Dear Sir,
My land line number[protected] is dead since two months.It has been complaint to the nearer exchange padiyur[protected] and there is no response till now.When the BSNL officials attend the phone they behave in rubbish way and they are not showing any interest in serving the customer.Its duty of BSNL to provide proper service, but they fail to do so.If it goes like this i have planned to migrate to other service provider soon.

My mother she is an elderly person and stays alone in keala near Aranmula (Mezhuveli). Last 20 days she runs to pillar to pillar. But not a single person responded her compalint. Are they working for only payment. Do they have any resposibility to chek the compalints. Are they going to reduce the monthly bill whcih she has not used. Please give me RTI office address of Aranmulla BSNL.
This is exactly what is happening to me since last 7 years.The phone is out of order for a minimum of 15 days regularly and there is nobody to adress it. And on top of that if some one turnd out to repair we need to pay a minimum of 100 bugs to satisfy these good for nothing gods.

Now the phone is out of order for more than 20 days and even nobody is attending(Including DE and SDE) the phone ate BSNL office kadakkal.

My BSNL landline 25459071 is dead since last 4 months and even after lodging complaints to the fault repair number and also visiting personally to the exchange nothing has happened.
The tel. no 2226535 is dead since 10-12 days I have log the complaints on 198 but there is very poor responce.

I HAVE A MOBILE NO OF BSNL UNDER THE PAYARI JODI SCHEME.BUT MOST OF THE TIME MY LANDLINE NO.25811822 OF KIRKEE EXG. IS DEAD.NOW I FEEL THAT I GOT FOOLED BY BSNL AS I CAN NOT USE THIS FACILITY.EVEN TODAY MY LANDLINE IS DEAD.
My landline No:28435292 is dead from 10 days & my Broadband as stopped working form more then 15 days. I have lodged a complaint (online, automated) more the 10 days back. Personal visited to local telephone exchange (Thalghatpura, Judiciary layout) spoke to the person availbale (may be he is JE) on 7th May 2011. He mentioned there was some problem in the exchange & most of the lines are dead, it will be up & running the same day. Also I registered complaint in thier complaint log book. But till today (11 May 2011) My landline or Broadband is not working.

We are surprised to get a bill of Rs.1029.00/-. Entire sithalapakkam area, for the last 45 days telephone is cut off. No phone is working including my above mentioned phone, no internet connections due to fault in the exchange at Medavakkam, how are you sending a bill for those 40 days without connection, is grossly violating the fundamental rights.

Please waive this charge immediately for not providing our connection for the last 40 plus days. We are constrained to take remedial legal recourse if do not refund the charges to us? you have put in a lot of hardships.

Dear Sir,

Landline[protected] was dead for one week, we registered complaint but not yet nobody came and check the problems.

There have old parents and kids, we depending landline for all purpose because mobile phones hav range issues.
So kindly arrange somebody to solve the same asap.

    I have made BSNL Landline bill online on 3rd of April 2010. I have not received any confirmation till 6th April from BSNL. But from 7th April onwards I am getting confirmation SMS every day till date (I just received a SMS) stating that they have received my payment of Rs.552/- online.

    Last 8 days I am getting continuous SMS per day!!!!

    A very funny SMS gateway!!!!

    BSNL Fixed Landline — BSN landline dead and my line has gone to some other person's telephone

    My bsnl gurgaon landline no[protected] has no dial tone since last one week. I have registered complaint at 198 but no one has turned up or rectified the fault till date.
    Infact, one other problem has arised since last date-when I call on my no. some other person picks up the phone. My line has gone to some other person's tel. He can even misuse it if he wishes. Its very rediculous on BSNL's part. I hope this complaint is taken seriously.

      I have been using bsnl gprs connection for the last 3yrs.Gprs access during roaming was included in the plan.Now suddenly, without informing us, gprs charges have been levied in bill for07/03/2010 to 06/04/2010.While sms is sent for every scheme by bsnl, charges levied for gprs usage during roaming in bill no.[protected] dtd 07/04;2010, need to be reversed.Pl infm of action taken.

