Dear Sir ,

I received BSNL January & February bill which was very high (Over) I requested for verify this bills which are due to virus or technical problem because my everage billing per month for broadband is around Rs.250/- by letter under ref.(1) & (2) . But there is no any reply from BSNL . So Irequested in written to disconnect my BSNL by Letters under ref (2) to (5) and personally request for disconnect so many time at ‘Grahak seva (!) Kendra ‘ and Area manager. But till today there is no any reply from BSNL. I also requested that I am disconnecting broad band only not landline phone and also requested that I will pay my bill after verifying bill but ,my deposit is also with you.But nobody are heard me in writing as well as personally request.so further you are requested that disconnect my BSNL Broadband connection . I will not pay any bill of broad band from date[protected] as stated in my above letters. All responsibility will be on BSNL i.e.Grahaka Seva Kendra –Shri Makadia and Area Manager (Rajkot city).
Early action is requested is requested please.
