded your complaint, the problem will be solved by 12 at midnight." but nothing has been done so far. and when I asked for complaint number they said, you'll receive a SMS containing the complaint number. but till today I haven't received any SMS. it has been 3 days after the second call.