      BSNL Connection — not connecting internet connection

      hello sir/madam.
      i am dr.bhavya.,
      since 1 month my internet connection is not proper, n speed is very slow...
      at evening n night it wont connect at all.

          Dear Sir
          I have been using BSNL EVDO service for the past 3 months. It is to my disappointment that the service that BSNL has provided is unacceptable. As they have to support me with a bandwidth of 2.4 mbps that is a download speed of 245kbps. It has been providing me with of speed not execeding 35kbps which is less than 256kbps bandwidth. As my complaints & Visits at the telephone exchange personaly are all gone in vain and your Customer Service & technical dept is totally unqualified to handle the problem. Due to this unacceptable service from your dept has provid me has left me with no other alternate is to cancel the service by 31/03/2010.
          And I would like to request for a written explanation in this matter at the earliest.

          BSNL — Disappointed with the service of EVDO

          Here I would like to inform you that I have submitted a letter about my disappointment with the service of EVDO on 25.08 2009 and again on 05.10.2009 to the GM Telecom, Ranchi. Now this is already more than four months has gone after my second complain and nothing has happened and the problem is still continuing even deterioting. I don’t know whether it create sounds to him or not. But I am in trouble. My professional life is quite disturbed. As I come late night so I have no option to visit a cyber cafe to do my reporting and other internet related official work and same in the morning. And I don’t think I have to visit a cyber cafe as I have taken BSNL EVDO and I am paying for it. Again here I am mentioning my point. I am a regular user of EVDO, No.[protected], from Nov’08. I am residing in Kilburn Colony, Hinoo, Ranchi. I was very happy with the performance of EVDO when I have taken it. Not only this, I was so much satisfied with the performance of the same that I have recommended it to some of my friends aslo. But from last eight month I am very much disappointed with the performance. Nowadays the speed of EVDO is poorer than a simple GPRS connection. And the speed claimed by the BSNL, i.e. 2.4 Mbps, is not matching even not its 20%. But I am paying the full rental amount which becomes costlier than 1x connection and speed is poorer than 1x connection. Every time speed drops and web pages are not opened. Not only this when I am doing my Daily Work Reporting it takes one hour to complete whereas earlier it was taking only ten minutes. Apart from this I wait for several minutes to attach or to download a file to my mail. And I don’t have any customer care no. talk about this and every time I have to visit to exchange which is not possible for me. Everyday my work is hampered or delayed and causing heavy loss to me. My 50% works depend on net. And with such a poor performance of EVDO I became handicapped.

          BSNL — highly disappointed with bsnl

          MOST OF THE TIMES MY PHONE REMAIN DEAD . NUBER OF TIMES I HAVE LODGED COMPLAIN IN THIS REGARD BUT ALL IN VAIN. I HAVE THE COMPLAINT NO-[protected].AFTER THIS I ALSO COPLAINT AGAIN THE COMLAINT NO IS [protected]. THE MAIN CAME N CHECK AND WENT WITHOUT SAYING ANY THING AND PHONE IS STILL DEAD.

          PLEASE DO SOME THING FOR THIS AND THE BSNL SHOULD NOT CHARGE FOR THE PERIOD MY TELEPHONE RAMAIN DEAD. MY PHONE NO IS 2472870 PLZ SUGGEST ME WHAT SHOULD I DO WHERE I COMPLAINT, DUE TO THIS REASON BEFORE SIX MONTH I DISCONNET MY BSNL BROADBAND. BSNL SERVICE IS HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

            Hi,
            My internet is not working and had placed a complained through [protected] on 07.04.10 and was attended by Mr.Nizad and the complaint no was 0410/2043, even after 2 day nothing was done to rectifie the problem, and agian on 12.04.2010 Mr.Prashanth had attended and the complaint no was 0410/123 and now even after repeated call no person is attending the call (tryed nearly 23 times) u can check the recording. Nothing has been done so far and no one has come so far. Its disgraceful that a company as big as BSNL is not able to get it rectified.

              we want to change our landline piece because it was not working properly.we have to face various difficulties to do a call .we have submitted this complaint to u since 8th june 2009,u can check ur records.we want the new piece i.e. a new id phone.i[censored] can't do so then we think that we should disconnected the phone.kindly give us a new piece and do this fast.

