[Resolved]  BSNL — wrong balance deduction

i was downloading a song from mr-jatt i was subscribed to service nexGTv+Sony Pack without my knowledge my balance was deducted rs25 and rs8 later on i rang customer care and booked a complaint no G3JK3038232 on july 30 i was asked to wait for 30-45 days but on 15 sept i was refused for refunding of balance

BSNL — Wrongly Balance Deduction

Dear Sir / Madam,

I Kashyap J. Upadhyay, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. I BSNL Prepaid user from last one years And land line users from last 18 years.

My Mobile No is[protected]. I recharge my mobile on 17/01/2009 by Rs.56/- recharge voucher. I got Rs. 25/- as a talk time balance & 10 days validity.

After the day on Sunday 18/01/2009 I received SMS for caller tune at 10.00 am. & they deducted Rs. 25/- from my account.

Acutely I never send SMS or press any button for CRBT Or Caller tunes. I call for this to your customer care center But they not give me a proper answer and every time they use very bad & ruff language on a call. I call 7 times on 24365. They also not note down my complain. They all time give different answer And improper answer in bad language.

So Sir / Madam Please take necessary action and fined

 HOW CAN THEY DEDUCTED MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONFORMATION OR ACTIVATION?
 HOW CAN THEY USE RUF LANGUAGE ON CALL ?
 WHY THEY CUT THE PHONE & NOT NOTE DOWN MY COMPLAIN ?
 WHY THEY NOT GIVE ME A PROPER ANSWER?

Your company employee not give me a higher authority contact no Or E- Mail address.

Your BSNL company mentally harassment me and my family.

Please see this and do need full on my complain Else I go in consumer forum & RTI.

NOTE :- This is not issue of Rs.25/- But it’s a issue of wrong deduction of money & bad behavior of company’s employees and mentally harassment. If they give me a this type of answer Then What they do with uneducated persons??????

I[censored] want to call me and not connected on BSNL No Then Please Call me on my other AIRTEL contact no. It’s connected every time with good services.

BSNL — wrong deduct of Rs.12.00

In the month of July BSNL deducted Rs.10.00 and Rs 2.00 on about 20th July 2010 for Music. I immediately book complain and their representative informed me this Rs.12.00 will refund you. I called them again after 2 days and get the Ref No of my refund is IG2312391 but I have not received till 30th July. So I sent SMS to them I received a call and he said it was not wrong deducted. and said that you sent sms for music for that reason it was deducted. I informed them pl submit proof that I had sent or sign up that kind of service but they says we can't do that. I informed them pl give me credit and whoever co's charged me let them they call me or give me their number so will call them but BSNL rep said we can't give you.

So pl help me to refund of Rs12.00

BSNL — Wrongly Deduction Of Balance

My problem was ------- I recharged my mobile with 500/- on 30/10/2010
so in my mobile bsnl to bsnl local & STD both are free , but suddenly
on 27/11/2010 night when I was calling one BSNL STD no in Jharkhand, bsnl
wrongly deduct my call charge 1.20 per min which is free for me
actually...........total 61/- Rs was deducted from my balance , but
BSNL not refund that money ......

Repeatedly I launched that complaint on 27/11/2010 and on 29/11/2010
but that is not solved till date and till now customer tells me to
wait...
Lastly on 02/12/2010 which I have launched,details is as follows...
(Mob no-[protected],Complaint ID[protected].
this is also not solved.I know it will never be solved.
Customer Care of BSNL is very Irresponsible.They does not work properly.Always
they tells false words.They are lier.
Please do something..please please please

i had about 115 MB usage left when i started downloading 92 MB file,after my download got completed, i received a message that my usage was 92 mb n my balance was deducted by Rs96.66. i tried calling bsnl customer care,but either they gave unsatisfying answers or kept on hold for 10 mins or more. what can i do,please help...

My number is [protected], in every 15 days my balance is deducted for various services which i never use. I complained against this n number of times to refund my balance but it is never done, they just give excuses for that. Till now i lost balance of Rs. 65 due to this reason. Please help me with this and refund my balance as soon as possible..
The xplore pack from handygo got self activated (Nither I got any message asking for my approval to subscribe for this service, nor I send any message / instruction to subscribe for this service) and Rs 30/- was deducted from my account on 14th feb 2012, i have complained through the customer care number 1503 & got my complaint registered (complaint number - B14UT1811357) on same day, i got an assurance that my money would be refunded within 15 days but its around one month and its not done yet, even today in evening i got a message for an auto renewal of this service (which i have not subscribed for).....poor services & customer care by BSNL. my mobile number is [protected]. BSNL — wrong deduction from balance

I am a consumer of Bsnl mobile service having Mobile no +91 [protected]
Recently the service provider deduct Rs 7 from my balnce sending a message that "Rs 7 charged.Thanku for using Beauty tips service.your service have been renewed."
I complain the same at their office and on their portal on 7/5/12 and they responded on 8/5/12 showing "Your problem will be resolved in 72 Hrs"
But on 11/5/12 the same thing repeated again and Rs 7 deducted from my balance.
Sir please look in to the matter and take necessary steps as how a National company cheating its consumers.

I have BSNL Pre-paid Service. My Mobile number is [protected]. For past 3 Months, my balance is automatically debited for Rubaru and Masala Service (twice or thrice monthly). I have lodged complaint to BSNL via multiple channels (online and also personally visiting their center). The service has not been de-activated. The customer care is also not able to help. Hence, raising this issue to consumer court so that they take necessary action against our so called "Public service provider:BSNL" of our country. The operator is making money by cheating subscribers and not providing fair services.

there is wrong deduction of 30-40rs in this mobile number[protected], for any vas service which is automatically activated .we did not activated any service .please refund our balance. thanx
