Sub: Irregularity in Broadband connection for my telephone number[protected].
Dear Sir/Madam,
it is with utmost regret to state that for nearly almost 60 days I have continuosly been complaining about my Broadband connection on the complaint telephone number of 1500, personal visits to your branch offices both near Lotus cinema crossing ( Divisional Engg-Internal ) as well as Lenin Sarani branch above Punjab National Bank ( Divisional Engg-External ) but no serious action as yet has been taken.
Several number of times I have personally made visits to your BSNL offices but each and every time either I have been given a complaint number or assurance that a qualified technician would come and visit my premises and solve the issue.
It is shocking and rather absurd to state that inspite of several request from my end, no one seems to be concerned nor is anyone responsible to resolve my issue and restore my connection for which I always on time make my due payments.
I am not being able to make any good use of my internet connection yet I am paying my bills on time. The lights on my modem which show stable is only of WLAN whereas all the other lights keep blinking on and off. DSL blinks and goes and so does Internet light. My connection stays maximum for 2 minutes and again disconnects. A week back 2 gentlemen from the external office were deputed to come and see my problem but they checked a few things and assured of returning the next day and complete my problem but never returned till date.
I have spoken to Mr Burman ( External- Lenin Sarani Office ) but he asked me to meet up with another gentleman named Mr A Das. It is rather most shocking to see that even though Mr A Das is there to work for customers he never ever answers his telephone[protected]. One can call at any hour of the day on this number but to no avail. I wonder if he ever wishes to help any customer sincerely at all ??
I, humble but forward my request for the concerned department to look into my issue and try and give me uninterrupted service for my broadband so that I can surf the internet and do my work from it.

i from to jalandhar(birring). i am use to evdo in nine month. starting two month evdo speed good but later is very slow 3kps to 12kps. evdop in two signal catching.

i live at guwahati and very much dissatisfied about the evdo service
it was told that the data speed was upto 2 mbps but till now i have not seen the data speed has been rising to300kbps
i think i just wasted my money, and also giving the monthly rental of 717rs.
its a request to make bsnl evdo more more better so that our money as well
as our time doesn't be spoilt like that.
please take an action don't just ignore it

i purchase bsnl EVDO 16 of march . but i not getting EVDO signal and it run on 1x speed what should i do i am Kamptee dist: Nagpur . i go kamptee exchange they told me hear is no base station of EVDO .
my problem no body can solve, my data card is not working, bsnl cstmr care no responding,

My situation is also same, i bought the BSNL dat card 2 months backs and since then hardly my speed goes till 50 kbps which should be 2 mps. Am trying to disconnect this connetcion as mine is unlimites but am not able to use it at all so please help me, i want to cut this connection but none of the customer care service centers provides any response to my request wither they wont pick the call or they just hang up providing some other number.

I hail from Agartala, tripura and from the same house where i use to get amazingly fast speeds on my friends tata photon+, the bsnl 3g data card is able to give only 2 or 3 kbps speed. which makes even a fast to load, site like Google appear only after waiting several seconds..and better not to talk of the other high graphic sites..with videos and all...
I am so dissapointed and frustrated with my decision, is this the kind of service one expects from a PSU run by the GOI...
i would also like to know, whether there is any remedy for this problem or i shall dump this data card in the nearest garbage.!!

i did recharge on 2nd august 2012. but when i checked balance. its showing that your unlimited net pack will be expired on 17th august, it should expire on 27th august 2012.I talked to customer care but they are not responding so please help me
I Aleem Saeed Khan informed that my EVDO No[protected] is not providing good speed not more than, 32 Kpbs even some time 0Kpbs please resolve my problems I am operating Internet in Meenambakkam area of Chennai. Tamil Nado 600027.otherwise return my Recharg amount of Rs 750/-I am also unable to made complaint because there is no any customer care for EVDO Service. Bogus services of EVDO