My broadband ADSL link disconnect frequently from 23/01/2008. I was compliant many more time from the related officers through phone line and face to face . broadband adsl link problem solved temporarily (few days or more days). the problem repeated again. Again and again i was compliant the related officer but, the ADSL link disconnecting problem not solved permanently .
                My money waste,my time waste and I get lot of stress. So, I want to good service from BSNL and BSNL provide a best BROADBAND connection. Please help me and Please take action

                Agreeable! BSNL Broadband service is really poor in thanjavur division.. Officers being very rude manners: this much service only you get from BSNL if you want to complain anyware you complain or disconnect the poor service.. This the answer from them. Too bad.
                We have a land line connection attached to Srinivasapuram Exchange[protected]connected with Broadband also) and it may kindly be informed whether the telephone bill can be paid on line through other's bank account.                 We have land line and broadband Internet connection. Every month have to pay INR600. I am wondering, my land line is not working for for few months. still I am receiving the bill reminder for telephone. how can I pay for every month. We have complained for few times. No response. I think, the telephone is for our urgent use. my parents are in Sick. I am in oversea. I wants to call them to enquire the health status. But
                we used to inform our exchange few time, I meant in local more than 15 time, from oversea since 1 week i am trying to reach someone help to take care this Issue. No response. We are expecting from BSNL to serve better service for us. really worst service in BSNL.

                Last week I called one of exchange in thanjavur. Mariamman kovil branch. do you know who has picked the call, one public person, who is working in tea stall. he told that, " the person has been out. I am not a right person to tell you.cal you call after 15mins. ". then again i have called after some time, I informed, no response. 1 week has gone.

                India is always like that, all of professional will go out of our country, to get a better lifestyle. Is it good for our nation? Really frustrated.

My broadband ADSL link disconnect frequently last two days back was compliant on yesterday many more time from the related officers through phone line broadband adsl link problem solved temporarily (few days or more days). the problem repeated again.                   This is to bring your attention to the fact that my BSNL Broadband ( ph :[protected] is not working as desired . It is showing " Remote server didnot respond" and DSL yellow light in the Siemens Type 2 modem is blinking every 3-4 mins. And when the DSL light is steady , then this is giving error " Modem is not properly configured or is in use ".

                  I have raised several complaints via 1504 and[protected] but everytime, the personnel is asking me whether the line is ok and I am stating the same statement - that the link is ok for 2-3 mins and then getting disconnected and then I have to reconnect again .They are closing the complaint without asking us whether this is working or not and every day I have to raise a new complaint .

                  The latest Docket # is Y1014 dtd. 13th April2010. If you see the history of the broadband , this line has been taken in July 2007 and you will find several complaints in 2009.

                  Today , due to family issue, I had to stay back at home and do work from home ...but due to this issue with broadband , I couldn't work properly as the link is failing too many times.

                  Can you please check with BSNL why they are so callous in their attitude to find the root cause analysis of what is the exact issue : is it with the line or is it with the modem or is it with the convertor assembly ?

                  I need to resolve this problem so as not to hamper my work ( which I have to do everyday after coming back from office .

                    I wanted to get a new broadband connection for that i thought of calling BSNL customer service.
                    This what really happened when i thought of buying a product from BSNL.
                    Customer service numbers will be ringing the whole day but wont get any kind of response..
                    I went online looked for most of BSNL contact number in cochin.Got connected to most of other numbers but never got connected to the broadband service number .
                    I treid almost 9 numbers today. Got connected to 5 of them, asked the assistant to help me with broadband service number and answer was they "dont know".
                    Iam genuine customer who is trying to buy a product from BSNL and this is how we get treated.

                    I WOULD SUGGEST ALL THE BUYERS TO STAY AWAY FROM BSNL....BECAUSE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BIG TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                    I feel so sorry fo BSNL because the company is employing bunch of in ernakulam...
                    I havent seen such an irresposnsible group of working for such a big company.

                    I see no future ( and customers for that matter) for them in 2 or 3 years down the line with their crappy services
                    THE WORST SERVICE EVER YOU CAN GET - BSNL

                        BSNL — Landline phone rectification

                        This is for your kind attention that I had been submitted an application to Valakom Exchange on 27th April 2010 for transfering my present landline[protected] to my new built house (ummannoor) which comes under the Chepra Exchange Area. We had shifted to our new house on 30th of April 2010. Since the last three months, we are living without a telephone and contacting each other is difficult.Till date no action has been taken to transfer the telephone. More than two months I submitted an application for changing to my new house. When I was checking with the Officer, they said that there is no cable. Why I want to pay bill with out any service. Noe i converted it to broadband connection for my children's facility, but to my dismay on no month we used it more than minimum limit as very frequently line gets disturbed. They at Sulur exchange authorities say no written complaint is needed but very frequently disturbed. My son who is a student goes to browsing centre for his work.
                            Every month ceremoniously bill comes and we pay religeously that is it. But nobody bothers.

                                I congratulate BSNL for having biggest network
                                of NON-WORKING persons round-the-clock.
                                I've phoned at more then 10 locations and more then 100 times.But all in vain.
                                I dont understand why the people in BSNL are paid, to work or not to??
                                One charming thing about the entire group(BSNL) from top to down the line is that everybody is very compatible with each other and the reason behind all of them have the same NO-WORK attitude.

                                bsnl/broadband connection — internet not working and poor service

                                i am ashok sharma and i have a broadband connection and its not working properly, iternet get disconnected automatically aftr some time.i have registered 3-4 complaints on the local telephone exchange from last few weeks but there is not any action taken from them.and i am regularly facing this problem .

                                Now a days, i am getting worst service from bsnl broadband network. If I put downloads, it strucks at 1mb or 2mb. I don't know the exact reason and the customer service is not responding well.

                                WE ARE LODGING COMPLAINT ON DAILY BASIS FOR THE LAST TEN DAYS AT CUSTOMER CARE & DMT OFFICE FARIDABAD . NO BODY IS LISTINING AND ENTERTAINING. DESPITE OUR APPROACHING SDO AT DMT SECTOR-16 BUILIDNG . HE IS ALSO NOT LISTING ONLY SITTING ON CHAIR & TIMEPASSING. WE SHOULD KNOW THE WAY HOW CAN RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM.

                                BSNL Broadband — terrible broadband service

                                My connection was down for almost a week before 30 december when i registered my first complaint.i waited this long because i thought it was due to the fibre optic cable breakdown shown on the news.after three more complaints and no responce today (10 january)i called them up and told them to send someone over by the end of the day or i would disconnect the line rather than pay them for nothing.after all an unlimited line doesn come cheap at 1200 a month!! within 2 hours a man was at my place to collect the money. prompt this time! what more can i say?

                                Iam availing the BSNL bradband connection on my landline tele connection 2500247 at Noida since last one year but the connection is hardly functioning & have lodged numerous complaints r it. It was repaired on few occassions but again the connection goes faulty and BSNL officials are unable to solve the issue. The record of recent complaints lodged with the call centre are as under :-

                                I submitted my application for BSNL broadband connection with Landline, initially they promised "It will come within 15 days" but they didn't give connection after 25 days also. I complained to the officer regarding this he said that "we can't give more priority to the new customers, currently our old customers have cable problem, we can give important to old customers only."

                                I prayed for unlimited plan of broad band service on my Telephone Number[protected], before one and half month ago, but up to today services not continued on my telephone.
                                भारत संचार निगम की इसी ढुलमुल व्यवस्था के कारण सर्विस के मामले में वह लगातार नीचे से नीचे गिरती चली जा रही है, इसका कारण अभी भी इस कम्पनी के कर्मचारियों के द्वारा वही पुराना रवैया अपनाया जा रहा है, जिस प्रकार से पहले कोई अपने टेलीफ़ोन की कम्पलेन करने जाता था, तो अफ़सरशाही इस कदर हावी थी कि एक जरा से काम के लिये उपभोक्ता को कितने ही दिन भागना पडता था, भला हो राजीव गांधी को जिन्होने अपनी कार्य शैली से भारत के संचार के क्षेत्र में अपनी योग्यता के बल पर आज कई कम्पनियों के द्वारा संचार व्यवस्था को सुचारु बना दिया है, आपको इस कम्पनी से तौबा कर लेनी चाहिये, और थोडा अधिक और चुकाकर किसी प्राइवेट कम्पनी का ब्रोडबैंड कनेक्सन ले लेना चाहिये।

                                I have been holding a BSNL Cellone connection for almost one year in Pune. Many times the connection suddenly drops while talking. Slight movement of the handset also drops the line at times. At the same time if I use Reliance (CDMA) I have no problems. However, Reliance is expensive. Why is it that BSNL does not provide good connectivity?

                                I an using BSNL Broadband since May 2009 from BSNL. But BSNL does not have a better service performance for broadband.Since I have got the connection I am facing several problems.

                                1. I cannot get optimum access speed as per my Broadband Plan(Home UL 750 Plus). The company is assuring to provide a speed upto 2 Mbps. But I cannot get so much speed. My speed is very less and even below 300 Kbps. Sometimes it comes down below the minimum broadband speed of 256 Kbps.

                                2. Even sometimes I cannot connect to internet even after having full connectivity showing many errors like Error 678, Error 691 etc

                                I have informed my nearest Telephone Exchange about my problems. But the authority takes it casually.

                                i belong to kizhakambalam exchange in ekm ssa,our phone went out of order on by 5 may 2010,and our number was crossed to other number,on the next day we had went to complaint this issue to the exchange and they treated us in a very bad manner,on that day they removed the fuse,but still the phone was out of order.everyday we were complaining but none came to look the problem,and the lineman who used to come is a corrupted person and also he is a union leader too,at last on by 11 we went to aluva section office and the engineer out there called the ae of our exchange and within 1 hour our phone was cleared,kudos to the engineer sir......since there are a lot of private tele companies in india,still we had our faith with bsnl which has been using for years,,but due to this incident it has gone..the service in our exchange is too bad.these employees like lineman,ae etc will finish bsnl in our area...so please kindly take some action against them for the survival of the bsnl,its a request...

                                  I am using bsnl prepaid mob no.- +91-[protected], from last two years, it was ok till 2-months, but now iam getting daily above 50 massages of criket score from no-52906, i have comlaintto custumer care centre, but they are saying that no any plan is activaed from your mob no., in case it is happening sme msg they offered to me to send. I sent these msg i was charges rupees 3/- for every time. but no response is coming. Now problem is not only that criket msg coming on my mobile but also every day, rs 3/- are chrged to my mobile If it will not stop, i will go to court for this, either bsnl reverse me 2months charges they have chrged to me, ie rupees 3*3*30=270/-, please inform me the status soon.

                                        i m nihal from calicut and i applied for the bsnl broadband connection on 21st april.They offer me the connection within 1week but yet i cant recieved the service.Also i m an urgent customer and i used to complaint about this at calcut palayam exchange(is my telephone exchange) for last 4 days but the response from them is very poor and till now i cant recieved..So you pls consider my request and do neccessery action for getting me new connection as soon as possible..

                                        I am Vinay Kashyap i am using broad band connection from past 2 years and i am having 500 C monthly plan. and i have opted for annual payment.. last month we have shifted our house and we gave a letter for shift in connection of both land line and broadband.. though the workorder was issued in a day they took 20 days to give my land line connection and my broadband is still not working.. The reason they say is it takes 10 days after giving landline connection. and they talk very rudly..they are unfit to be in service..
                                        I'm from Bhiwandi Thane m.S. i use braodband of BSNL .Ican't check my usage at bsnl portal .I can't find any type of help for that, i'm not find any site or result to solve this problem . What i do?
                                        I too faced this prob when 1st time i took bsnl broadband connection,
                                        but now when a i took re-connection a month b4 I'm able to track my usage on following link http://www.data.bsnl.in/wps/portal
                                        Login on link with portal ID & password provided by bsnl.
